Thanks littlecon I was annoyed at myself for not writing down the link first time and was preparing to trol thru the last thread to find it. I am wondering what size to order though as I find different makes vary. I am in a 34G from bravissimo at the moment and it just about fits. Any advice?
Star I knew an old lady called Delysia once, she was really lovely, elegant and intelligent. I know its got an L but worth a shot as quite unusual really.
I have really got it into my head that I am having a Ewan. I always thought I would have a son with this name. My dh is in total agreement. We have not agreed on a girls name though dh likes cerys. .

kirstygem · 01/05/2008 13:01

I love Isla and Iona but DH dead against both of them. I quite keen on two names starting with same letter for some reason. Maybe because my DHs name starts with A so be easy to just start with the As again

mamamufin · 01/05/2008 13:04

Surely I got my matb1 when I went for my 20 week scan yesterday.

meglet · 01/05/2008 13:48

how on earth did we get to 100 posts so fast!!

dobbins my placenta is at the front this time so the kicks are quite muffled. Even though its my second baby and I know what it should feel like I don't get that much bumping around. At the scan the baby was wriggling all over the place so everything is fine down there, i just don't feel it!

I ordered the Phil & Teds yesterday and a small cot. Now I am going to have to e-bay everything we own to pay for it .

surely i was going to call my midwife this afternoon about the MAT B1 form. I don't see her until the end of June which is ages away.

DS is driving me bonkers, he is teething and refusing nearly all food. i think he has thrush on his toungue too, but NHS direct say it should clear up on it's own. I am runing out of ideas what to feed him , he's even refusing mash potato .

eandz · 01/05/2008 14:09

meglet--

maybe he'll be willing to eat hot noodles and ketchup? i know that every little boy i've ever met secretly loves this food...but yours might have more taste.

i think the consistency of warm noodles might help with the aches of teething. but it's just really a guess. my mother did this for my little brothers.

she also would put oragel on his gums...

hopefully · 01/05/2008 14:12

Hey Starlight, my name is on your list of names you don't like! I am deeply wounded!

hopefully · 01/05/2008 14:14

Oh, but someone else loves my middle name. I am less wounded.

LittleConnie · 01/05/2008 14:15

mamamuffin I'm wearing a 32G from bravissimo which is now much too small, so I ordered a 34G from bravado and although I can tell it's a great bra it's still a bit small. That probably doesn't help you much but if I were you I'd probably order a 34G and an H just in case, as they provide a freepost label for returns.

eandz actually he does love his noodles when we go to wagamana. I am willing to try anything. I'll grab some in town in a bit.

I love the name Noah by the way.

lollipopmother · 01/05/2008 14:17

I think we have chosen the name now, I'm pretty certain she will be Elizabeth Anabel (not sure how we'll spell it just yet), she will be called Lizzie though.

Carrion - I'm not sure about your name issue, I see your point about it being special to you so if you feel you don't want to have any other name then go for it, but if there are others that you have in mind and like a lot also then I think you should try and stay away from the name of the cousin. Mind you, how often do you actually see these people? I would have no issue with naming my child the same as one of my cousin's as I never see them.

meglet · 01/05/2008 14:20

lollipop Elizabeth is so pretty. Isn't the Qheens nickname, Lilibet or something?

meglet · 01/05/2008 14:20

potxola · 01/05/2008 14:39

HI I found you
I love all that talk about babies names. Pity I have chosen one already.
Starlight I vote for Susana, I wonder why
Lorea kicks everytime I sit down and the over the bump maternity trousers I bought no long ago, don't fit anymore
Feeling very pregnant now.

DebitheScot · 01/05/2008 14:41

starlight I'm not going to vote either. I usually do but (and maybe this is the wrong attitude but I don't have the time or energy to care) I don't see how I can when the only candidate to bother to give me a leaflet was the Tory guy who will win by miles anyway. I can't quite bring myself to vote Tory (don't even really know why) but can't vote for the others as for all I know they might be proposing really stupid things.
