We had some 'relations' but just on sat. Friday night I went out and was so tired when got home could barely make it up the stairs to bed, let alone do anything in it. And then according to DP I proceeded to snore all night, so not the most romantic date he's had

I feel a bit like that too chipmonkey! Luckily DP is very understanding. I just don't have the stamina at the moment, and if it looks like it's taking too long it just gets so uncomfy! Anyone who tells you PG is a sexy time is lying. I distinctly remember reading some bollo*ks about how you should 'revel in your new curvy figure'. Yeah, right. Am I also supposed to revel in the hip/back pain, braxton hicks and constant need to wee?

Scorpio, if this is your third baby, I understand you can start dilating weeks in advance and still go into labour around your due date. All the hours of prelabour a first timer would have, you do over a few weeks so you could be 3cm dilated by your due date. Perhaps that explains losing your mucus plug so early. I wouldn't worry if you're not having any contractions - if you do, then it's better to have it checked so they can give you steroid injections to mature the baby's lungs just in case?

I've had a good read through all the posts but there's been SO much happening, I don't know where to start.

Scorpio, if I can't get through to my own midwife I can phone the clinic at the hospital and speak to someone there. Is there a number like that you can use? From what everyone's saying, it sounds like it's all good - how exciting .

I´ve got 7 weeks to go until my first due date and sometimes it seems like a lifetime away and others like it´s come round too soon. DH's mum's flights are booked so she´s here when Sam arrives. 3D scan on Friday - can´t wait.

Packed my bags for hospital this w/e after having a nightmare that the baby came early and I had nothing packed! It's all I could worry about - never mind the baby coming!

I've just been doing my list for my hospital bag. I now really can't wait to go on maternity leave - that's when I plan to get it packed and all baby clothes washed etc. I'm getting really excited now!

The Easter hols start on 14th March here so I´m packing a bag for me and a bag for DS1 just in case Sam arrives early and DS has to stay with friends. It is exciting isn´t it NEM
