thats great news, and it makes sense to have regular scans. which hospital are you with?

bethoo · 04/02/2008 19:39

myjobismum - congrats, depending on how long yur cycle is your due date is roughly 5 Oct as my AF was 31 Dec and due date is 6 Oct.

Julezboo · 04/02/2008 19:40

Cardiff hospital lissie. Its where i had my ds but didnt get transferred there till 20 weeks with him so an odd experience with a new EPAU i think

Julezboo · 04/02/2008 19:41

ohh myjobsmum same as me! My dute date is 4th oct !

ronshar · 04/02/2008 19:46

Myjobismum. My first day of LMP was 31 Dec. I have a approx due date of 7th Oct so you should be 6th. Or there abouts.

My bump has expanded even more today!! WTF.
My DH has just told me that he isnt going to be happy if I get really fat. Because according to him " you didnt get at all fat with the other two". He did run away just before I threw something at him. Now getting seriously worried in case it is twins.

I am too scared to go to GP yet. Last time I went for a scan it was to find out bad news I dont want to do that again.
I am being very positive though and pretending nothing is happening. I have also been really good and not told anyone in r/l yet. For me that is a miracle in itself.

To all of us just think positive thoughts and we will all get through the first 12 weeks together.

Congratulations myjobismum - great news.

The sickness has now passed which is good and bad. Even though it is horrid to feel sick there is something strangely reassuring about it isn't there?

My dh keeps asking me - what are you typing? - he is on the wii and me on laptop. He thinks i am a bit mad being on a chat room telling you lot about the bfp when we haven't even told families/friends yet!

Hi everyone

Hoping I can join the gang. Just bought a pregnancy kit today on my lunch hour and tested in the toilets of the supermarket. Classy!!! Anyway confirmed my suspicions BFP Already have a DS 13 months and VVV. excited. LMP was 5th Jan so I think that means i'm due on 12Oct???

tedmundo · 04/02/2008 20:30

well hello candc. Congratulations.

supermarket bogs eh? V classy indeed! I once tested in the loos at work. I am sure people must have thought I was in there doing drugs or something with the rustling sounds of paper and plastic!

My cycles are all over the shop so I am guessing at 14th Oct until someone tells me differently so quite similar to you.

Evening everyone we all sound well.
Lissie it is great to see you on the thread I have everything I can crossed .

I'm actually feeling quite energetic today I have even cleaned the bathroom.
I'm off to the doctors tomorrow to book-in and find out if the mw I had last is still at the practice. If she is I don't know what to do cos I have not confidence in her.

CantSleepWontSleep · 04/02/2008 20:49

Congrats CandC, and iMum - sorry I completely missed your message earlier.

What are your due dates lissie and iMum? Am trying to keep a record of the stats as we go along.

I am knackered and dd is not yet asleep .

Do the rest of you who are still breastfeeding find that your nipples are very sore, and feeding is not much fun at the moment?

07mumstheword · 04/02/2008 21:04

Hello. I'm really scared but can I join you please?

I got a BFP (well 3 actually) yesterday. I'm only CD22 and 12 dpo so very early days and I have had two chemical pregnancies since May and I'm praying this is 3rd time lucky and will stick.

If all goes well my due date is 20th October.

I've seen some of you talking about early MC's and I've tried not to dwell because it just scares me rigid. I do hope all is well for everyone.

I see some of my old TTC thread buddies, Pistachio MrsBish Hedgepig glad to see you are all doing well.

07mumstheword · 04/02/2008 21:09

Can I just ask as I think it has been talked about here....

Asprin in very small doses, should I go and get some? Is it more dangerous to have it when not necessary or is it better to take a little to help things stick?

my edd is 17th oct.

told sil today, she asked me last tuesday if i was pg and i laughed at her, told her it was too early to tell. anyhoo, today she was at mil's and told her (mil) that she'd come across my old mat clothes and got them out coz i'll "be needing them soon" spooky!

we have told family, they know our situation, and getting back & forward from liverpool aint going to be easy, so will need their help. plus, if things go wrong, i'd rather they knew.

im so excited now, cant stop daydreaming!

hedgepig · 04/02/2008 21:14

hi 07MTW good to see you here it seems to be getting rather busy in here. it's so hard not to worry about mcing but every day is another one forward.

CantSleepWontSleep · 04/02/2008 21:14

Congratulations to all the new people popping up. Looks like January was a fun month for a lot of us eh?!

Hedgepig - depending on the size of the practice, you may find there are a few midwives working with that surgery so be brave and ask to see someone else if you are allocated that one again. They won't care - we are just names on their books.

07mumstheword · 04/02/2008 21:22

Thanks CSWS thats just what I needed to hear. I will just let nature take its course and if I should be unlucky enough to lose this one doctor has said she will refer me for tests.

Pistachio It is down to you I tested so early. Your revelation that an +OPK could mean +PG was in my mind. Yesterday I used my Persona monitor stick and when throwing the test stick in the bin I noticed two strong lines. Well of course I couldn't resist testing for sure and 3 tests later including a CBD it was confirmed.

Sambrads I'm sorry you are feeling horrible but I remember you saying on the TTC thread that you would not moan!!!
