on the baby centre website you can put in how long your cycle are so i think its more accurate

some sites say im due on 28th september but think thats to soon .

oh girls im having such a bad day feel really shit and i am craving a pot noodle although when i get one i will probably throw it up again

i am heading to newcastle on monday for two days and i am dreading feeling like this as it will ruin my trip

i am thinking this baby could be a girl as its a compleely different pregnancy from ds but maybe im wrong??

Oh Sambrads, sorry you're having a bad day. Hope the sickness calms down for you soon. Make sure you've got plenty of crackers handy to nibble on. I know they helped me when I was really sick with dd.

I'm wondering if this one is a boy as I am feeling way more tired this time and eating constantly.

Anyone tempted to find out the sex at the scan??

I am apparently due on 6th too and not 7th as first suspected. I am 6 weeks 4 days like you so I guess that's right.

Have a lovely evening too!

daisyj · 15/02/2008 18:44

Hi all. Julezboo, good to see you back. All you people comparing symptoms, I'm just starting with the queasiness too, and a bit lightheaded. SO NICE to feel a bit more pregnant. Also feeling a lot more relaxed since I told my boss and another close friend/colleague today.

Had a mushroom omelette and salad for dinner last night which didn't agree with me AT ALL, but the syrup sponge pudding with custard half an hour later settled my stomach no end. No, really, it really did. I think there's a message in that

Hoonette · 15/02/2008 19:06

Welcome back Julezboo, and congrats to all the newbies.

I am definitely finding out the sex this time around. Didn't last time because DH didn't want to - this time it's my turn to decide! But we won't tell anyone.

CantSleepWontSleep · 15/02/2008 19:51

I trust you mean...'but we won't tell anyone......except you lot!'

MrsTittleMouse · 15/02/2008 20:24

Hello Hoonette,
In that case, don't let anyone in RL know that you're going to find out. You won't be left in peace!
Just like you won't be left in peace on MN now that we all know.
We found out last time and will definitely try to find out this time (dependent on whether this one moons the ultrasound probe as graphically as DD ). When DD was born, I was so concerned about whether she was OK, she could have been an ardvark for all we cared. It was nice to find out when we were in a fit state to be happy and excited.

bethoo · 15/02/2008 21:12

I like that game of guessing the sex - I think I'm having a girl. I'm going off tea, which is very wierd as I usually drink loads of the stuff!! Didn't have that with DS.... Or is guessing the sex going to make me dissapointed if it's not what I was expecting?! Maybe not such a good idea for me then!

Not that I'm bothered what it is - as long as it's healthy etc

Julezboo · 16/02/2008 06:54

mum2jakeyroo · 16/02/2008 07:46

tedmundo · 16/02/2008 08:29

Morning all. I am such a do-nut!

I have been working out the weeks from my lmp and not adjusting the v long cycles I have. THANK YOU to CSWS who very kindly worked this out for me so yes today I guess I am 5w+3d.

Means I have to re arrange the scans now...
and cannot tell people for ANOTHER week....
and I am still not past the scary 6w mark when I bled with ds...

how fed up am I?! At least my due date is the same!

But a shiny, happy birthday to 1 yr old baby julezboo. have a great party.

MrsFish · 16/02/2008 08:36

Sorry to gatecrash, I just noticed the thread whilst surfing. I just wanted to say this time last year I was in the same position as you all, I had my ds on 5th Oct last year. I just wanted to wish you all well and to say that the time goes so quick, you will not realise where the year has gone once your lo's are born, so try and enjoy it all. What an exciting end to the year you all have to look forward to

Right I'll be off again now then xx

MrsBish · 16/02/2008 08:41

Many thanks MrsFish, that was lovely of youto pop by and say hello.

pepperrabbit · 16/02/2008 11:55

Morning all - can I claim the most bizarre sympton so far?? Yesterday, I had to throw away 3 biros before I found one that didn't smell funny and make me feel sick . What is that about?
and that was shortly after I had to rescue the windowcleaner, who was stuck on the flat roof..... (not a recommended activity when PG I suspect!)
T'was a very odd day.

Afternoon everyone, my we all sound such a healthy lot with all this vomiting .
Haven't posted for a week cos I've had visitors and a tooth out ouch! which got infected double ouch! and a bleed which freaked me out, but all seems well now so fingers crossed.
I have scan dates for 27th March and I'm trying to work out which week+day it will be but I'm too tired to do sums at the moment.
julezboo have a great party and I am so pleased you have a sticky bean. even the idea of blowing up balloons makes me feel queasy

pepperrabbit · 16/02/2008 12:53

By the way - everyone - Pelvic Floor Exercises - do them now! before you read the next post.
Now, now, now.
Unless the ability to do star jumps in later life is of no interest of course....
