fairydust- i feel bloody awful, already lost my will to go to the gym! think i will throw up all over the stepper, well i feel as though i would!

Just the thought of going on a stepper makes me want to throw up . A week ago, I was desperate to feel like this!

bethoo i feel like shit seriously each day getting worse

i am throwing up every hour and have no desire for food whats so ever . i was feeling thirsty and even the taste of liquid is turning me seriously cant cope with this i am starving and thirsty and hate food and drink ok thats my rant over for now

well it was twins, sadly one didnt make it but we saw a tiny flicker of heartbeat and baby and sac was measruing bang on for dates. I am still spotting but thats due to the haematoma. They wanted to keep me in for dehydration but i twisted their arms to let me take tablets and come home. My baby is turning 1 tomorrow! I wnt to be here!!

So i am officially 6+4

julezboo- i think it is quite common to lose a twin in vitro. i am glad that the other is doing well, i am alsoe 6+4 today!! i am counting every monday to the final day!!

i do not know how long i can claim to have this norvo virus thing!! my boss may start suspecting if it goes on for another 7 weeks!! .

is anyone thinking of names? i like to have a name so that even if something goes wrong it will still have something to refer it to iykwim? anyhoo i like Damian if it is a boy which i am sure it is though my sis and mum are hoping for a girl!! i still have myt ds stuff so only need to buy him a bed when baby moves to cot. check me out planning ahead and not even 7 weeks!!

found out on tuesday im pg again but a bit worried as i keep getting period type pains, does anyone else have these????

worked out from web site that im due 21st october.
does anyone else hate the first 3 months.

i finding it hard to believe at the minute that pg, with my dd i only found out i was pg coz my boobs felt like they were gonna drop off, but this time the only thing that hurts is my left nipple for some strange reason

I'm getting the odd twinge as well but had a scan this morning and saw the heartbeat and I am 6+1 so I'm planning not to worry too much.

Julezboo the same thing happened to one of my good friends last year and she is due tomorrow and had a really successful remainder of her pregnancy so fingers crossed!

I can't believe we're all due in October. So many babies. I'm envious of people who have already had scans and seen a heartbeat. That must be so reassuring. I haven't and I'm 6 weeks + 2 days. I haven't got a scan until I'm 10 weeks - is that normal?
I can hardly really believe I'm pregnant until I've seen it. But I'm certainly feeling pretty weird - in turn queasy and hungry all the time.

Jane - it sounds like your scan is a dating one. Mine is in 2 weeks when i'll be between 9 and 10 weeks. They were going to fit me in next week but they said it was too early for dating scan. Apparently you can see more then and the measurements for dates are more accurate between 9 and 12 weeks. Still a bit of a bummer waiting that long....

Hi loulou33 - yes it is a dating scan. i remember that's what they said. oh well, i'll have to keep faith until then that I wouldn't have weird blue veins on my boobs nor have gone off tea and coffee if I wasn't preggers...

Julez - I am so happy to hear your news. You must be on cloud 9.

One thing I am confused about though is that you are 6 weeks + 4 days but have a due date early in Oct. I am using the BBC Parenting Calendar and they have me as 6 weeks and 2 days today and I am due on the 14th. I tested for lh surge on morning of Jan 21st and so take date of conception as Jan 22nd (36 hrs after lh surge is typical).

Can someone with more experience on dating from lmp / lh surge help me on this pretty please?!

Due to all sorts of reasons - last time I had two scans before the dating (12 week) one. I have to wait this time though, and I'm really impatient already! I had blood tests too, and I think that part of my disbelief is that I have to rely on weeing on a stick!

tedmundo - I make your due date the 14th too, if you conceived on the 22nd. I'm trying to remember this time that it's a "due guess" and not a "due date".

tedmundo - I'm 6+6 and due on 4th (midwife agreed with my date this morning), which pretty much ties in with Julez too.

If your ov was approx Jan 22nd, then LMP (for dating purposes, even if not exact LMP) would be Jan 9th, which would make you 5+2, not 6+2. Did you enter a much earlier LMP date to the bbc site?

Booked my 12 week scan for 17th March, when I should be 11+2. It's normal not to have a scan until around 12 weeks (can't remember who asked), unless you have a medical history which suggests that you need early scanning.

Ooh, no actually Julez must have a revised due date - maybe 6th?

yeah my due date is the 5/6th sorry for confusion! My LMP was 31st dec we had sex around the 14th, my usual cycles are 28/29 days so Im right on time. Although doesnt matter cos i have to have a section so will most likley be sept but id like to stick around in oct if thats ok!!

i am a bit confused when i go to the babycenter.com website and put my dates in the pregnancy calander it comes up im due on the 2nd oct as my last af was 23rd december which means im 7 weeks and 3 days ???

its all so confusing because i ovuate late so i a;ready am expecting to go over my date i sort of hope i do as my ds birthday is 25th september

myjobismum I got BFP on CD20 (11 dpo) I OV CD10. So I'm 5 wks and known for 2 wks.

I'm really envious of all your early scans. I'm seeing my GP a wk on Monday and will beg for a dating scan (the norm here is to wait for 20 wks scan and that seems ages) but I will probably pay £99 for a private one as I just need a little reassurance.

You need to adjust for long cycles sambrads. My lmp was 26th Dec, but this cycle would have been 31 days, so it's equiv of a 28 day cycle with lmp on 29th.
