Thought I’d start this as a follow up from the ‘TTC NOVEMBER 2021’ thread for everyone who got their BFPs! ☺️

@Cb31 yes I’m having the exact same! I’ve always found it so easy to get to sleep (I love sleep ) but since I’ve been pregnant I’m lying there for hours - any slight sound keeps me awake/wakes me up! But I’m more exhausted than usual!
I’m also waking up feeling really hot in the middle of the night, which also isn’t like me at all as I’m usually always the person complaining of being too cold.

Glad it's not just me. I don't remember it with my first either. Let's hope it's only a quick phase! x

@Cb31 yup. I woke up at 4:30 am the other day and couldn't get back to sleep. It was the same with my first. And lasted all the way through pregnancy!!

I haven't got any nausea yet and have been worry-googling. I'm 6 weeks today. Anyone else no nausea?

Is anyone else VERY bloated? I have lost interest in my food (which is unusual for me!) as I have a slight nausea very often. Feel so thirsty all the time! But the bloat is getting to me. Hoping these are all good signs (due Aug 8th).

Just a little update from me and hopefully to ease any worries people might have!

I had some slight brown spotting earlier this week (just for a day!) and my local EPU got me in straight away for bloods and my HCG came back over 20,000, so they did a scan yesterday and we saw our sweet little bean and a tiny heartbeat 💕

I was a bit dramatic on the phone to them, but you have to push these places to get results!

Now I just have to deal with my doctors surgery who are being absolutely USELESS.

The doctor told me the other day my blood pressure was absolutely fine and I’ve looked on my Patient Access today and it’s well within the ‘High Blood Pressure Group’… so they’ll have many questions to answer come Monday 🙃

@Countrygirl189 so glad you got to see your little bean. How far along are you? I've been spotting daily for almost 2 weeks now. Still getting a positive result so I'm really hoping everything is OK. Just want this weekend over so I can call them on Monday and hopefully push to get a scan!!!

Hi everyone! Hope you don’t mind me joining :-) our baby is due august 17th.
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. We were due to get Ivf this month which got cancelled as we both got Covid. Was so stressed and upset I thought that was delaying my period. Then did a pregnancy test and realised we were pregnant naturally!
It’s our first baby so over the moon and scared too!

@Purple29 I’m technically 6+1, but the sonographer said she’s predicting me a couple of days behind that just because it’s so difficult to measure at the moment with it being so tiny!

Try not to stress, I know it’s so hard not to though - I’ve been in such a tizz for the past two weeks and now this blood pressure thing has gotten me all worked up again!

A total change of subject.... but if anyone is looking for a good glass of non alcoholic fizz for the festive period the friexnet no alcohol fizz is rather lovely!!!! Not too sweet.

I'm currently 5+2 and feeing so rough and I've been absolutely freezing cold all day 🤢. I have hypothyroidism and just remembered how my doctor said I might need to up my thyroxine dose when pregnant (he prescribed me 25mcg more just incase). Does anyone else here have hypothyroidism?

Hello all, I posted this on the Pregnancy boards summer baby group too but thought I'd say hello here too! I've been TTC since August and got a BFP today! I'm only due my period in 3 days so still very very early days. I used a clearblue digital test-do they ever give false positives? Freaking out slightly as DH is away tonight picking up his mum to stay with us over Christmas and she'll be here for a couple of weeks so I'm not really sure when the best time is going to be to tell him, and how to excuse to everyone that I'm not on the booze over Christmas! I have a 3.5 year old and am now also having mum guilt that my estimated due date would be the week he starts school. But still early days, anything could happen-I just needed to tell someone as I'm home alone and need to get it out!! @TH22 I'll tentatively try and add myself to the FB group, I was very anxious throughout my first pregnancy-I'm sure this will be the same!

Oh and I think I'm due Aug 30th according to the online calculator!

Hi @nattergal , first of all congratulations! I'm not sure when the best time for you to tell him would be, but I'm with you on the mum guilt as I'm due just before my daughter starts preschool 🥺
We haven't told our family yet so over Christmas I'm just going to be the designated driver, I'm not sure what to do on NYE though as it will be hard to 'pretend' to drink but I'm not ready to tell friends yet. Might just stay home. x

For pretending to drink, I helped my sister do it before when she didn't want everyone else knowing. So we bought a non alcoholic bottle of wine and a real bottle. We got rid of the real bottle, not very financially friendly, and poured the fake stuff in the real bottle.

You could also do this with gin, swap it for sipsmith which is no alcohol gin. Then it looks like your drinking but your not. Just can't be the driver.

We had a near empty bottle of gin anyway.

Well its been 2 weeks since my BFP and almost 2 weeks of spotting also. I have just done another digital and still getting a BFP. It's has also moved up in weeks.... im going to call the epu tomorrow and hopefully get in for a scan. I'm so so anxious but have a little hope!!!

Hi can I tentatively join? Been testing like crazy for about 4 days and seeing small amounts of progression but finally got a positive digital yesterday! (Then a v faint line on a boots 5 day early this morning 🙃 putting that down to a shit test haha). Very nervous as it's so early and I'm getting af type cramps. I know that's normal as I had the same with my first but it's worrying me more this time for some reason! My due date is the 29th so my son will be 20 months when it arrives all being well, terrifying 😂. Congratulations to everyone and hope we all have a smooth 9 months!

@twinklesss - I feel GRIM today. My food aversions/wants are changing by the minute too and driving me mad.

Was desperate for a bacon sandwich, so much so that I almost cried, OH went out to get bacon and now the thought of it is making me want to vom 😂

Don’t dare tell him though! 😂😂

@CountryGirl189 hahahah 😂 the joys! I feel starving but everything we have in the house is making me want to vom. My partners currently out with our DD so I've asked him to bring plain Pringles home x

Did anyone have sharp quick pains in their pelvis (on one side) around their positive test or AF due date? I can't remember from my first and I'm a massive worrier 🙈 so convincing myself it means ectopic!
