Morning all

Mummyofaprincess what a crap situation to be in! I do hope it all works out ok x

Northeastmummy I am seeing the midwife today as I missed the 16 week appointment I thought it was on the Tueasday when it was on the Monday! I will ask her if I am to be tested again and ask for more info its just all a bit scary!

Good Morning.

Sorry to hear about all your worries about strep, ladies. another stress of pg, eh? hope all is well though?

Well, it is settling in that i have a girl in my tummy, and not a mini-willy! DP is telling everyone ever ever, still! We went out and got her some pink things this weekend, so she will be all pretty.

I think we are pretty much thinking that she is Tayla, although i wonder because its a unisex name (just different spellings) if i should sample some more girlie girl names? any ideas?

ps i am so hungry today. i had burger and chips yesterday in wimpy and it was so nice, although i felt very naughty to my baby. i have had lots of fruit and veg since to make it up to her. Lunch today is Tomato and Bean soup, Brown bread, yoghurt and maybe a flake cake? I have also put dinner in the slow cooker - lamb casserole.

Morning scorpio. I´m hungry too. Last night I did beef in beer pie, roast potatoes, green beans, brocolli & onion gravy & made a chicken casserole so that all I have to do is warm it up when we get home I´m never normally this organised - don´t know what got into me

scorpio1 · 26/11/2007 11:44

Mmm your dinner last night sounds yum! dp made cottage pie last night with cheese on top and veg, was yum.

nearly lunch time!

Soph73 · 26/11/2007 12:04

Well have just gone & got some soup & bread from the dining room (all Scorpio's fault ) My assistant´s not in for the next few days so have to have something now otherwise I´ll be chewing the table legs by 1.30pm - I´m used to having lunch at 12.30pm.

Soph73 · 26/11/2007 12:05

Cottage pie - now there´s an idea for Tuesday´s dinner - thanks Scorpio Haven´t had that for ages. I like mine with baked beans as well, but think I´ll go for the veg option this week Can I not think of anything other than food - aaarrgghh!

VictorianSqualor · 26/11/2007 12:10

Hi everyone.
Hope you all had a good weekend.
DD's birthday went well, but I got sooooooo angyr yesterday. XP is such a prick (I've written all about it in AIBU if anyone wants to read it, I can't be bothered to type it all again!lol)
Food is making me feel horrid again, I can't eat, but I really want xmas pudding!

scorpio1 · 26/11/2007 12:19

VS, what an ARSE.

my ex-p is a lazy arse father who has no clue. his parents tell him what to do. if it wasnt for them ds1 wouldnt know who his dad was. i often wonder why i thought he was a good choice

hope you are ok?

VictorianSqualor · 26/11/2007 12:28

Yh, I'm fine. I was a bit shocked when I saw him turn up though. I don't think he expected me to say anything but I saw him pick DS up with a fag in his hand So I got out of the car and told him in the same voice reserved for the children 'Could you put that cigarette out, the boy has a bad chest'

scorpio1 · 26/11/2007 12:29

Really, they can be useless can't they. dp's ex smokes in her house and dss is asthmatic. the common sense gene missed her.

EllieG · 26/11/2007 12:31

What a complete tosser. You are so lucky not to have a prat like that in your life now VS. And your DD is lucky to have a lovely caring mum like you.
