(Sorry can't help with Eastenders, don't watch it, is too miserable)

Congrats to everyone on the boys! Is anyone on this thread having a girl!? I'll know next Monday - can't wait! I have no idea what's going on in Eastenders and from what I've read so far I don't really want to - sounds too sad.

eastenders was just sad re honey's baby. she got knocked over and went into labour and had a placental abruption. was pretty unrealistic as labour lasted about 15 mins and they were in no hurry to give her a c section which seemed quite odd! baby born but wasn't breathing... was terribly said but as vs said apparently baby is fine. YAY!

anyway back to reality... how is everyone??? any more scans??? 6 days til mine... not that i'm counting

I'm crying at adverts already so not going anywhere near anything sad to do with babies. When pregnant with dd there was an advert for Waitrose sausages that used to make me cry. Pathetic, I know.

The boy/girl split does seem to go in months iyswim, in my antenatal group last time out of 20 of us there were only 2 boys, all the rest girls.

Found out today that one of my good friends (who I see every couple of weeks or so) is 15 weeks pregnant!!! She has only just told everyone - am so impressed that she didn't spill the news on several occassions when questioned about having any more children etc. Can't believe I didn't guess though - so much for womens intuition, LOL. She was apparently really sick and tired for the first 14 weeks, however whenever I saw her she looked super. Tough Kiwi that one!

Still got a cold - but bearing up a bit better today.

On the appts subject I've had:

Dating scan at 6 weeks
12 week scan
Midwife appointment and bloods (yet to find out results) 2 days after the 12 wk scan

and that's it so far, until next weeks 20 week scan.

just back from the scan and all is well, everything is growing in the correct proportions and yes........ it is another boy. Sooooooo excited and DP is walking on air

I am getting so impatient with you all knowing what you're having! I've got four more bloody scans to not ask at!!

Congrats Peachy, Siameez & Sheds am so jealous of you all 2 weeks tomorrow until I find out what we´re having. Midwife on Friday where I´m sure she´ll try & listen to heartbeat & weigh me - gulp! I cry at everything & anything at the mo.

Congrats Sheds- boys are fab! (I iamgine girls are too but what would I know? LOL)

Congrats to all of you who know what you're having - althogh I feel same as VS - it's a long time to go when I've decided not to find out! But hopefully, with all these boys about, it'll be another.

Very glad to read that baby is fine in Eastenders. Are you sure? Can I watch it again? LOL at piccalilli crying at Waitrose ad. I spent last night sobbing in Homebase over a curtain rail...

oh congrats to sheds too. This is pretty amazing - all boys! I really wonder how many there will be out of all of us...

I must admit that it is making the next 20 wks seem like a long time to wait to find out now! Going to stick to decision tho - dh desp wants it to be a surprise. bless him.

if we are divulging embarassing crying secrets... my last preg i cried and i mean REALLY REALLY cried cos i couldn't eat pizza hut blue cheese sauce and i just wanted it so badly. in the end i convinced myself it was so processed it wouldn't matter and just ate it anyway - naughty. This preg i have managed not to succumb yet but i feel the tears are getting closer as weeks go by! so if anybody knows if i am allowed to have it then feel free to let me know.

Congrats Sheds, boys are indeed fab (although I imagine girls are too). DS is now convinced that this one is a girl, it'll be a relief to be able to tell him one way or the other.

Hi all, I've added myself-hope u don't mind!I had a blood test at 9 weeks to find out because of family health history, and my 20wk scan confirmed I have a ds on the way!

Have felt baby move stronger and stronger, and i went to fatty(pg) yoga last night which i always love.
