Pepperpots - So sorry to hear about your loss, but pleased to hear that you still have a good chance of conceiving again. Good luck.

Twilight I have to admit you've brought a tear to my eye, I'm so, so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. You sound so calm and matter of fact, that book was obviously the best thing to you to be reading this week. Have a good rest this weekend, is DH at home?

Take care, we'll miss you on the thread.

Deb

PiggyPenguin · 10/11/2007 12:14

Twilight and Pepperpots, there is nothing to say except how very very sorry I am. Thinking of you both, take care.

TwilightSurfer · 10/11/2007 13:26

Good morning ladies. Thank you for all your kindness. I actually feel amazing. I had become so bloated...that's completely gone now. Yes, DH is home. He's a bit down about the situation. His mother, I think, will take it very hard. It's just the way life goes. I can't be upset because nature did what it's suppose to do.

Today my DD has a birthday party to go to and I have some well needed housekeeping to attend to. Tomorrow I think I'll go shopping. Life, it just keeps on going.

Josey you've been a wonderful cycle buddy. I can't wait to find out what you're having. {{{Belly rub}}}

See you all on another thread............

Good morning from a very snowy Austria, will post a photo later.Poor DH wil have to do all the snow clearing this winter!! Ds(7) has been and dug us a path out though this morning. He's now on the roof of his playhouse clearing the snow!!I reckon we've had about 80cms this weekend!!!

Good news - I was only sick twice yesterday and no afternoon nap required - breakthrough!!!

Hope you're all OK

Debs I'm envious of the snow you have, it must look so beautiful! Glad to hear the sickness is lessening for you, fingers crossed it will go completly soon.

My thrush has come back and it leterally feels like my fanny is on fire{lol and TMI). Sitting in a big pile of fresh snow would be ideal right now!

systemsaddict · 11/11/2007 10:06

G43 that sounds awful! My ridiculous symptom of the day is weepiness - found myself welling up at the theme tune to Lazytown this morning, the bit which goes 'And soon she and Ziggy are friends'... How can a fictional relationship between a pink-haired girl and a computer-generated character affect me to that extent??!!

goingfor3 · 11/11/2007 10:23

lol SA, I don't think you should ,eave the house if it takes so little to make you weep!!!!!

josey · 11/11/2007 11:04

good morning, I dont know whether Im ill or just pg, I feel as though I have supper low BP as im very weak on my feet adn dizy when stand, I was quite sick yesterday, and despite drinking loads and loads of water and pee'n every 2mins when I was sick(TMI) it was getting stuck like im dehydrated
My Kids and house have been left to fend from themselves Im a bad mum this weekend.

Despite all that G43 Im glad I dont have firey fanny and an urge to sit in snow

sorry got to go heave come on later

sophiewd · 11/11/2007 11:20

josey, there is a pretty nasty bug going around, just got over it after a week of not eating, making friends with the loo, drink lots of fluids and try and rest.

nh101andhertwinbeans · 11/11/2007 12:28

So sorry pepperpots and twilightsurfer, miscarriages/ectopics are so sad, just remember that you are most likely going to go on to have a healthy pregnancy (or more than one if you so wish!). It was six long months between my miscarriage and finding out I was PG again and it was the worst time of my life but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Try to focus on the fact that good news may only be a few weeks away. I found it helped to focus on "a year from now" cos a year goes so quick, I'd think "a year from now I'll be pregnant" or "a year from now I'll have a baby" when in fact there will always be a point where you are just a month or a week away from being PG again.

Best wishes xxxxx

imopop · 11/11/2007 13:06

TS and PP- I am so sorryxxx

josey · 11/11/2007 15:34

Thanks Sophiewd, My dd has had a bug all week, im kind of in limbo as to whether its that or not as dont seem to have quite the same she had. Im doing my best to rest, bless my ds he has done some house work for me today hehe you should have seen him but it made him feel better. I tried to make lunch but ended up sittin gon the kitchen floor before I fell over.
DH has been delayed again so wont be home this week either by the looks of things, 3 weeks is long when you look like death
Anyway sofa is calling me again.

josey · 11/11/2007 15:35

imopop how was you scan?

ChinaSurprise · 11/11/2007 15:51

Oh Josey - sorry to hear you're feeling so rotten.
I think I've got low BP as I've had quite a few dizzy spells in the last ten days, but I haven't had anything else - it sounds like you have got some kind of bug. Don't forget your daughter's immune system won't be identical to yours - hence the different symptoms.
If you're drinking lots of water but throwing up you may end up a bit low on blood salt, which is not good for you and can give you all sorts of odd symptoms - if you can get someone to go to the shops for you get them to buy you a sports drink like Lucozade sport or an electrolyte drink - it should give you an energy boost and help get your blood sugar and salt levels normalised. If you can keep it down...
Bet your DS's housework was a sight for sore eyes!
Get well soon.
China

debinaustria · 11/11/2007 16:25

Josey - you poor thing, I'd go to the Dr tomorrow if you're still the same

The snow is very pretty but a bugger to clear!!

Deb

sophiewd · 11/11/2007 16:39

Josey, those sports drinks were a god send, DD was also low with a bug but not quite the same except for non eating bit. Took her to Doctor for a check up for both of us and not a lot they can do.

And ladies, have a nice week, will see you next Saturday as of for a romantic break to Venice and letting someone else cook breakfast

good luck to all who have appointments and scans this week.

josey · 11/11/2007 16:58

Thank you all, Im feeling a bit better now havent been sick, been eating grapes always wondered why you give them to sick folk lol!
I always have low BP though dont usually suffer from it, at my booking in it was 100/60 which is so so at DDs scan it was 90/50 (they couldnt work out why I wasnt stone cold) a 120/60 is high for me and I only reach that in late pregnancy

I will get some drinks at the shop in the morning when I do the school run, yep little miss stubborn me but then when your on your own so much you have to just get on I suppose.

Lol yep ds housework was something else, bless him though he has been fantastic.

Sophiewd have a wonderful time im and no thats not my sick face.
