6th thread already 😬😬😬 not long now

So I've just got all my baby stuff out of boxes and set everything up in my room :) just a few bits to add to my hospital bag (which can't go in until last minute), set my isofix base up in my car and my pram and I'm ready to go! So exciting!!!

So I have my consultation app on Tuesday but I've mislaid my letter so I don't know what time. Should I ring the community midwives? Don't know who to turn to over the bank holiday!

Btw who's due date is next? We should have a little list! My due date is the 11th of May but I'm predicting the 2nd of May :)

I am not until the 19th May... if she comes on time that is lol

21st May but I feel like she’s going to be early.

I'm due 16th May but my first was 10 days late and I was induced so not expecting her to be on time 🤣

6th of May over here! My first was born on his due date so we'll see about this one!

Feels like my bump is still quite high up. I think my first dropped about and week or so before he was born. Not sleeping that great at night, but at least my toddler still naps in the afternoon so I often lie down with him for an hour or so!

@facevalue they don't still shave women in labour do they? I think it's an out of date practice that they don't do any more! So I don't think you have to worry about having to refuse

23rd May here. Normally I would be wanting baby to be born on time or slightly earlier, but actually a little bit over might get us out of lockdown! Think that’s just wishful thinking though. Just really want my family to be able to meet baby x

27th May but my consultant won’t let me get to 6th May so not long left!

@AlmostAlwyn i'm not sure they shave all women but for an operation they usually shave the area to reduce risk of infection. so for a C section they might shave a little but i don't shave at all only wax because it irritate my skin ...

i'll tell them not to anyway ..

@Emmacb82 23rd of May here too! I was due at the end of the month with my first aswell, feels like the whole month takes a year to pass 🤣

My first was 4 days late so we shall see with this one, aslong as he doesn't make me wait til June we'll be fine!

26th May so think I'm one of the last! Although got a feeling I won't make it until then I feel ready to go now 🙈

27th May here, first baby so I have no idea really!

26th April! 😬 Was 3rd May but date was brought forward at my 12 week scan, but stayed in this group ☺️

So weird to think it could happen any day now or I could be waiting another 4 weeks!

I'm due May 3rd but I am getting induced on Tues 14th April eeek...... My head is all over the place and with the lockdown in place I've totally lost track of time and what day we're actually on!

Hope you are all enjoying the Easter weekend. Coralie and I were finally discharged on Saturday (after 9 nights in neonatal) and we are now trying to settle into a routine at home. Thanks for all your messages x

My baby's due 5th May but I think will be earlier as my bump is very low now.
I'm extremely tired because of non stop heartburn and sickness, I hope everything will be gone once a little one will be born 😊

how did you find your hospital experience with the corona situation ? i'm still terrified to go anywhere near a hospital 🤧
