rainbow1982 · 16/01/2020 14:35

Hi ladies, could someone please tell me the name of the Facebook group so I can join? Currently 19 + 5, first baby 🌈

AmyMaria2 · 16/01/2020 14:45

Thanks @umabb yeah, mine was no where near as clear, hopefully I'll get answers tonight x

Rinoa · 16/01/2020 14:53

@rainbow1982 DM me your email I can add you as it's private :)

Twittlebee · 16/01/2020 15:36

If anyone wants adding to the FB group, it's a small close knot group, just DM me your email and I'll add you in. At my laptop atm. It's all super private etc

Rinoa · 16/01/2020 15:44

are we all in the same group? haha I can't recognize anyone's name.

Twittlebee · 16/01/2020 15:50

I set up another FB group a while ago in response to the original FB group for this chat stopped taking on new people as reached 100 people (mostly people outside of MN as wasnt set to private) and the other FB group is an open group to non MNers which has 200+

Rinoa · 16/01/2020 15:57

haha we are on the same group :D my bad!

MissisBee · 16/01/2020 15:59

@Twittlebee @Rinoa and I are all in the same group 😀 you're probably best to PM them as they know what they're doing to add people!! I think if you click on the name on the post, it'll bring you to the message option

Twittlebee · 16/01/2020 15:59

hahaha @Rinoa well i guess it shows we can still keep some anonymity here too

MissisBee · 16/01/2020 16:03

Sorry, you click on these 3 dots under someone's name to PM them. Told you I'm a technophobe!

SearchingTheSkies · 16/01/2020 16:57

Lovely to hear all your scan updates! Mine's still a while away so I'm living vicariously through you all @AmyMaria2 I hope you get a clear answer this eve.

Will attempt to pm one of you to get added to the fb group. Might take me a while...

sarahlounich · 16/01/2020 17:04

@APD1981so pleased to hear they looked after you so well!

@Zoey92 mines the same ...kicks on my right side and also quite low down and tends to be first thing or while I’m on the sofa in the evening ☺️

@AmyMaria2 aww how nice of your sister in law...fingers crossed you get a definitive answer!

20 week scan tomorrow and excited to see him again 🥰

Rinoa · 16/01/2020 17:36

@sarahlounich mine is also tomorrow and so is Lillian! Can't wait !

Twittlebee · 16/01/2020 18:08

Who were the others on here that had cervical scans again? What were your measurements? Mine was 28mm. I've been told I shouldnt worry unless it drops below 25mm but I am of course freaking out still. Going back in 2 weeks for another cervical scan, shall be having them fortnightly till 28 weeks.

Apparently they stop measuring at 28 weeks because it becomes inaccurate as that is when our cervix start shortening in prep for labour!

APD1981 · 16/01/2020 18:57

@Sarahlounich thanks so much! Typically, I'm now being kicked in the bladder all the time so I can't definitely feel it again!

@Amymaria2 I hope everything has gone well with your scan and you have a definite answer. Looking forward to your update x

Zoey92 · 16/01/2020 19:59

Had a fall at teatime landed on right ankle & left knee, no bump to stomach or side my knee broke my fall, Rang PAU & they told me to have a bath.....ermm ok, uve not felt my usual 6/8 movement. Maybe I'm overthinking I'll have the bath & cold drink & see if aby progress. Stressed to bits

17+4

Pegase · 16/01/2020 20:06

That's really horrible @Zoey92 hope it wasn't too serious. I very much doubt you have anything to worry about if it was just the velocity of the fall and no impact but I'm sure they'd be happy to see you if no movement felt.

Smiffette · 16/01/2020 20:10

@Tweetlebee I had a cervical scan, mine was 34mm and discharged back to MW, no further monitoring needed.

Zoey92 · 16/01/2020 20:30

@Pegase wasn't a serious fall my ankle and knee took all impact, she said if I'm still worried in a few hours to call back

APD1981 · 16/01/2020 20:45

@Zoey92 from my experience today, the midwives will listen to your concerns and put your mind at rest. Don't waste too much time. If you're worried, just ring them again. I'm sure everything is fine though x
