Anyone due August 2020?

Hey! Just wanted to start up a thread because I couldn’t find another one, just got my BFP today after about 6 months of trying. Due date is 1st august! Still feeling nervous as I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past but both before 6 weeks, so ill be keeping my fingers crossed and wont let myself get too excited until that deadline has passed!

Well I think I’m going to say I’m out this time.
Just been to the loo and there’s more red blood. They said that internal scans could cause a bit of bleeding but I feel this is more than that. If this was happening during a normal cycle I’d think it was the start of af.
Feeling pretty down and will still go back for the scan on New Year’s Eve to make sure that everything has come away.
My partner is being lovely and extremely supportive. We will just continue our ttc journey.

Thank you everyone. I will still watch the thread as I’ve enjoyed seeing how you’re all doing. And I will still update with what’s happened when I have my next scan on New Year’s Eve.
Without sounding incredibly ungrateful and heartless, I just wish things would hurry up and happen. This waiting around is what’s torture. Seeing blood one minute and then nothing is just killing me. Xxx

A bit of a personal question but is anyone else abstaining? My spotting seems to be brown discharge now. I haven't let dh near me since I got my bfp. We're going away tomorrow for a night in a hotel and a meal but I don't feel like I want to risk anything. He won't be very pleased!

Hi everyone, I've been lurking for a few days but haven't commented yet as it doesn't all seem real.

I think I am about 7 weeks pregnant so would be due beginning of August. Excited but apprehensive as I had a miscarriage last year and have irregular periods and one polycystic ovary (strange I know).

@moominmiss and anyone else having similar experiences, I really feel for you and wish you all the best of luck.

@girlygirl98 single here so can’t tell you that I am deliberately but if I was in a relationship I probably would be, but only until 12 weeks I’d say. Just psychological I reckon but if it makes us feel better 🤷‍♀️

Hi ladies!!

Had my early scan today. Had my dates as 6+4 but she put me at 6+1. Didn't see much with the abdominal scan but saw our bean and a lovely heartbeat through the vagcam

@girlygirl98 I'm way to scared to have sex. I spoke to DP about it and he said it's the least of our worries, but we both really miss it as we have a very active sex life normally.
I'm going to speak to our consultant tomorrow and see what she says. I'm fairly certain sex is perfectly safe, even after previous MCs, but it's psychological isn't it.
I think we're going to wait until 12 weeks if we can.

I'm pretty sure my boobs have stopped hurting. Ever since the bleed last week they are nowhere near as sore and swollen. Just ever so slightly tender if I poke them, barely noticeable really.
I'm so up and down about the scan tomorrow. One minute I think we'll be absolutely fine, the next I'm filled with dread.

I'm going straight to a wedding dress shop 1.5 hours away after our scan to try on dresses. I don't think I can do that if it's bad news... I'm very much trying to shut out the bad thoughts but they're so loud in my head.
I've been talking to the baby and telling him/her that it's all going to be lovely and we'll see their perfect heartbeat and it will all be absolutely fine!

@Frazzlerock awww I really hope things are good for you tomorrow. I will be really nervous for mine on Monday though. The waiting is very hard but I basically worried through my first 6 months of pregnancy with my daughter because I spotted on and off, then I worried about reduced movements, then when she arrived I worried about her weight and sids, now I just worry about everything. Welcome to motherhood!

Ha! @girlygirl98 I don't remember having any of these worries with the DS's but i was so naive back then. Never in my wildest dreams did I think anything would go wrong. Luckily it didn't!
But the past 4 years have just put the chills into me plus my age doesn't give us the best chance (although I know LOADS of women my age who are having babies without any problems)
You're going to think I've gone mad but I even begged the cosmos earlier to give us good news tomorrow. I've definitely lost the plot! 😂

Seriously though, Cosmos, pretty sure we've had our fair share now...

Hi all! Another due in August 2020 here! Not exactly sure of the date as struggling to work out when I ovulated but have my booking in appointment with the midwife in early Jan then they've booked me for my 12 week scan in early Feb but I think this may be on the late side?
Have been feeling really tired, sore boobs and some cramps but touch wood no nausea yet.

Hi everyone I had my BFP last week. This will be my third child of all goes well. I’m anxious as I was taking metformin to conceive my two children and I was just taking one now and again when I’ve discovered I’m pregnant.
Due around 20th August.
