Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

@RedRobin7 it was internal, and yeah I wasn't sure what we would see at this stage, but it is very clear indeed! :) My OH thinks it looks like Eve in Wall-e, haha so cute.

@Julilie72 Internal is much clearer! I've attached my 8 week scan which is external. I'm hoping 10 weeks will be much clearer! I think mine looks like a roast chicken haha!

Lovely scan @Julilie72 It’s so clear! We had an early one yesterday because I was worried about some spotting. I’m 9+1 and we saw the heartbeat. It’s all very exciting!

Mine was internal as they couldn’t see anything externally - said it’s because I have a retroverted uterus which means it’s tilted back a bit.

😍😍😍 congratulations ladies on your scans. I cannot wait for mine on Friday. I'll only be 7 weeks but I just hope that little heartbeat helps me to relax x

@Rainbow2020 I'm on cyclizine. Wouldn't say they are amazing but have take the edge off. Still feel sick but not as bad as week 5. Got a feeling they are wearing off though so may need to go back and change them x

@Wayekalb I feel sick 24/7 and sick at least once a day it's draining!!!!

@RedRobin7 hahaha yes it does look a bit like a roast chicken (more like poussin) ! It's weird, for me they didn't even try external, was straight inside lol.

@PixieN. Wow nice scan picture, lovely bean...glad that the spotting turned out to be nothing bad! :)

Ladies I work nights for a care company tonight I showed up for work and the house is filthy stinks of cat piss there's no toilet door or toilet seat 🤢🤮 this is not ok my nausea wasn't too bad until now 🤢 x

Thought I'd write something a bit more in depth. I'm due my little baby 25th July meaning I'm 6+3. I've got a scan on Wednesday as I had a bit of bleeding, but I'm reassured this is normal by my doctor an the scan is more so for my piece of mind. I had a private scan at 5 weeks and could see the pregnancy sac so pregnancy is confirmed. So excited but so anxious waiting for the 12 week mark

Hi!

I’d love to join, due 14th July, unexpectedly expecting after IVF, had a scan at 7 weeks to see a blob with a heartbeat and, after worrying about my lack of symptoms early on, morning sickness really made its presence felt with a vengeance today resulting in having to get off the tube and unceremoniously retch into my coat on the platform this morning

@impatientlyinfertile that absolutely not on! Have you told the company you are pregnant yet?
No on should be allowed to work or live on that, especially not a pregnant lady. Also shame on the care company for not getting the occupier the help they clearly need and to live in that squaller!
Hope you are okay and remember you MUST not go where there is cat poop!

Wow some amazing scan pics, congratulations ladies. I'm so impatiently waiting as long as I can before booking a private one, was going to try to wait until 21st but think we will end up having one on the 14th. I'm really struggling with tiredness, I could literally fall asleep on my desk 😴

I’m joining the nausea club.... 6w6d and it has hit me. Pretty certain it started at 7 weeks last time so basically par for the course. I try to eat a low carb high veg diet and lost 2.5 stone doing this since April. I was so chuffed and felt great! But at the moment the only thing I can face is dry bland food like toast. Everyone is very shocked that I have suddenly fallen off my diet wagon! I’m going to balloon and get my double chin back aren’t I!? 😫

8+3 today and just heading to my 4th scan! All private reassurance scans as there haven't been any complications. I had a complicated missed miscarriage a few years ago and as a result, I don't seem to able to reassure myself at all.

I'm hoping this scan will hold me over for over for a bit.

Can I please join? I’m 5+2 and
I’m due 29th July, which is also my
Mum and nephews bday and my sisters wedding anniversary!! So would be a blessing and a curse if I gave birth on my due date. Lol.
July is also our busiest month for birthdays (including mine), there’s currently 14 birthdays and a wedding anniversary in July 😊

This is my first baby, and my partner doesn’t know yet!! No one does! It’s killing me hahah!

I’ve booked a private 8wk early scan for the 22nd dec which i will take my partner to and will give him a gift box with the pregnancy test in it just before the appointment (like 5mins before)

I will then use the scan pics to surprise my family with on Xmas day.

All your scan pics look soo amazing, I can’t wait to see mine.
Roll on the 22nd December!

@misselphaba Hope your scan goes well! Totally understand your anxiety. I have had two scans already and feel I'm only reassured for a day!

@essexanon Wow! That must be so hard to keep it a secret from your partner! My DH was shocked and it took him a week to come around to the idea so I wasn't able to give him a nice surprise.

I just had scrambled egg and tinned tomatoes on toast. It tasted amazing! I've gone off everything and haven't enjoyed dinner in a while so it was nice to have something quick and easy and actually enjoy it!

Is anyone else finding they're not going to the loo more frequently? I have before in previous pregnancies but this time it's about the same as normal. Just worried if this means anything. I wake up desperate in the morning but don't get up in the night. I don't have my midwife appointment until 18th!

@RedRobin7 and @farmmumtomillie thank you I'm ok I gained permission to leave and told my company I was pregnant this morning. I shouldn't have posted anything on here really I just got myself all worked up. Unfortunately I think help with cleaning isn't afforded on the nhs and sadly when couples have no family to help them things can get out of control due to the cost of cleaners especially when they have pets.
I'm also living for egg @RedRobin7 I think the protein helps ward off nausea a bit without being too heavy x

Don't blame you @misselphaba I had a mmc in July so know exactly how you feel when nothing can reassure you other than scans . I had o e a week ago and have one booked for a week tomorrow. I'd have them weekly 😭

impatientlyinfertile I literally spent the whole weekend in and out of sleep instead of doing Xmas decs and wrapping. I just told him it’s exhaustion from work as I do have a stressful job.
The worst is at work, trying not to sleep at work is pretty hard.

The worst thing is, I can’t sleep at night! I’m awake all night with 1000 thoughts in my head! That Probably isn’t helping with staying awake during the day.

I’m hoping I don’t start with sickness before the scan as that would be really hard to hide from work and partner. Fingers crossed xx

Omg @essexanon I’d never be able to keep it secret that long!! You must have a will of steel!

My cramps got really bad again this morning so headed back to EPAU - I’ve haemorrhaged into my corpus luteum, which has now ruptured. Very painful, but baby seems fine. Absolutely fed up of being unable to move or do anything to get comfortable! Bit early for an epidural you reckon?
