Anyone due July 2020

Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

*relatively normal

Dafs123 · 17/11/2019 18:20

@Wayekalb yeah do you have private clinics by you? We have quite a few local ones x

Rainbow2020 · 17/11/2019 18:46

I'm 6+4 today too. really struggling today with nausea xx

Goldington · 17/11/2019 18:56

Is anyone else struggling with sleep? I wake so much in the night and can’t get back to sleep! I’m having really vivid dreams too - usually not very nice ones! 😟

peanutfoldover · 17/11/2019 19:05

@goldington yes me! Dreamt last night y DD broke her arm!!

Wayekalb · 17/11/2019 19:20

We must do! I'm West Midlands way so I'm sure there are lots. I've never looked into it but so many people seem to be talking about them!

@Rainbow2020 mines awful :(

Wayekalb · 17/11/2019 19:21

@Dafs123 sorry I replied forgot to tag you x

Dafs123 · 17/11/2019 19:42

@Wayekalb if your not overly anxious maybe must wait till 12 week scan. I know nhs prefer you to do that. I just can't wait 😂x

Rainbow2020 · 17/11/2019 19:54

@Wayekalb the only thing that subsides it is sugar free gum 😬.. xxx

Wayekalb · 17/11/2019 20:07

@Rainbow2020 have you been sick yet? I haven't but I just feel it constantly! Was sick with my first but you forget how bad it feels!!

Rainbow2020 · 17/11/2019 20:17

@Wayekalb I've only been sick once.. I feel sicky all the time.. I wasn't sick with my first.. but I was sick in the last pregnancy which sadly ended in mc xx

GracefulAng · 17/11/2019 20:21

Me! Due 5th July - though this would probably change at the dating scan.

Wayekalb · 17/11/2019 20:25

Ohh I'm sorry to hear that! @Rainbow2020 positive thoughts for this one then. Yeah I just keep heaving but the more I snack the better I feel. Just keep eating dry crackers and ice lollies x

Rainbow2020 · 17/11/2019 20:32

@Wayekalb yeah I'm the same anything bland.. and mints and gum help. I've ran out of ice Liollies !! Must stock up!! I hope it subsides soon so I can actually enjoy the pregnancy xx

Wayekalb · 17/11/2019 21:23

@Rainbow2020 I know it's so hard when the days feel like they are dragging. Just praying it passes

Rainbow2020 · 17/11/2019 21:29

@Wayekalb yeah defo I can't belive its only been 4 weeks since I found out feels like a lifetime ago!! But I'm hoping once I get to 12 weeks then it will start to pass!! And the fun stuff starts xx

surprisenumberfive · 17/11/2019 21:44

hi guys iv only just joined! as you can tell from my name yup surprise number 5 for me! due 17th july (I think) also my boys 16th birthday!!!
if anyone can direct me to attachment parenting threads such as the 7Bs ect

p.s absolutely crapping it, I have 2 boys with additional support needs im currently doing my HNC in additional support needs at college and working in a school

been single 5 years, was a good friend for a few years that did the deed! iv told him, but reality is im still swinging on what to do! xx

elisaj86 · 17/11/2019 21:45

@Kiki275 @Dafs123 thank you! It is a miracle! He is recovering well thanks, find out next steps next week but we’re feeling positive!

@Rainbow2020 @Wayekalb the last few days I’ve been feeling really nauseous. Haven’t been sick yet but feel like I’m in a constant state of hangover (without the fun of a night out!). Bought various ginger snacks so hoping they’ll help.

Also worried about keeping it a secret, think we may get an early scan before Christmas so we can surprise family at Christmas!

Kiki275 · 17/11/2019 22:08

@surprisenumberfive you've plenty of time to make the best decision for yourself. There will be tons of support available for you on MN either way. I hope the dad is there for you whichever way you decide, you sound like you're balancing so much already and need some help x

Kiki275 · 17/11/2019 22:10

@Rainbow2020 be careful with ice lollies, my friend was hooked on them and they affected the glucose urine dips x

farmmumtomillie · 18/11/2019 10:35

@Kiki275 haha my husband is no way a farm 😂 i am but not much these days! I stood back in my first pregnancy but we run a boarding kennel and day care centre from the farm and i work 7 days a week (hubby gets two days off 🙄) we have asked MIL to stay a few weeks after the birth and my mum said she'd take time off and have our toddler if needed as i have to have a section this time!

@surprisenumberfive i agree, take some time and think it all through and do what is best fo your and your other kids

Anyone else showing already 😳 unfortunately it isn't bloat like most will say, mines down to a medical condition and seriously lacking collagen so my uterus has no give when it begins to stretch! Sonorgaphers where shocked how high my cervix was early on last time and i was bigger than those there for their 29 week scan when i had my 12 week one 🙈
I'm only 5+4 but judging by bloods and last time I'll likely get brought forward (even though it's not possible)

So glad most aren't feel too bad
No nausea yet other than travel sickness! And my exhaustion hits in very strange waves!

Kiki275 · 18/11/2019 11:22

@farmmumtomillie that's a serious workload. Glad your getting family help. I don't work on the farm myself, just know I can't rely on DH being around. I'm hoping I don't need another section to make things easier x

peanutfoldover · 18/11/2019 15:04

What a lovely early bump! I took aaaages to show with my first since then have gained 5 stone Blush but lost 2.5 over the summer/autumn Grin. Still have a substantial ‘bump’ though with only a poppy seed sized baby in there! Think it might take a while to show through this chub Sad

MariaLisa · 18/11/2019 17:59

I’m joining as well. Preliminary due 6th July (my personal estimate against the calendar :)) it’s our 3rd and I am 40. Is anyone from Kingston upon Thames area?

Wayekalb · 18/11/2019 19:16

Anyone been on anti sickness tablets l?? Do they work? X
