KatiePix · 07/06/2019 16:10

@LillyLeaf so sorry to hear your news. Take care of yourself

AstroKate · 07/06/2019 16:12

So sorry @LillyLeaf , heartbreaking news. Really hope next time is sticky bean for you. Please take care xxx

TheOnlyMrsA · 07/06/2019 16:28

@Mirana I'm the exact same so I understand. Mine was 6+4 and a TV and they got me at 6weeks but the lady said a few days is nothing at this stage also, it had a strong heart beat (their words) so I'm filled with hope that I'm getting my rainbow this time.

@LillyLeaf I'm so sorry for your loss 💕💕💕

MoominMantra · 07/06/2019 16:35

@LillyLeaf I'm so sorry :( xx

raligator · 07/06/2019 16:47

@LillyLeaf I’m so so sorry. Thinking of you guys xx

MoominMantra · 07/06/2019 16:52

@KatiePix - I think you just have to eat what you feel like. Orange juice has helped me, salty snacks, marmite on toast and lemonade (stirred first to get out the bubbles)

TheOnlyMrsA · 07/06/2019 17:15

@MoominMantra what is it with orange juice that makes the world ok?!

@KatiePix sounds stupid but I've found my Go to Hangover Cures really helpful with my nausea and I've tried to make healthy choices but I've been eating whatever I fancy too. If I feel sick and my body is like 'girl alll I want us Capri sun and a steak bake from Greggs' I've had it xox

MoominMantra · 07/06/2019 17:18

Polos are good too I found.

Yeah orange juice does really help.

MoominMantra · 07/06/2019 17:20

@TheOnlyMrsA I was just going to say orange juice is a hangover cure Grin

NewbieMam · 07/06/2019 17:35

Ladies I've got my booking in appointment tomorrow at 9:15 then a private scan Sunday at 3ish so excited! What should I expect from booking in? First time pregnant and mixed information about it online that I've found

Also if anyone is from north east and knows if the area differs much? My SIL is due in November and their midwives do at home appointments, apparently my area doesn't!

Ann334 · 07/06/2019 17:37

So sorry @lillyleaf 😢

Missmonkeypenny · 07/06/2019 17:48

Sorry, Lillyleaf, I have no words to make you feel any better but sending love Flowers

Mumof4andahalf · 07/06/2019 17:50

@LillyLeaf I'm so so sorry xx
@NaomiSophia cheapie tests don't show up for me for weeks!

mynameisMrG · 07/06/2019 18:18

@NewbieMam the booking in appointment is all about paperwork. They fill your pregnancy notes in with all your background and ask you a ton of questions. Sometimes they do a urine test and bloods, sometimes you have to make a separate appointment.
My midwife used to do home visits for this but they changed it recently and now I have to go to either the clinic or the dr surgery so it really does depend on your region.

I thought it was really strange at the booking appointment that they don't actually test your bloods or urine to confirm you're pregnant!! Got my scan Tuesday it's taking an age to get there!! Xx

mynameisMrG · 07/06/2019 18:46

I thought that with my first @MummyBearBoo, they just take your word for it lol I suppose home pregnancy tests are so reliable these days they don’t need to

I'm really annoyed, my brother knows I'm pregnant, it's our friends birthday tomorrow and they're having a bbq.

He's text me today like 'are you coming tomorrow I'll pick you up' I said - 'I'll let you know how I feel in the morning if I'm suffering with bad sickness no... im not physically vomiting all day and not drinking it's suspect' and he's putting me under pressure to go and I'm like I can't commit to anything right now as my sickness could be gone tomorrow I never know and he's still not getting it.

Like leave me alonnneeee

DaisyMay25 · 07/06/2019 18:56

So so sorry @LillyLeaf I hope the clinic can give you some answers xx

MummyBearBoo · 07/06/2019 19:29

So sorry @LillyLeaf -best of luck for the future! Xxx

MonicaGellerHyphenBing · 07/06/2019 19:35

LillyLeaf so sorry to hear of your loss Flowers

It was booking in for me today. They’ve now changed to online notes which will be interesting, I quite liked having paper! Suppose it means I can’t forget them for appointments.

Mine only lasted half an hour, I knew it would never last the full hour they allow. Still feeling shit all the time but have a scan tomorrow so we’ll see if everything is ok.

DD is being a complete turd tonight I can’t wait to just go to bed to get some peace and quiet 😞

MoominMantra · 07/06/2019 19:48

Oh in my area it's still the green paper notes 🧐

Cannyhandleit · 07/06/2019 19:49

So sorry @LillyLeaf!
@MonicaGellerHyphenBing the hospital I have chosen uses online notes aswell! Very odd but it added my scan appointment date before I received a letter with the appointment so I think they get added in as soon as it's in the system!

mrscatmad31 · 07/06/2019 19:50

So sorry @Lilyleaf

Teaonthebedsheets · 07/06/2019 19:52
