I'm hoping I haven't missed a December 2019 thread- apologies if I have.
I got my BFP at 10dpo this morning, giving me an estimated due date of 2nd December.
I know it's incredibly early-I'm very nervous about that at the moment!
Is there anyone else with a December 2019 due date yet?

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 20/04/2019 09:17

@BostonFern so glad your scan went well, we have ours tomorrow, I should be 8+4 I think so I hope ours is as positive.

RobinsNest17 · 20/04/2019 12:40

Well I'm worried I'm going to be out- my viability scan isn't for another 10 days, but I'm spotting pink when I wipe this morning. Sad

BostonFern · 20/04/2019 13:06

@PinkFizz19 thank you.
Of course you can pop back in!
I hope you're getting all the support you need at the moment xx

Thank you @smartcarnotsosmartdriver, wishing you luck for tomorrow too x

@RobinsNest17 I'm crossing my fingers for you that it's nothing bad x

Just in case anyone is wondering how I get on my appointment was actually today and I missed it because I thought it was tomorrow. I'm distraught.

codenameduchess · 20/04/2019 22:22

Oh no @smartcarnotsosmartdriver !! Have you been able to rearrange?

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 20/04/2019 22:34

@codenameduchess I've only just realised, completely freaked out, DH has just booked one with another place near us tomorrow afternoon.

Starrynights86 · 21/04/2019 04:17

Just found out one of my friends is due in December too, very excited to have someone to hang out with on maternity leave!

agteacht · 21/04/2019 08:04

Oh no @smartcarnotsosmartdriver ! But good luck today

BostonFern · 21/04/2019 08:19

Oh dear @smartcarnotsosmartdriver! At least your DH has managed to get you another one.

Ah @Starrynights86 that's no nice!

@frillyfarmer I recognise your name? I had a miscarriage early this year too, were you in the September group?

Welcome and congratulations to people who have just joined 😊

@BostonFern so glad your scan went well!
Good luck to all that have theirs coming up!

@RobinsNest17Fingers crossed it's nothing bad, I had that too as well as bleeds and everything is fine. Do get checked out though!

@smartcarnotsosmartdriver Oh no, glad you managed to get another appointment! Mistakes happen.

@Starrynights86 It's exciting isn't it, I found out a friend is due in November makes it that little bit easier!

MinnieLou · 21/04/2019 10:30

Is anyone else struggling with symptoms?
Boobs are sore and heavy but can cope with that it's the cramps that I'm struggling with 😩 (I don't know if it could be to do with trapped wind/constipation)

They're light cramps but they're all the time they are on and off, during the day I'll suddenly bend over in pain and during the night I'm constantly tossing and turning because I'm in pain.

They never said anything about them at my early scan at epu when I mentioned them and all is fine so I assume it's normal but it's horrible 😩 anyone know how to soothe/get rid? x

Starrynights86 · 21/04/2019 10:54

@minnielou a wheat bag to soothe? Maybe go to the GP if it doesn’t get better? I also have extremely sore boobs and a very rambunctious toddler ouch!

BostonFern · 21/04/2019 11:01

Thank you @MinnieLou. Yes, I'm also finding my boobs to be very achey and tender. The cramps were quite bad last week, so I used a hot water bottle and found that offered some relief. I think I'm getting round ligament pain already too, as certain sudden movements create a bit of a sharp pain (sneezing, coughing etc).

OP posts:
codenameduchess · 21/04/2019 13:15

@BostonFern I'm getting sharp pains if i sneeze/cough/stand up to quickly and wondered if it could be round ligament pain.

I'm also swinging between fine and horribly sick, there's no one logic to it at all. One day the smell of toast made me sick and the next day all I wanted was toast!

BostonFern · 21/04/2019 13:20

@codenameduchess I get you- no predictability at all about when I can, or if I want, to eat. I think it's forming a pattern then it changes again!

OP posts:
SunStruck · 21/04/2019 13:26

@BostonFern congrats on the scan:)

Is it common practice for them to record it to let you keep? Is this everywhere? I live abroad and thought I'd just film the screen during my viability scan next week (hoping it will go well and that I can see something).

DH is abroad so he can't join me for the first scan but I don't want to wait as I'm also traveling after next week!

codenameduchess · 21/04/2019 14:24

@SunStruck I think most private places in the uk offer recording. Not sure about anywhere else but I can't see why they wouldn't?

I forgot the bloating! I've gained half a stone and nothing fits, I'm eating healthily and not much, still exercising but the bloat won't stop!

smartcarnotsosmartdriver · 21/04/2019 17:17

I had my scan, measuring bang on for my dates and we saw a heartbeat! It was amazing, so so relieved.

jinglybell · 21/04/2019 17:39

Hi! I got a positive result thos morning at 13dpo, giving me a due date of 31st December Smile

BostonFern · 21/04/2019 18:04

Thanks @SunStruck , I'm not sure- I think that's the only one near me that records and puts it all on a USB stick (at least it's the only one that states that on their website). Good luck for your scan next week!

@smartcarnotsosmartdriver Great news! It's such a wonderful feeling. I was shaking after mine!

@jinglybell Welcome and congratulations!

Pip231018 · 21/04/2019 18:04

I'm sat waiting for my scan, I'm the last appointment of the day and they are running about an hour behind. I could throw up. My appointment was at 5.45.
