I'm hoping I haven't missed a December 2019 thread- apologies if I have.
I got my BFP at 10dpo this morning, giving me an estimated due date of 2nd December.
I know it's incredibly early-I'm very nervous about that at the moment!
Is there anyone else with a December 2019 due date yet?

Just got back from the epu, everything is okay! Even saw the little heartbeat, I've been estimated 6 weeks so a week off what my LMP says.
I asked what the bleeds may have been and she doesn't know and thinks it just could have been "implantation that sorted itself out".
Now it's the 6 week wait for my 12 week scan at the end of May!!
Midwife appointment on 7th May!!
Just so much going through my head 😩

@codenameduchess @SideEyeing Brilliant news!! 😁😁😁

blondie87 · 18/04/2019 16:24

Great news!

RobinsNest17 · 18/04/2019 16:36

Congratulations on the positive scan news @MinnieLou @codenameduchess and @SideEyeing Smile

My GP has referred me for a viability scan on 1st May because of my history of MMCs so the next two weeks are going to go hellishly slowly for me while I wait for that!

PinkFizz19 · 18/04/2019 17:34

Well ladies we're officially out and we're both devastated 😭 we've had a rollercoaster of emotions since Sunday but sadly had the phone call to say my bloods have decreased and the pregnancy isn't progressing. They've gone from 1481 on Monday to just 265 last night. I have to go back again on Monday as they can't discharge me just yet, they have to be as low as 30 before they can. Sending lots of love and luck to you all for the next few months. Will be looking forward to hearing about your beautiful babies in December 💛 love and hugs xxx

@Roxybaby12 Sending you lots of love and hugs xxx

@MinnieLou Made up for you that everything has gone well. Hope the next 6 weeks doesn't drag for you xxx

@PeacockingAbout Hope you're ok sweet. Wishing you lots of love and luck for 4th December and the months leading up to it xxx

BostonFern · 18/04/2019 17:35

MinnieLou · 18/04/2019 19:57

@PinkFizz19 so sorry! Take care of yourself 💜💜

Does anybody know what painkillers are ok to take occasionally? I have a banging headache and all that's in is ibroprofen which I know I can't take I rummaged around and found some 'paracetamol with caffeine' will I be ok taking it?

cadihaf · 18/04/2019 20:57

Sorry @Roxybaby12 and @PinkFizz19 - sending you both love

I’m feeling so much more sick and tired than last time. Kicked in at 7 weeks last time but started a few days ago at 5+3 this time! I’m 6w tomorrow.

How’s everyone else doing? I should be at a meal with friends but couldn’t face it :-(

windysowindy · 18/04/2019 21:08

So sorry @Roxybaby12 and @PinkFizz19 😔

elephantmarch · 19/04/2019 04:19

The first trimester is such a fragile Time, this thread really reminds me of that. Roxy and pink, Stay strong, I’ll be praying that you have a pain free recovery and that whatever you hope for in the future happens for you.
Thank you for the support you’ve given to others

Beaglemum93 · 19/04/2019 07:08

So sorry for your loss @PinkFizz19

Fuiseog · 19/04/2019 08:29

Have been very quiet here lately, but so sad to hear your news @Roxybaby12 and @PinkFizz19 . I'm sure there is nothing very helpful we can say, but I am thinking of you both and wishing you love and support at this time and good luck and healthy pregnancies soon XXX

Very pleased for those of you who have had good appointments recently - I hope and can only imagine it has helped out your minds at ease x

Lozzlepop · 19/04/2019 10:12

So sorry to hear your news @PinkFizz19 thinking of you at this time ❤️

fonxey · 19/04/2019 10:54

Hi everyone, I'm Fiona from Cambridgeshire... Up near Ely. I'm only 5 weeks and two days and feel incredibly... New to ask this. I'm due 18th Dec. Hopefully it won't be a Christmas baby!

Sorry i haven't read all of this thread but congrats to all of you, although I'm sorry to read the sad news as well. I hope you are recovering and best of luck in the future.

Pip231018 · 19/04/2019 11:05

@fonxey Congratulations 💕

agteacht · 19/04/2019 11:27

I'm so sorry to read this @PinkFizz19

agteacht · 19/04/2019 11:28

@MinnieLou I think you can take 75mg aspirin? But I wouldn't be totally confident so it would be worth digging around online...

frillyfarmer · 19/04/2019 17:23

Hi all. I'm tentatively going to join this group but it's very early days for us - EDD 28th December! Had a MC earlier this year so very nervous about joining but found these groups soooo useful with DC1!

Thund4rcat · 19/04/2019 17:35

@MinnieLou probably too late but you can take paracetamol but are not meant to have caffeine. I believe a bit of caffeine is not terrible though. You're definitely not meant to have Ibuprofen.

Starrynights86 · 19/04/2019 20:51

@frillyfarmer and @fonxey congratulations! @fonxey my edd is dec 20 and I was five days late with my first so am quite worried I will have the baby on Christmas Day.

It will be weird this time not having all the big decisions on prams etc to make but I will live vicariously through all of you with first babies!

frillyfarmer · 19/04/2019 21:02

@Starrynights86 a Xmas baby is deffo a possibility for us as well! I had GD and PE with my first so they wouldn't let me go over and wanted to induce me a week early.

Originally I always said I didn't want a Christmas baby but after our loss earlier this year, I'd really just love a healthy baby at any day or time 😊

Also relishing not having the endless car seat/pram/ side sleeper debates with DH this time round... although I've not yet broken the news that his "at least we don't have to buy any more baby stuff cos we've got everything" doesn't account for new car seats as DS will still be in his 😂

BostonFern · 19/04/2019 21:09

Welcome and congratulations @fonxey and @frillyfarmer!

We had our early scan today, measuring a few days ahead at 8 weeks instead of 7+4, and we saw and heard the heartbeat. They recorded the ultrasound and put that as a video, and some screen shots, on a USB stick too. Can't stop watching the video and listening to the heart beat. Feeling reassured that there's actually something growing in there now!

Pip231018 · 19/04/2019 21:37

@BostonFern Ah, how loverly and so reassuring. I'm really pleased it went well. I've got a scan booked for Sunday, I'll be 7 weeks so praying for a similar experience. So pleased for you! X

Starrynights86 · 19/04/2019 21:40

Glad to hear all these early scans going well, I have mine booked for May 6 when I will be 7+5 I think
