I'm hoping I haven't missed a December 2019 thread- apologies if I have.
I got my BFP at 10dpo this morning, giving me an estimated due date of 2nd December.
I know it's incredibly early-I'm very nervous about that at the moment!
Is there anyone else with a December 2019 due date yet?

@agteacht thank you, let's hope so 🤞🏻 x

MinnieLou · 09/04/2019 23:10

@agteacht hope all is okay with you. This is my second bleed too since finding out.🤞🏻 for us all! Xx

Azure83 · 10/04/2019 08:49

Morning everyone, decided to say a tentative hello! Af not due until tomorrow but I got a faint bfp yesterday.

I've had a mc in Oct so I think my plan is to pretend it's not happening until we get a heartbeat at an early scan. I think I'll be more relaxed once we're past that milestone.

Baby no.2 is due on the 19th of Dec, a day after Ds1 3rd b'day! Good planning parents...

Hatty33 · 10/04/2019 09:17

@kizzy8750 I’m from Manchester too. Anyone else booked an early scan? I need to reassurance.
I have my first midwife appointment next week was hoping it would be in my Easter holidays but looks like I’m going to have to tell the head! Can anyone repeat the email address for the fb group please? Thanks

Enwi · 10/04/2019 12:13

Hi Hatty! It’s [email protected]

DieCryHate · 10/04/2019 12:24

Hey everyone. I think I shall be bowing out; after my clear bfp on Monday, yesterday's test was much fainter, to the point of being a squinter. Digital clearblue today says not pregnant, and by this point it should really be picking up a positive. I'm not bleeding but apparently that doesn't count for much at this stage, so just waiting for it to start.

Good luck to you all with your December babies Thanks

MinnieLou · 10/04/2019 12:26

No more bleeding since last night although still very worried about it considering it was quite a bit. Will find out on the 18th 😩

Never been a lover of fried egg but the smell is literally making me heave!! (Partner just had an egg sandwich) he's finding me weird but I've disappeared to another room otherwise I think I will be sick!!

codenameduchess · 10/04/2019 12:40

So sorry @DieCryHate x

JayDot500 · 10/04/2019 12:43

Sorry @DryCryHate. Take care Flowers

MinnieLou · 10/04/2019 13:01

So sorry @DieCryHate. Xx

DieCryHate · 10/04/2019 13:33

Thanks all. @MinnieLou sorry you've been having a rough time, pleased the bleeding has stopped. My friend had this and she's now 25 weeks with no further incident. I know anecdotes are pointless but hope that brings you some comfort.

I have just got home from buying a bottle of wine for tonight to cheer myself up. Husband is at home and we had a chat and basically came to a happy acceptance that maybe it's not meant to be. Met the postman with a pack of first responses. I used one just to confirm. It's stronger than my bfp on Monday!!! I have NO idea what's going on now.

lordofthefries · 10/04/2019 13:47

@DieCryHate How confusing! What time did you take the two tests yesterday and how far along are you?.

Hatty33 · 10/04/2019 14:09

@enwi thanks - email sent

DieCryHate · 10/04/2019 14:11

@lordofthefries I know. Goodness knows what's happening. I took the positive FRER test early lunch time on Monday. The CB digital was negative but I figured it was very early. I took the second FRER yesterday morning before work, around 6am. very faint, almost on the cusp of being negative.

I took the second CB digital mid morning then the third FRER early lunch time today, pretty much same "test environment" as Monday. The digital was negative but FRER is definitely stronger today than Monday.

I am not sure on dates as I'm so irregular, but my period is due anytime from today until Sunday. The first hint of a positive I had was Sunday just gone. I need to be more patient and less on edge about it all since it's so early really. This will be a high risk pregnancy so it's just making me anxious.

lordofthefries · 10/04/2019 14:14

I think it’s very early for it to show up on a Digital, but if you’re getting positives on all other tests I wouldn’t be too worried just yet, especially if this one was so strong. I think HCG levels can vary. I really hope AF doesn’t come, I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you, it must be so stressful

DieCryHate · 10/04/2019 14:25

@lordofthefries thanks x

Kizzy8705 · 10/04/2019 14:34

@hatty33 hey :) I’m in Tameside x

@diecryhate digital doesn’t detect as early, I’d take it as you’re pregnant if you’ve had 3 positives.

I feel like death, my stomach bug has gone but I had morning sickness this morning and now I’m having to nap

codenameduchess · 10/04/2019 14:52

@DieCryHate I've heard of women who get better results from later pee rather than fmu, digitals are less sensitive so take the frer results. This early the hcg is still pretty low but should roughly double every 48 hours so you could test in a few days or a week.

Lozzlepop · 10/04/2019 15:41

@dalecooperscoffeecup I'm not the best of fan of bananas at the best of times, if the consistency is wrong I am out 😂

@BostonFern I am exactly the same, its like the nausea makes me think things are progressing well and that I should be feeling sick! Your DP sounds like the absolute dream, mine has to do some training to get to that point i think, or maybe I will just toss him in at the deep end lol

@RoxyBaby12 I hope that you manage to get the small out of your new car, what a shame!

@agteacht @Sweetpeace how are you ladies doing today? Thinking of you all and sending good thoughts your way!

@MinnieLou hope you are doing ok, is the EPU not able to see you any sooner? I was the same last night trying to brown mince to make chilli 🤢

@DieCryHate theres nothing worse than being stuck in limbo, I hope that everything works out for you ❤️I have heard that the FRERs are more accurate than Clear Blue in early detection.

DieCryHate · 10/04/2019 16:36

You're all lush ❤️ I think I am "back in the game". My Prosecco will now have to wait!

Sorry some of you are dealing with sickness and being tired, I can't say I'm excited about that phase. I have a great memory from my first pregnancy of craving spaghetti carbonara. I stopped half way to throw my guts up then came straight back in and polished off the rest. Pretty much growled when I saw my bowl had been moved while I was in the loo!

Roxybaby12 · 10/04/2019 16:58

Hi ladies,
Car update.... it doesn’t smell!! 👍 😂😂
Sorry to hear some of you are having some issues, it would be so nice for us girlies if there was nothing to worry about!
Nothing new here, still getting mild cramps, boobs ache and needing to drink coconut water!! (I’m moderation of course)! 😉
Got my booking appointment for 28th-it’s a Sunday!! But now my local midwifery unit at the hospital deal with it all! So excited! Scan date is 22nd May and what I assume is my gluglose test in June-(I’m overweight again-tried to lose baby chub but won’t budge! That’s another story).

What’s the weirdest thing anyone has or is craved/craving? Xx

Roxybaby12 · 10/04/2019 16:59

gluclose -stupid phone!!

CantCope32 · 10/04/2019 17:11

Hi @Rochbaby12 I am also a bit overweight (I also wasn’t expecting to be pregnant) but my question is, do the midwives judge you for being a bit fat? This is my worry when I go to see them 🙈🤣 x

Fuiseog · 10/04/2019 17:32

Hi all,

Thinking of all of you who have had scares lately @agteacht @sweetpeace @MinnieLou @DieCryHate - hoping everything is looking up!

I can't believe how many in this thread are teachers! I am also a teacher 😂 Secondary school too!

I went to my GP yesterday and she said she didn't need to test again as she was happy with the tests I did, so we just discussed care options. I picked the hospital and made my appointments today! I am only 4+2 today but I have an early scan booked for May 8th at 8+2 and then my official booking appointment for June 5th at 12+2 where I will have a scan and bloods etc.
I'm so excited now but still nervous because I still don't feel pregnant 🙈 not that I have any clue what that feels like! I have some symptoms like being thirsty more and needing to pee a lot more, and I was bloated last night and this morning for the first time, but they both feel like things that could happen anyway or something! I think especially since it was the first time I felt bloating, it felt like a coincidence or once-off rather than a symptom!

Roxybaby12 · 10/04/2019 17:50

Hi @CantCope32
Some do and some dont! My first bubba I was only just in the overweight bracket and got told by my routine midwife that I had to go to hospital to have bubba not a midwife let unit. But when I had an appointment with my chosen hospital they said it was ridiculous and there was no one they were having it! With child 2 it wasn’t really mentioned as child 1 pregnancy and labour was so straight forward (I’ve been very lucky so far).
This time I weigh more-I’ve tried for years to lose the weight but can’t keep it off! Even dieting and working out 3/4 times a week-nothing really came off! I ended up with more muscle and migraines!
Does make me paranoid but wonder as DD2 was an easier pregnancy and labour again if they’ll just leave me alone! Lol
I wouldn’t worry too much! Eat well, stay hydrated and keep active! They can’t complain at that! Xx
