This was mine before they drew on to ... Looks girly to me but they've said boy so who knows ! Lol

@ReginaPhalange89 I have zero clue. It annoys me so much that I stopped trying to work it out. Yours could be either to me! I'm gonna email mine to them to see, though I don't plan on scanning and finding out, I'm just curious.

So here’s the bump it’s definitely popped in the last couple of days... I have just had burger and chips and about to have Jamaica cake and cream but it’s the weekend and I can’t have wine lol! Would love some gender guesses but I think boy going by nub theory even though I think it’s a girl!

Interesting because all my guesses on my nub thread said girl but I've had 1 boy guess here! I'll let you know in July I suppose 😬

Nobody take my guess as I’ve not got a clue 🤣

@wombatron I can’t see the nub on yours so I wouldn’t like to say. @Giraffe888 I think yours is a boy to but I might not be seeing the nub on yours, I think that’s why is such a dubious theory! One of my friends had the clearest scan picture, nub in full view and it was clearly a girl using the theory and comparing it to pics online so we were pretty convinced..... well it was a boy!!

I don’t think you can see the nub in mine either! X

All girl guesses for me then! Weirdly excited but dd is desperate for a brother. Tonight though I said “if mummy was going to have a baby and it was a girl, you won’t be disappointed will you?” She said no and then got all excited about sharing her toys and room. I can’t wait to to tell her now.

Interesting @HchyScott because I also didn't think you could see the nub. Which is why I confused myself and just didn't bloody know what to look for because everyone else seems to think they can!I have my next scan on 7th March. It's gonna be a long wait to see if that nub appears!!

I can't seem to post anything - not sure if it's because I'm using the app on my phone or because I'm technologically inept. twinkleday that made me laugh when I read about you wanting a mini version of your partner...I've always wanted girls...what does that say about me!!😂

Part of me wants another boy. I can deal with boys. But to be honest I’m not bothered either way.

This will absolutely be the last one. Action will be take. To ensure there are no more mishaps.

I still don’t feel really ready to be having no2. This wasn’t planned and although not unwanted it’s thrown me off kilter a bit.

But. Hey ho. Cracking on with it. I’m excited that ds will be a big bro. And am excited that we’ll have two kids. And will be a bigger family unit. And more love. Etc.

I’ve been craving a g&t. Dh made me a seedlip and tonic. It’s nice. But it was nothing like his Hendricks. I know he had Hendricks. Despite him saying he had seedlip (non alcoholic) like me. I know this because I had a sip of his while he went to the loo. God it was delicious. Naughty. But delicious.

Aww lots of lovely bumps! They are definite starting to pop now, and becoming much more difficult to hide (we haven’t told everyone yet)

Here’s mine today at 13+5. When I compare to my pics with DD I’m about the same size as at 20 weeks with her

@giraffe888 in terms of monitors, we have an Angelcare sound and movement monitor which we still use with DD at 18 months old.
For me it has been a godsend. It has helped put my mind at rest in terms of DDs breathing (I was super anxious about that when she first went into her own room and even now when she’s poorly I still worry) and it’s very sensitive to sound and has a good range so it’s serving us well.
I didn’t feel the need for a video one so long as I could hear her and knew an alarm would sound if she stopped breathing.

Better bump pic from tonight (excuse the messy bedroom!) I’m 14+2 now. I have felt really big today but I think I’m bloated as well as pregnant!

I really don’t understand the nub theory 😂 I kept looking at my scan pic but I just can’t see anything at all. I’ll just have to wait till 20 weeks; patience is a virtue and all that I suppose..!!

I haven’t been looking at or buying anything yet. I saw a moses basket in Aldi that was a good price but other than that I’m just too worried to buy things because I still don’t like to assume everything is going to be okay. Anxiety at its very best I suppose. Even when people try to talk to me about the baby and what I’ll be doing when it’s born etc I just cut the conversation off and change the subject!

I have been telling everyone that I don’t mind what I have but I think deep down I was really hoping for a girl. Everyone keeps saying to me that they think it’s a boy though. I know I’ll be happy as long as it makes it into my arms healthily 😊

@Kentishgal it's true lol, all I know is baby should be very hairy as I have long dark hair/ never coloured and OH has long light brown really really thick hair... so if it's a girl I will be a mum on plaiting duty :D and if it's a boy then it will be a 'little Hanson' baby mmm bop! And I may have to up the cleaning out the plug hole in the shower to fortnightly lol rather than every pay day!!! Lol

Morning all! 18+2 now and my bump seems to have actually shrunk! Had widwife appointment on Thursday and heard the heartbeat which was lovely and reassuring that everything's still OK in there.

Also had physio appointment this week as I'm still struggling with PGP, it wasn't that helpful. I thought he would do something but no it was literally just a chat and some suggestions. I'm trying to follow his advice but I think I need more intervention than that.
Others have told me that an osteopath can definitely help but midwife said she can only refer me there if I have back problems which seems weird.

@TwinkleDay I have long thick hair and was born with lots of thick black hair, but my first three babies had hardly any hair so you never know! Baby no 4 had quite a bit of dark hair though which was amazing. I remember holding her thinking "Are you really mine?!"

I've got really thick hair too ! My eldest was born with loads of blonde hair and then my second was born with loads of dark hair ! Hoping this baby will have lots too
