September 2019 babies?

abi2790 · 27/12/2018 14:30

Do we have any September due dates yet?

This one came as a big shock for me. I had my coil out on 30th November and must have conceived pretty much straight away. Considering it took quite a long time to get DD, the BFP was a big shock!

This one will be my third!

@ButtonTum I was testing everyday, but i am a bit of a poas addict, I even labelled and taped them in order together 🙈😆 I think I have a problem, lol. I wouldn't read too much into it though especially the ic's. A positive is a positive.

Fortheloveofscience · 17/01/2019 07:36

So sorry frillyfarmer Flowers

ButtonTum · 17/01/2019 07:37

I know you're right @GemmaJen I just can't stop myself 🤦‍♀️😆

Fortheloveofscience · 17/01/2019 07:43

@ButtonTum I’ve read that hook effect can start from 5 weeks, also that some people just never get a strong positive with ICs.

I’m guilty of repeated POAS too, but trying to hold back my last clear blue digital until Sunday at which point if I see 3+ I’ll stop testing (she says...!).

Frillyfarmer · 17/01/2019 07:45

I can't call in sick, I'm a senior director and I have board meetings all day.

For everyone continuing to test, I really wouldn't. Last time I had a MC I was still getting strong positives a week after the MC, it's just the hormone level in your urine and it's a total head fuck.

ButtonTum · 17/01/2019 07:57

@Frillyfarmer I know this to be true too as I also had a mmc before 🙁. Hoping that darker lines = rising hormones though.

Really hope today is ok for you. Good luck x

Karigan195 · 17/01/2019 07:57

Sorry to hear frillyfarmer. 💐

Does time feel like it’s going so slowly for anyone else. Waiting to see if this little bean is growing well at the scan is killing me. 7+5 today

TwittleBee · 17/01/2019 08:01

Feels like time proper freezes up doesn't it Karigan ! 3 weeks to go till my early scan. Urgh!

LaBelleSausage · 17/01/2019 08:12

Hi all, haven’t read the thread in full but got my BFP today - should be due 23rd Sept. really sorry to see some of you are havin a tough time of it, sending lots of love xx

Lavellan · 17/01/2019 08:18

Mornings are kicking my ass right now. At least I feel better after breakfast. It's just getting to that point, blerg.

daydreamdaisy · 17/01/2019 08:21

Woke up this morning and boobs didn't hurt?
They've been a bit sensitive for weeks so I am absolutely panicking even though I know there is nothing I can do. Is it normal for it to stop? Hoping it comes back Sad

Karigan195 · 17/01/2019 08:25

I asked this the other day on the August due date thread (I’m due round the 31.8.19) and apparently symptoms can come and go so you shouldn’t worry unless there is significant cramping or bleeding

iano · 17/01/2019 09:00

@Frillyfarmer I'm very sorry. Thanks

boodles101 · 17/01/2019 09:19

Very sorry frillyfarmer I hope you are doing ok.
buttontum I continued to use those strip tests and they all look the same as yours. I think they are just crappy tests really. I've stopped testing now though, told myself once I got a 3+ on a digi I would accept it and relax. I'm picking up the pregnancy notes pack today so things might actually seem more real.

SparrowNest · 17/01/2019 11:02

Hi!

Going for a dating scan tomorrow, but I think I'm currently 6+2 and the due date is 10th September.

IcyToes · 17/01/2019 11:14

So sorry to hear this **frillyfarmer.

ButtonTum · 17/01/2019 12:49

Ah that's good @boodles101 I'm going to wait a week and try for a 3+ on CB too then I will back away from the tests!

VeeTea · 17/01/2019 14:40

Hi, just got a BFP today, slightly unexpected as we had been trying for months but then had to stop for a few whilst I had knee surgery and seems to have worked first cycle that we got back on it! Due date looks like 20 Sept, my first was born on 14th Sept, so obviously our fertile period!

Karigan195 · 17/01/2019 14:47

Congratulations veetee. Had to laugh reading your post. We tried for a year then stopped trying because I had knee surgery too.,I’m currently 7+5 after having got a little carried away whilst ‘avoiding’. I regret nothing though 😝

MinnieLou · 17/01/2019 19:35

Hi!
Really hard to keep up with all the messages on here! Congratulations to all that have recently had a positive!

Thank you for advice/support too!

Just an update: I'm only spotting again now and have a doctors appointment tomorrow evening, what am I likely to expect?

X

Tefiti2 · 17/01/2019 19:51

Sorry to hear about your spotting @MinnieLou, how far gone are you?
Am 7+5 tomorrow and have another scan and the scanxiety is real :-( we saw a tiny little dot with a heartbeat last week but I’m just so worried there won’t be one there now! Does anyone else have scans coming up?

Hsunshine · 17/01/2019 19:55

I had spotting Tuesday. I had a scan Tuesday evening and this morning. Both good. I read Once you have a heartbeat at 7+ there’s 95% chance of survival

MinnieLou · 17/01/2019 20:10

@Tefiti2 works out 5 weeks this Saturday.
First pregnancy, also have PCOS which I'm on metformin for.

Not sure what the doctor will say/do tomorrow.. is there anyway to figure if it was a miscarriage or not?

Hsunshine · 17/01/2019 20:11

@minnielou my dr didn’t do anything except feel my stomach and refer me to EPU

mrss2018 · 17/01/2019 20:21

@Tefiti2 I've booked a scan for the 27th! Getting more and more nervous! Next week is going to be a long one!!
