September 2019 babies?

Do we have any September due dates yet?

This one came as a big shock for me. I had my coil out on 30th November and must have conceived pretty much straight away. Considering it took quite a long time to get DD, the BFP was a big shock!

This one will be my third!

@Frillyfarmer I'm with you, keen to join the FB group, but might wait till 12 weeks. Is that okay @LPMD ?

@ButtonTum I haven't got them in the diary yet, but looking at 6w3d ( we go on holiday the week following so can't have it much later) 9w and 11w ( unless NHS scan is 11w, but suspect it'll be 13w) My biggest goal is to get past 8w 🤞 The waiting is torture!

Gemma you might have a 11wk scan, mines booked in for 11wks. If you ring up and explain you're away they might do it before. Dating scans are between 8 to 14 weeks.

@TwittleBee I think they'll want to do it on 12w+1 but that's a day before one of my biggest competitions of the year, so I think it'll be 13w. I tried to get an 11w scan last pregnancy and they wouldn't in my area. But could be different this time. I'm wondering whether I should contact the midwife today to get a booking in appointment? Was waiting till 5w which is tomorrow.

Gemma I suppose you can only ask? Yeah get yourself all signed up. I'm doing alright today actually, thank you for asking. My temp is down again but I took a test which was 3rd morning wee and it's certainly positive now? Also being sick too, so FX?

I'm only about 4 1/2 weeks and an online calculator says I'm due on 22nd September. I've spend the last few days needing peeled off the ceiling since finding out and I've arranged my booking appointment for 12th Feb. I know it's early but I couldn't wait to phone up.

My gorgeous mum passed away and her birthday is the 22nd, when it came up on the screen, my heart leapt in my chest. I felt so sad at first and then I thought what an amazing birthday gift that would be, even though mum's not here on her birthday now. I wonder if they've give me the same date at scan.

I think I’d like to wait until after the 12 week scan before joining any groups. Still can’t relax and worried about it going wrong. I’m actually looking forward to nausea as it’s a sign everything’s all ok in there.

I’m trying not to get too attached until I know everything is fine.

Sensible tbh Karigan ! On the July thread we were waiting till everyone had their 12 week scan before making the FB group. Glad we did because about 1/3 of us dropped out of the July thread due to MC by 12 weeks. Most heartbreaking thread I have been on.

I feel rubbish today - not sick yet but feel hungover. Get very weak and wobbly if not constantly eating. Feels like my blood sugar keeps crashing!
I am longing for a huge glass of full fat coke and some Anadin Extra. Ca';t obviously have the Anadin and plain paracetamol makes no difference. I have resisted the Coke since my +ve test as it is my bad habit that I'd like to give up - but can see me abandoning this soon at this rate!

You CAN get decaffeinated coke Megan. Just still limit it to one a day at most as it still limits iron absorption or something like that

yes I know but it is revolting - I only like the proper stuff. I don't drink any tea or coffee anyway so my caffeine intake is naturally low when I don't have Coke. I know the odd one won't hurt, but I'd still like to give it up. But if I can't shake this feeling off I might have to relent.

Going to try Original Lucozade first, I always had that as a child when feeling rough so that might do the trick! Still not exactly healthy but I reckon marginally better than the coke.

oh Meghan its bloomin hard isnt it! I know what you mean about feeling as though your crashing constantly. Been doing the same today.

How do you ladies give up caffeine! I just cant seem to completely give it up. I know I should with my history of MC but I cant face the withdrawal migraines and its only way I can function after 0 sleep from DS. I have managed to cut it down to 1 - 2 cups a day but I'm still eating chocolate every now and then too and having a cheeky glass of Coke in the evenings whilst cooking dinner

There's a good few of us on the 19th on the spreadsheet now, does that mean we all got jiggy on the same day?! I've actually got no idea when I got caught, I have no memory of any action Xmas week 🙈

KnobJockey I think it means you all probably ovulated around the 27th Dec? So anytime between 21st - 29th probably got you lucky!
