September 2019 babies?

abi2790 · 27/12/2018 14:30

Do we have any September due dates yet?

This one came as a big shock for me. I had my coil out on 30th November and must have conceived pretty much straight away. Considering it took quite a long time to get DD, the BFP was a big shock!

This one will be my third!

@twittlebee I hope the bleeding stops for you.

Hi @iano Smile

With regards to nausea I find eating little and often really helps, wasn't actually sick with my first cos I did this so hoping it's the same again.

Karigan195 · 14/01/2019 13:03

Anyone else getting really tired? I used to go for a walk at lunchtime. Now I just want to hide and snooze for 30mins

stroan · 14/01/2019 13:23

@frillyfarmer I also had GD last time, and expect to have it again this time, however had the opposite experience to you. They decided not to induce earlier as baby was “average” on the growth scans. She was 10lbs 3oz and had a difficult delivery! I’ve alteady asked for a referral to the diabetes clinic as I want to sort my diet out much earlier this time.

Nausea has got pretty bad this weekend - I couldn’t even lie down without the waves of nausea so have had hardly any sleep. Struggling to drink anything or eat anything but plain white carbs. Off to the docs later - had ante nausea pills with DD so hoping they will prescribe them again.

Mentally, I’m really struggling with my diet being so out of control. I lost 2 stone just before getting pregnant and was exercising every day. I’ve already put on a stone and can’t exercise at the moment. I’m dreading another pregnancy where I put on so much weight that I really struggle at the end.

@TwittleBee
I've tried to update the spreadsheet but had no luck. Please could add my info? Sorry to have to bother you with this.
Edd:16th September; dc2; Symptoms - nausea, slightly bigger boobs.

The nausea is so unpleasant. I wasn't feeling nauseous much with my first and had a super easy pregnancy. Defo didn't feel sick so early!

TwittleBee · 14/01/2019 13:35

honestly its no worries @iano - I've added you in

iano · 14/01/2019 14:16

Thank you very much!

Sorry to read some are struggling with nausea and sickness. I had horrendous nausea and sickness with my first (up until 2 hours after my DD was born).

It was utterly rehabilitating and you have my complete sympathies. My first pregnancy consumed my every thought (I think partly due to the nausea, so I was never able to forget I was pregnant). I've had a couple of waves of nausea so far but nothing like last time and I am basically waking up every morning expecting to be struck down by Hyperemesis at any moment!) I've even had moments where I've forgotten I'm pregnant which is in equal parts terrifying and amazing. I'm trying to remain rational that my relative lack of symptoms this time does not mean that something is wrong.

These first 12 weeks really are the worst!

happydays00 · 14/01/2019 17:45

Debilitating not rehabilitating 😒

Hey guys would you be interested in joining a private Facebook group? Let me know by tagging me and I'll add you in :-) I think you need to send me your email though so probably a DM would work. We had a lovely group last time - it ended up being a small but very strong group :-)

LPMD · 14/01/2019 18:15

In fact, they've carried with the group (I left because I lost my baby at 16 weeks) and they share tips with their babies too! :-)

Hangingtrousers · 14/01/2019 18:15

@LPMD yes please

Hangingtrousers · 14/01/2019 18:16

I'm in Facebook groups for my older two started on these threads so have to for my third!

LPMD · 14/01/2019 18:16

@Hangingtrousers. Great! Can you send me your email address please? I have to add you by email as it's a private group, so no one else will be able to find it on Facebook xx

LPMD · 14/01/2019 18:17

Guys, feel free to email me your email address or DM me (my email is [email protected]) xx

LPMD · 14/01/2019 18:17

LPMD · 14/01/2019 18:33

Guys, see if you can add yourself to this group: www.facebook.com/groups/September2019babiess

Frillyfarmer · 14/01/2019 18:39

@LMPD fab idea! My last bus have a FB group, my DC is almost 16 months and our group is a really close one, lots of meet ups, sharing and secret Santa 🥰

Frillyfarmer · 14/01/2019 18:45

Hit send too soon! I think I'm going to wait until after the 12 week scan until I join the group. These first few weeks of waiting and wondering are bloody awful!

ButtonTum · 14/01/2019 18:47

Hi new people!
@GemmaJen I'm in exactly the same boat as you (mmc at 11 weeks although baby stopped growing at 7 weeks) also in Nov. This will be my second baby.

When are your early scans booked for? I have midwife on 24/1 and scan booked for 8/2 when I'll be 8+3. Wondering how I'll wait that long ...

ButtonTum · 14/01/2019 18:54

@LPMD please can you add me to the FB bus? I've sent you an email (I can't access through the link unfortunately). Thank you!
