Your kids are more important and it would serve him right for being such an arse. DH will always go out the day before something important and get shit faced so he's hanging for it. Twat.

I have my scan in a couple of hours. My nerves are building to see if my little bean is growing. I should be 8+6 or there about so fingers crossed

@ReginaPhalange89 it sounds like you're having an awful time. My BFs friends don't like me so I dont get invited out (that suits me) he always says I'll get the last train & usually misses it which means £35 in a taxi and me in bed thinking is he in a ditch dead? Men honestly have no idea their brains are so different to ours - probably not allowed to say that in 2018 but I've done a fair bit of training around brain functions and we defeintly function different. I hope he realises his mistakes when he gets up and sorts it out with you. Please don't put yourself or your children in a vulnerable position though. Sending hugs!x

wombatron I conceived this baby straight after my missed miscarriage (no period in between) so was convinced that it would go wrong. Early scan at six weeks showed all was well and I've been very sick for a while now so fingers crossed it's going to be ok, and your baby will be too xx

@reginaphalange euugh men. If I was in your shoes (keep in mind I am a total ice queen bitch when I've been wronged) I would be up, kids up, dressed and fuxk off out for the whole day. Fuck him. If he's hungover and feeling sorry for himself then that's his problem. it's not a reason to spoil the wee one telling granny the big news. His loss to miss such a magical moment.

My OH becomes an absolute fucking arsehole if he's had a lot of lager. Luckily it didn't happen often. Thankfully he's realised it but only recently now he's 39 he's started trying to stick to wine or spirits. For years we would just argue like crazy after drinking, once I was so scared of him I literally ran away down the road and he chased me. We look back on it now and laugh but those were scary times! Hope everything works out ok for you @ReginaPhalange89

Ahhh thank you all. We're chuffed to bits. 3 more weeks and we'll tell people. Sucked having to have my burger cooked well done (forgot about that till they asked) but in the grand scheme of things I'm looking forward to 12 weeks and seeing it look like an actual baby!!

Afternoon ladies, I have been busy crafting these frames this afternoon for my parents and OH parents.. just waiting for wigglebums new photos tommorow... even made a dinky Santa’s hat to put on them.. and scratchcards for the big reveal xxx

@Michelle0507 I don't know if this will help but I have had very similar pains the last week. My midwife said its super normal and that it can be gas, stretching, growing pains and just the fact that so many things are changing.

So after a tough last few 10 days with little sleep and increased anxiety I had my first
private scan on Friday. Baby was doing great, measuring 11 + 3 (1 week after LMP so on track) and a strong heartbeat. Such an incredible experience.

I've got my 12 week NHS scan tomorrow so can't wait to see the baby again. Hopefully my bloods will come back good too
