@wombatron - yes, totally off meat here too! All I had for dinner last night was broccoli and cauliflower, DH had to eat the meatballs he’d cooked for me (which he was more than happy about).
7 + 2 today and surprisingly symptoms still at bay. I’m constantly hungry though, eat non stop all morning which I think keeps the sickness at bay. I just keep eating for fear of feeling sick otherwise.
What is everyone eating to keep protein up? struggling to think of a good protein source that isn’t meat based that I could snack on.
