Just catching up! Good luck to everyone with scans today. Mine is Wednesday and despite having not been anxious this pregnancy, I'm nervous now. Doesn't help that I still barely feel this baby move at 19+5, he only seems to move when I go to bed, I barely feel him all day.

lanalawr we went to Ti a Fi once or twice this time last year, but it was always getting cancelled and then stopped for a while (I think while they looked for someone new to run it). We haven't been back since as it was always at a really inconvenient time for DS' nap, and he goes to Meithrin Monday mornings now anyway. Def up for a park play date, are you on Facebook? If you are ill PM message you and try and find you.

Love all the bump pics! I don't have a recent one but they're making me feel much better as I look so pregnant already, so much earlier than I did with DS, so I feel like I'm among my people although Indix your figure is ridiculous, I can't believe you're even pregnant!

Any scan buddies out there? Mines tomorrow :)

So we're having a gender reveal on Saturday! Organised by my sis & OH sis! They know the gender already as we had a 17 week private gender scan and then my sis was getting married then on honeymoon for 2 weeks and Is back Friday so Saturday is the day! Blue or pink lol

Grr that's annoying re: jab not being in. I'm getting my WC jab this afternoon (and will be booking in flu jab while there). I'm a ghoul though and actually quite enjoy injections and getting blood taken. I find it all fascinating! The last nurse who took blood was laughing because I was asking her lots of questions and inspecting everything she did :-D

Yes to the stuffy nose. It's normal unfortunately. I had it last time too.
There's been an issue with supplies of the flu jab this year. Work run sessions so I was going to have it with them but they've had to cancel the first week or two of sessions and limit it to front line staff for now too so I won't be eligible there until another delivery comes in. I've booked at the surgery for it now but have to wait until the end of October. Never mind.

@clairehr I'm terrible at nights. Bedtime routine now is to put 4head on and rub vics on my chest before I go to sleep. Seems to work!!!

Hey! I've just found this thread!

I am 19+4 and due on 21st Feb and have my anomaly scan in 4 days time. Excited but apprehensive eek...

Still being sick every few days (better than the all day sickness weeks 6-13) and such a congested nose for about 3 weeks so far and general nausea ugh! The OH is enjoying his extra side of dinner after his dinner, when I've had enough after 5 mouthfuls lol although I managed my 2nd whole meal in nearly 15 weeks yesterday #getinthere #goals lmao!

Currently on hold to the doc surgery to see if the flu / WC jabs are available my surgery is a nightmare to get through to.

Baby160p yep I'm SO sensitive, everything offends me. I've forgotten what it was like to be a reasonable human being.

Weirdly I've been emotionally not too bad. I do cry at things like sad YouTube videos a bit more readily, but I've actually been quite laid back so far and pretty zen! Which is just as well as my DP made a joke this morning about the size of my belly! To be fair, it was blocking him getting out of the door to go to work

I actually feel like being pregnant has balanced me emotionally - I used to get quite bad PMT and also horrible periods, but I seem to be on a bit more of an even keel at the moment. We'll see if it lasts!

Have had my flu jab at work 👌🏻 Need to book WC tho agh. When are we supposed to have that?

Thanks for the tips ladies, glad it's not just me with a blocked nose. My car broke this morning so typically I can't get to the pharmacy to get anything!

@alicejj8x I'm due 21st Feb but my app says 19+4? Either way, hi due date buddy haha oh and scan buddy!!! I'm quite nervous about the scan now it's closer but baby has been moving around for a number of weeks now so I'm glad that I have those signs of life in there!

Ahh yes I know why now.. well last two scans baby has measured a day ahead so to get my correct date on the apps I changed it too the 20th Feb 😂 but on all my paperwork it's 21st so we can be buddies 😊😊

Ahh I am so glad you've been feeling baby move it's lovely isn't it. I feel baby occasionally normally when I'm sitting or lying down lol otherwise it's a little poke here or there lol. But I think I've got an anterior placenta from my private scan notes so I'll ask Friday

One app says +4 and one +5 some count the first day of that week (Thursday) as +1 though.

My scan isn't until next Tuesday 😬 OH birthday gender surprise. I have a anterior placenta but have felt Movement the last few days. Mostly when music is played or I'm laying down to sleep!!

Scan is at 2pm Friday! I feel the movement randomly, a lot when I am sitting at my desk (I say a lot, it's a poke every now and then!) and when I am laying down on my back as well! I noticed that if I have the occassional hot chocolate that it starts almost immediately (wth!). Ah confusing! Can they change it again at this scan? They brought me forward 4 days at the dating scan!

I'm so envious, I let the OH make the final call on whether we would find out and he stuck to his original and wants a surprise! Having been adamant my whole life that I would find out at the earliest opportunity, it's been a bit of a strange one to get my head around but I am opening up to the idea now lol! Must make sure I remember to tell the sonographer that we don't want to know - that'll be hard lol!

@BFB6AT @Alicejj8x Another Friday scan person, bang on 20 weeks, I’m due 22nd Feb. Do they change due dates at this stage or do they remain the same?

Thought I’d be brave and post a photo, as you can see I already had a surplus of fat so think lots of people think I’ve really let myself go (more so than before!)

@powkin you have a cute little bump! I don't have a recognisable bump yet, I just look porkie haha, I can't wait for a proper bump when people can stop wondering if I've eaten too many pies! Yes my scan is Friday too, I'll be 20+1. I think I'm more excited than nervous, how are you doing?
