Hello there,

A new thread for those who are due in June 2019. The Early bird catches the worm! Or, in my case, the sickness.

Feel free to introduce yourselves and make yourself at home.

I'm Sarah, 28, and currently super-early into my pregnancy at 3+1. This will be my second child, and I have in the past, and currently still do, suffer from HG (severe morning sickness).

So come one, come all, let us start our journey with sticky thoughts! Welcome, to the June 19 bus!

Bit bummed as this month I finally fit in my pre-baby jeans again, only to discover it’s time to put them away again.

Has anyone breastfed a baby while also being pregnant before? Am a bit worried my 8mo isn’t getting enough milk as it feels like my supply has gone down.

I hope you feel better soon, @StellarFox!

I've had a few more cramps though I've stopped spotting. Is that something I should tell the GP about? I assumed they wouldn't care if I had a miscarriage/CP this early. I can't be excited since the spotting. I feel like I had less than a day to be happy about my BFP and it could all be over before it began.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who is bloated. I thought I was gaining weight even though I have been careful about what I eat.

Morning everyone! Hope you few with colds are feeling better soon, I’ve just got over mine from last week, which actually the thing that made me test early! Although I’ve been left with a lovely cold sore...do not feel glowing right now... No other symptoms yet, boobs are still sore and a tiny bit queasy throughout the day.
Had some slight cramping last night, which felt like mild period pains. Came and went after a few mins. Will mention to the doctor next week when I see her, but hoping it was just normal.
I’m now 4+2, i think, and still in a bit of a state of disbelief! Definitely wishing the weeks away already till I at least get to see the babs on a scan!

I’m feeling scared and nervous! Already feeling tired , not sleeping great (the shock??) and my boobs are sore and have few aches and pains in back and stomach! Congrats all. I can’t believe I’ve finally been able to come on this board!!

Missed my meds laat night but actually was ok. Had Chinese and again this morning feeling OK. Trying not to worry but it's so difficult not to isn't it?! Have brought my meds to work just incase I feel worse and worse....! Should be 5 weeks today. Going to tell my Mother-in-law when she actually responds to my texts!

I've been waking up every morning at 4am for an hour or so wide awake!! It's so annoying and makes me so tired for the rest of the day. I'm 4+3 today, CB digital changed to 2-3 weeks so pretty happy.. I might test next week to see if it goes to 3+ and then I will stop!

Thanks @PurrMaid I'm feeling a bit better with my cold today
Hi @BLM18 congratulations 😀

I told my parents last night and they were both super happy, I feel quite sick today but think it's just the rubbish from the last bit of this cold rather than real pregnancy sick, very bloated again though!
I've been waking up quite early for me too @fee1234 not too bad this week because I'm on early shifts but when I go back into late shifts it will be annoying! Haha

@SassehMonsta probably me being dim but I thought we had the same dates? Are you 5 weeks already?! I'm only 4+2 lol!

Kescilly · 27/09/2018 13:32

@rollerskaterdata if I go by LMP I think I have the same dates as you. Due June 4th, currently 4+2?

Hiya!
Got my bpf this morning after 9 months of trying. This will be my third. I'm feeling very sick already and only 10dpo. I didn't have any feelings like this the last 2 times but I'm finding it reassuring at the moment as very very early still.

I though sickness etc in the 2ww was a myth and it wasn't possible to get symptoms so early well that showed Me!

Looking forward 2 getting to know you all Smile

Welcome!

Originally DD was 4th June, based on LMP, but based on ovulation/sex, I conceived super early and so I'm actually more likely to be due 30th May. :) I have a very long leutal phase apparently!

Will find out in just over 3 weeks at early scan.

@Kescilly oh yaye, possibly! My last AF was 28/08

@spottypyjamas welcome hun! I've seen you on the conception board, so glad you've made your way over here!

@SassehMonsta ah ok, that makes sense! We were at it like rabbits this month so no idea when I actually conceived! But pretty sure I implanted 7dpo. I'm happy to go with my LMP, if I end up being further along that's a nice surprise!

4+2 and time going soooooo slowly! Can't wait for next scan at 6+2!

Kescilly · 27/09/2018 15:25

Yes mine was 28/8 as well! I got my BFP at about 12dpo, one week ago. Very nervous about cramping and spotting though, so anxious to have a scan done when there's something to see! When's the best time to have an early scan? Eight weeks?

Report
RanchoRelaxo · 27/09/2018 15:59

I'm also wondering when the best time for an early scan is, I would panic if I didn't see a heartbeat, so would prefer to have one when if everything was okay you would defo see it

@stellarfox I'm the same I'm literally watching the hours drag past! Anyone been having mild cramping/ pulling sensations?

Hi ladies, totally agree regarding the bloating! My jeans feel soooo tight today I reluctantly wore them! I just found out yesterday & I think if you work out from my last period I'm almost 5 weeks... not sure when my due date is!

stellarfox · 27/09/2018 18:30

@Kescilly I just had a bit of spotting and I have cramps too. Sad I googled it and nhs website said you should tell your midwife/doctor. If its quite intense cramps tonight I might call in the morning. If nothing is wrong you might get a scan early at least! It's brought me back down to reality that it isn't certain yet!

Ooh lots of new mums to be, how exciting!
My bloating has not gone down, it’s onky increased today, even my very loose tent like work top is feeling snug. Not good when I’ve got my regional manager coming in to do a visit tomorrow - I know he’ll notice!
I’m also super impatient - I know I’ve got my scan at some point after the 23rd October but it just feels SO far away! What’s the earliest you can book a private reassurance scan does anyone know? I’m terrified of going back to the EPU, it’s gonna bring back so many horrible memories and feelings :(

Report
BLM18 · 27/09/2018 18:39

How do you get a early scan? No midwife will see me for least a month. I have a aches in my back and stomach and I don’t know if that’s normal

Report
rollerskaterdata · 27/09/2018 18:49

@BLM18 tell them exactly that. Any pain in early pregnancy should not be ignored, they should scan you at the very least to rule out ectopic pregnancy as that is life threatening. I had a few pains and cramps and my GP ordered one straight away as he would rather be safe than sorry. At only 4 weeks they only saw a tiny gestational sac but they found it in my uterus rather than my tubes which is exactly what they needed to check for. Ask your GP hun if you're at all worried x

Sorry didn't mean to scare anyone, just realised how that sounded! But if any of you are worried about cramping, get your GP to refer you for an early scan. I've had cramping, aches and pains and seeing in the scan that everything for this stage is as it should be made me feel so much better. They can't see much though until 6 weeks at least.

@Beautifulblue yaye, you found us! Welcome 🙂

rollerskaterdata · 27/09/2018 18:53

@Littlemissamy oh hun I'm sorry, I can see why going back to the EPU would be hard for you. You can book a private scan from as early as 6 weeks I think xx

Just worked out my due date is June 3rd. Same as someone further up I think! ^ @stellarfox I'm really sorry you're experiencing this! But bleeding does not always mean the worst, especially spotting. But definitely call your GP, they do like to see you to rule out an ectopic if you're still getting positive pregnancy tests & bleeding. I hope everything is just fine & you're just one of those people who experience a bit of normal bleeding!
