New thread ladies after the last one only lasted 2 weeks Grin
Not sure about you all but I'm definitely feeling a lot better now at 14 weeks. Let's hope it lasts!! As you were.....

@craftymum01 thinking of you xx

craftymum01 · 21/08/2018 12:01

Thank you everyone, you are all so lovely. I am back home now but go back in on Thursday to be induced.

@Alicejj8x I am 15 weeks. This is the second loss I have had at 15 weeks. Looks like we were the 1 in 1 million that the consultant told us about. Someone had to be I suppose.

Good luck to you all in your pregnancies :) xxx

Alicejj8x · 21/08/2018 12:08

@craftymum01
I am so sorry :( I cannot even imagine what your going through
Big big hugs

FrowningFlamingo · 21/08/2018 12:11

@craftymum I'm so, so sorry to hear that. Will be thinking of you xx

FrowningFlamingo · 21/08/2018 12:11

I had headaches and tried 4head which I was really dubious about but it does seem to help, even if not for all that long!

DragonFlew · 21/08/2018 12:19

@craftymum01 I'm so sorry for your loss. Its heartbreaking. Thinking of you and your family. Take care xxx

clairehr · 21/08/2018 12:19

@crafttmum01 So sorry to hear this, sending you and those around you all the best, xxx

clairehr · 21/08/2018 12:22

@yakadee Scan date buddies! Mine has been booked a week too early really, but don't want to turn it down and risk not getting another for ages after!

fizzledays · 21/08/2018 12:42

@Yakadee I'm struggling massively with headaches!! Glad it's not just me, massive sympathies your way with it, I feel ya!

Since2016 · 21/08/2018 13:04

Also with the headaches 😩 thought it was low blood sugar or dehydration but can feel one coming and I’ve eaten and drunk loads!

Alicejj8x · 21/08/2018 13:14

Yes for the headaches!!
I just wrote about the same thing in the other group I'm on!

I had one yesterday which started at 1pm I didn't want to take anything so I just kind of left it seemed to get better then worse then so on. I had to sleep it off in the end ended up going to bed at 8.30pm!

Woke up this morning abit better but I can still feel it there

Glad I'm not the only one as I guess it means it's normal

Yakadee · 21/08/2018 13:15

@craftymum01 - how awful. I hope you have people around to support you. All the best xxx

Headache ladies - I second 4head - it's working well for me. Makes me feel better not having to take tablets so much too x

Baby160P · 21/08/2018 13:39

4head is my staple handbag item!

Alicejj8x · 21/08/2018 13:48

I think I'll invest in this

Picklesandpies · 21/08/2018 14:21

I've found Tiger Balm and the cool gel headache strips really help.

@MakeLemonade I'll have to look at JMB. I thought it was more floaty dresses but they look great. Are they quite long? I'm 5ft 7. I'll be on a mission when I'm back from holiday to find a maternity wardrobe. H and M seem to be good for basics but would like a few nice bits as well if poss.

Celebelly · 21/08/2018 14:27

4Head is great but it doesn't last long enough! I've just ordered the strips to see if they help too.

Notquiteagandt · 21/08/2018 15:27

@craftymum01 I am so sorry. Life can be so cruel.take all the time you need and take all the support you can. There are no words. Thinking of you Flowers

lanalawr · 21/08/2018 15:32

maxiflump1 · 21/08/2018 15:53

I think others have talked about fainting. I haven’t fainted but been feeling quite faint, warm shaky. Yesterday felt quite a lot like that and was sweating a lot but had just had a blood test around lunch time and didn’t know if that had prompted it. Same thing happened after lunch today but not as severe. It has had me feeling weak and shaky all afternoon. Is this something to be concerned about? My next MW appointment is on 6 Sept which is a couple of weeks away.

Lookingforadvice123 · 21/08/2018 17:37

craftymum I'm so sorry. I know words from a stranger on the internet would do little to comfort you but I'm thinking of you, that's horrendously, horrifically unfair. Life has been very cruel to you. Look after yourself, lean on those around you. Xx

lanalawr yes I wondered if it was a new thing just in Wales as not many people have mentioned it. It wasn't available 3 years ago when I was pregnant with DS. It's good though.

Baby160P · 21/08/2018 17:51

@AliceRR I've been really hot and sweaty (attractive) today. I assumed it's hormones xx

Alicejj8x · 21/08/2018 17:59

@AliceRR
Ahh my 16 week midwife is the 6th sept too :)

AliceRR · 21/08/2018 18:06

@Alicejj8x Oh that’s good. Have u got your 20 wk scan appt yet?

@Baby160P probably is but not just hot, faint too. I’ll see if it continues...

Cheery1 · 21/08/2018 18:11

@craftymum01 so so sorry to hear about your loss. Heartbroken for you. Much love to you Flowers
