April 2019 Babies

Hello everyone! I thought I'd start a thread for babies due in April 2019 as I couldn't see an existing post for it.

I'm 29
I have a DS who is 12 months
Due 3 April with DC2

I'm only 3+2 so extremely early! I can't quite believe it but I got a line on a test at 8dpo, and the line is getting darker. I'm very excited, but also very nervous.

So sorry @booksandbrie I missed your post. Keeping everything crossed that you won’t have to wait long for a happy healthy pregnancy x

Just checking in - sorry to hear @BooksandBrie
I'm in limbo as have been bleeding since Sunday, though now more like spotting again. Still on holiday (should call it "holiday" ad it feels like anything but...) in France but on Tuesday went to the Dr and got whisked off to the hospital for an internal scan and blood test. Could only see the sac on the scan but Dr said that was expected at around 5.5 weeks but blood test showed HCG only 46 which I can't imagine can be viable at this stage. Going back this afternoon for the next blood test and another scan but feel like I'm just waiting for bad news. All so much more challenging too as I can't properly communicate except through DP who is a rubbish interpreter (he tells me 10% of what's said, I'm sure...) and surrounded by extended family who don't know what's going on. I just wish I was at home!! Sorry to be a downer and hope everyone else is going ok!

@toomanyflatwhites So sorry you are having such a tough time lovely x

@toomanyflatwhites that sounds really stressful, I hope you’re okay as can be. I think HCG can be really variable from what I’ve read so maybe try to wait and see, easier said than done though.
@booksandbrie I’m so sorry for your loss :-(
@treaclepie19 I would try not to worry too much, my DH keeps reminding me when I panic that your body is trying to do so much at the moment that all sorts of weird things will be happening which I find a little bit reassuring. So hard not to worry though!

Hi all, I'm another one jumping on the bus. Got my BFP this morning and it all feels very unreal, especially as this was cycle 1 of TTC and I expected it to take a while. EDD is currently 25th April. All being well this will be DC2, we have a DD who's about to turn 2.

No symptoms to speak of yet. I'm only 4+0 so planning on making the most of a couple of (hopefully) nausea free weeks before the morning sickness kicks in. I have no idea how I'm gonna survive pregnancy with a toddler, I did nothing but nap last time round!

Sympathies to those who have had bad news or are anxious that something's wrong. Pregnancy can be a cruel bitch.

@claireymacd it's very private and classed as a secret group, so no-one on your friends list should be able to see your a member.
If someone does look over your shoulder and there's a post, the name is subtle so doesn't say I'M HAVING A BABY.

Things seem ok here. I'm just very tired. Went for a gentle walk with a friend yesterday and I ache all over today. Don't know what I'll do when I get back to work. The insomnia is kicking my ass aswell! I can't cope on 3-5hrs a night. I suppose it's a good sign though as my body is working hard
I'm thinking of joining the fb group. How do I do it?

My Dh is being so cute he keeps telling me I am not far enough long to be tired yet
