I've been feeling fluttering too! At first I wasn't sure but the last few days it's got more definite, I'm 10+4. I felt dd at around 15 weeks but I'm surprised I felt this so early. Nice and reassuring though as I haven't got my scan until 2nd may.

I'm not particularly tall (5'6) but I'm long bodied so although I had a d bump (didn't know this was a thing!) with dd I looked like a comedy egg on legs. I got quite skinny due to hg and was only 9st pre-pregnancy so I had these ridiculous stalk legs and huge egg shaped bump! This time I've started off a few pounds heavier and haven't had hg so I'm hoping I'll look a bit healthier and less egg like this time!! Luckily I didn't get any stretch marks with dd, I used a stretch mark oil from fushi so I need to get some of that soon as my tummy is getting quite round already!

Going to sicily for a week tomorrow so excited for some lovely food and sun, although no chianti for me! Any one else going on holiday in pregnancy? It's a shame I won't look actually pregnant in my bikini, just a bit porky round the middle Grin

GreenMeerkat · 20/04/2018 07:26

@Saraswati I'm off to Menorca in two weeks and then Portugal in June. Last couple of holidays before DD starts school and we have to go in school holidays.

Was hoping to be all slim and glowing in my bikini. Guess not haha

MamaGarl · 20/04/2018 07:40

@Saraswati we are off to Kos in July so will be 25 weeks by that point...we too are fitting in a holiday in "term time" before DD starts school in September.

It's going to be hot! I am guessing maxi dresses will be essential!

marchblossom · 20/04/2018 07:45

@Amarettoplease @sarahhh1984 @GreenMeerkat @MamaGarl I've definitely felt flutterings too! Only 10 weeks! But 3rd baby Wink

MeredithShepherd · 20/04/2018 07:48

I’ve felt something too! Too low down to be wind, I’m 11+4

TheUbercornMum · 20/04/2018 08:33

I've felt movements too I'm sure. Flutterings and a few jolts!

MamaGarl · 20/04/2018 09:03

It's all so exciting!

Ssspider · 20/04/2018 09:15

I thought I’d felt a flutter but put it down to wind- but maybe it wasn’t.

Hoping to go away in June, just when I’m at the look very podgy but don’t look pregnant phase 🙈

Ssspider · 20/04/2018 09:19

I shall miss a nice glass of wine on holiday that’s for sure

NoCatsHere · 20/04/2018 09:44

Good luck to those with 12 week scans today. I can’t wait to see more photos.

I’m at the EPU waiting to go in for my reassurance scan. I’m only 8+4 so earlier on that most of you it seems! The midwife said I can have one as I’m over 38 and have had 2mc in a row. Bricking it a bit because it was this time last time my mmc was discovered.

keepinghopeful · 20/04/2018 09:47

Good luck everyone with scans ... thinking of you @NoCatsHere i understand the anxiety!!

MamaGarl · 20/04/2018 10:04

Thinking of you @NoCatsHere x

sarahhh1984 · 20/04/2018 10:04

Fingers crossed for you, @NoCatsHere. Hope it goes well for you.

Amarettoplease · 20/04/2018 10:10

Good luck @nocatshere

We’re going to Lanzarote in July, I’m already showing so expecting to feel huge by then! Images in my head of an elegant sunhat and cotton maxi dress look but I remember looking back at pics from last time and noticing my ankles looking far from elegant 😂

pipsqueak126 · 20/04/2018 10:55

@Amarettoplease I also have optimistic visions of my looking elegant in sunhat and maxi dress on our trip to Florence at the start of May! I'm sure no one but you notice your ankles though!!! I bought a load of baggy summer stuff from Primark (hurrah for baggy things being 'in' right now!) so hoping that will also do me through quite a bit of summer back in the UK. I may have to invest in a new bikini / swimsuit though, due to boob expansion...

Potkettleblack2 · 20/04/2018 11:24

We are also availing of term time holidays before DS starts reception and are going to Italy at the beginning of July.
On that note has anyone seen cycling-type shorts that I could wear under dresses? I am piling on weight and want to avoid hot weather chaff ing! Glamorous!

pipsqueak126 · 20/04/2018 11:30

@potkettleblack2 your cheapest option might be Primark (sorry, it sounds like I'm on commission!) They do capri leggings or I'm sure they do cheap running shorts too.

NoCatsHere · 20/04/2018 11:32

Thankyou all. All ok, heartbeat found and measuring slightly ahead at 9 weeks. They even booked in my 12 week scan for me while I was there. 15th May. I can relax a little now! Picture of blob attached. I may just let myself believe it’s real now!

MeredithShepherd · 20/04/2018 13:18

Fab scan pic @NoCatsHere

wejammin · 20/04/2018 14:09

Lovely scan today. Baby was super active and poor sonographer had to spend ages trying to do the measurements. I'm measured at 13 weeks so official due date is 26th October now. Can I stay in the group?!

sarahhh1984 · 20/04/2018 14:28

Beautiful scan pic, @wejammin! Congratulations! And yeah, I think we'll let you stay. Wink Haha!

To be honest, because I'll be going for an elcs, there's a good chance I'll be an October birth too.
