Hello! I haven’t seen a thread so thought I’d start one for any other mums expecting December babies :-)
I’m 24, this is #2 (have a DS who is 4) and EDD is 3/12/18!
Had an early mc in Feb so feeling quite anxious still.

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 18:47

I'm really sorry to read this curlypop and pineapplefritter. Are you able to go to emu to get a scan?

binkybunny · 16/04/2018 19:10

Hi ladies I'm tentatively joining as I'm 6+4 and due 6th December but nervous after a mc last September. Already have a 3 year old and I'm working almost full time so absolutely exhausted.

Morning sickness kicked in on Friday, the day we flew home from Johannesburg which was excellent timing!

Trying not to moan as we've been TTC for over 18 months so really want this baby, but I'd forgotten how utterly horrible early pregnancy is with sickness, worry and stress!

binkybunny · 16/04/2018 19:12

oh and sorry to the ladies bleeding, my heart goes out to you x

AaronPurrSir · 16/04/2018 19:27

So sorry curlypop and pineapplefritter, take care of yourselves Flowers

Curlypop · 16/04/2018 19:40

So sorry @pineapplefritter
I have a heathy 5 year old and suffered no bleeding in that pregnancy so am fearing the worst. Drs say ring 111 on sat when I'm 6 weeks and they may or may not send for a scan

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 19:42

Perhaps you could lie and say you have pain? If they suspect ectopic they would scan you xx

duffed · 16/04/2018 20:01

Hello joining in! 6w, second pregnancy think due mid dec. have previous dd 6yrs, home birth all lovely

Heavy Painful boobs, nausea with vomiting, loss of appetite and weak legs, bloated- tights already out.

Also a bit tentatively as still in complete shock and unsure if this is such a good idea.

Due to various health and mental health issues have already had a bpas scan which showed an empty sac, back this week for another to see if any growth (hope not ectopic) and then booking in appt at the hospital end of the week. Got to act fast to make decisions about viability, medicine and care plans.

I thought i’d Have to terminate, but lovely midwife at bpas was so encouraging that if I want to I can still do this.

So, err... lots of clinics and consultants ahead!

duffed · 16/04/2018 20:04

Sorry to those of you with bad news already :(

PopTheRainbowdrops · 16/04/2018 20:12

Sending love and cuddles to those who need them xx

I'm feeling a lot less nauseous than I was, been getting random cramps that I don't recall from my first. But still exhausted, and if I don't eat then I get nauseous, and too nauseous to eat so it's a vicious cycle!

balalalala · 16/04/2018 20:16

Good news then pample?

Fingers crossed for a sticky one maggie

curly hope you're OK and that it's a false alarm!

pineapplefritter · 16/04/2018 20:47

Just got a postive clearblue digital 1-2 weeks even though still pouring with blood. Wish I knew what was going on so I could digest it .

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 21:01

Have you rung anyone pineapple? Are you in pain?

Maggi85 · 16/04/2018 21:05

Pineapple so sorry for all the worry you are going through. I would book in with the doctors they can do a blood test and then repeat after 24/48 hours and see if you HGV level is increasing or decreasing xx

Pampl3m0usse · 16/04/2018 21:20

I think I'm OK - yes - but the scan seems to have aggravated the bleeding and I think I'll be on edge until at least when I start feeling kicks. so sorry for those of you ladies who are having bleeding xx

pineapplefritter · 16/04/2018 21:56

A lot of cramping. Been to EPU and they did a scan couldn’t see anything but wouldn’t do an internal as they didn’t want to irritate things down there.

Mamababynumber2 · 17/04/2018 09:10

How are you this morning pineapple and curly?

pample has the bleeding stopped?

duffed · 17/04/2018 09:36

This pregnancy lark is never as easy as it looks in the brochures is it?

Curlypop · 17/04/2018 09:36

Rubbish. Heavy blood overnight. Gutted.
