Hello! I haven’t seen a thread so thought I’d start one for any other mums expecting December babies :-)
I’m 24, this is #2 (have a DS who is 4) and EDD is 3/12/18!
Had an early mc in Feb so feeling quite anxious still.

OP posts:

Hi everyone, can I join?
I'm joining every December baby thread on here. First pregnancy and so thankful to these boards as I can't talk about it with anyone in real life yet!
I'm 6+3 today. Hope everyone is feeling well!

DoAsDreamersDo · 15/04/2018 18:28

0lga I’d like to join the FB group - I’ll send you a PM if that’s ok?

Skittlelover · 15/04/2018 19:28

Hi everyone who's just joined, hope everyone's feeling ok. Exhaustion has hit feel completely wiped out and my 13 month old is always full of beans! Mummy just wants to sleep! How's everyone coping with tiredness? X

balalalala · 15/04/2018 19:35

Massively bloated and tired here too! Not necessarily sleepy tired but wiped and all I want to do is sit! Yeah right with a toddler!

0lgaDaPolga · 15/04/2018 20:12

Finding the tiredness hard. My 10 month old started crawling last week so he is keeping me busy. My husband is taking good care of me though so I’m getting some downtime in the evenings. It was equally hard when I was pregnant first time round and working full time so swings and roundabouts really. I’m trying to rest when my son naps which helps a bit

PopTheRainbowdrops · 15/04/2018 20:17

The bloat is unreal. Honestly I don't think I was this bloated before, but my stomach basically doubles in size by the evening!

MrsTeaPlease · 15/04/2018 22:39

I'm stupidly bloated as well. Have had to resort to only leggings and one pair of jeans done up with the makeshift hairband thing! Pretty sure people think I'm just getting really fat as that's what it looks like! I've also worn a sleep bra all day today as my nipples are hurting. Got a day off on Tues so think I will invest in some maternity leggings and stop struggling!
Welcome to all the recently joined ladies Smile

MrsTeaPlease · 15/04/2018 22:40

I also don't remember this from last time. Don't think I wore maternity until 17/18 weeks!

PopTheRainbowdrops · 15/04/2018 22:46

I was in maternity early. By about 10-12 weeks. I showed ridiculously quickly, and they say you show quicker with number two 😣😣 don't know how I'll keep it hidden from work!

Pampl3m0usse · 16/04/2018 08:17

sorry to hear about all the tiredness. mine has just kicked in as my 22 month old has decided it's time for the terrible twos (also have a 5 and 7 year old...). early scan today due to bleeding which I'm hoping is cervical erosion like the last three times!! boss not helping my stress levels by getting angsty about a letter to prove I have an appointment (clearly don't want to drop in I'm pregnant at just gone six weeks!). also worried my dates are wrong (6+2) and they won't be able to see anything. argh! !!

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 11:17

God luck pample . What time is your scan?
I am also worrying about the same thing. I have my scan Thursday where I will be 6 + 4.
If they do see a heartbeat does this decrease chances of miscarriage?

Pampl3m0usse · 16/04/2018 11:40

yes assumi heartbeat is the right speed it is much less likely. also sometimes they can see the source of the bleeding (or not in which case it's mUch more likely to be cervical). twenty minutes. scared! mum committed suicide in December and it's been such an awful time it feels like this is my hope for some happiness!

MrsTeaPlease · 16/04/2018 11:43

Aw pampl3 keeping everything crossed it's a nice happy scan as it definitely sounds like you deserve some happiness and positivity. Let is know how it goes.xx

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 11:45

Hope it all goes well. Looking forward to hearing how it went. Sorry to hear about your mum. I can't imagine how traumatic that was xxx

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 12:07

Anyone having any cravings?

MrsTeaPlease · 16/04/2018 12:43

mamabooks I was craving green veg, especially broccoli but since I started feeling sick that has disappeared unfortunately! You?

balalalala · 16/04/2018 13:27

I've been craving salt and balsamic vinegar kettle crisps! So odd! Other than that I've mainly just gone off most things!

Fififiesta · 16/04/2018 13:46

The nausea has started and I am definitely not craving anything!! I am only just 5w I am sure I wasn't feeling sick this early last time Confused

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 14:35

Mexican Food!!
I really want a burrito or proper nachos with guacamole and refried beans and salad and beans

Maggi85 · 16/04/2018 15:43

Hi All, hope I'm ok to join. I am 5 weeks pregnant due approx. Dec 18th. this is my 4th Pregnancy - 1st 2 ended in MC around 7/8 weeks and last one ended in MC at 16 weeks. I am praying everything goes well this time I have a early scan next Wed 25/4 so we'll see - not many symptoms at the moment just tiredness and bit of light cramps. Good luck to you all and looking forward to our journeys xx

Pampl3m0usse · 16/04/2018 16:31

Mamababynumber2 · 16/04/2018 16:53
