@yellowfrontdoor I'm feeling the same way. I've not got a bump yet and haven't felt movement so it's making me even more
Anxious! I'm counting down the days too, when's your scan? Mines on 16th March

@E2017 @Grasshoper123 Yes, still suffering with nausea and sickness. I actually think the worst part is I just don't feel in control of my body anymore. Have suddenly got my 'bump ' this week, but it doesn't make me feel happy, it just makes me feel anxious and insecure. I struggled with body image in my teens and have worked hard to accept myself, but my changing body now seems to be bringing it back.

On a brighter note, pram has been purchased and maternity leave application has gone in at work. Hoping to work until 38 weeks. Has anyone else decided yet?

Another one here still suffering with bad sickness :( now 14+0 and in the second trimester! So happy to be here. I feel like my 'bump' has popped this week, definitely looks like extra fat to anyone who doesn't know but DP and I have definitely noticed :)

Feel for those still suffering with sickness mine was bad weeks 7-13. I'm 13+3 and have had a couple of days without throwing up which has been amazing.

@BlueMooMoo must be nice getting your application in! I have a long drive to work and work mainly night shifts so I'm finding work tough at the moment. I will probably go fairly early I think.

I've cracked and text my Midwife for reassurance. Now I feel like an idiot.

DH just said to me 'I think it's really sad you won't let yourself enjoy anything' and I do too.

No one said it would be easy I guess.

@yellowfrontdoor we can count down together! I've got a busy week at work coming up, so hoping this one whizzes by!

Great that you can text your midwife, I'm sure they are happy to give reassurances.

Have you felt any movement or developed a bump yet?

I have a little bump, and I thought I felt a bubbling sensation but haven't felt it again now for quite a few days probs just wind

I'm finding these few weeks the hardest!

Well they say that normal is 18-20 weeks, I don't sit still often though! Frankly I can't tell if my already wobbly tummy has got larger due to excess carbs or if it's a baby 🙈

Hi everyone, I'm 13+3 and I'm extremely dizzy no matter what I do, I've tried getting up slowly, controlling my breathing more, eating, drinking and nothing is stopping it. I don't feel nauseous most of the time but when I do I've been physically sick which hasn't happened throughout the whole of my pregnancy so far until the last few days. Last night my legs and arms started going numb and I felt like I was about to faint. When I go dizzy, my vision blurs and it takes a good few seconds for it to pass. Do you think I should contact my doctor? If not what could help me?

Hi I'm a newbie.
I'm 29, first baby due 31st August. Just had my 12 week scan and it was the most amazing feeling. I had a scan at 6 weeks and started as 2 sacs with one heartbeat. 2nd sac didn't develop. Was present but barely there at my 12wk scan, I'm off Bra shopping this afternoon as held off until now! Very excited. Nice to meet you all. X

@dancingunicorns123 Just to be on the safe side I'd suggest a visit to a walk in centre or call your out of hours service today (or 111). Numb arms and legs, plus dizziness and recent sickness isn't something I'd wait until Monday with.

For anyone who isn’t still sick, I am 15+6 and feel like i’ve really turned a corner once wednesday so hope you all start to feel better soon! I was signed off for all of January and have just been limping through the last month, but i’m finally feeling a bit more human.
Is anyone finding things a lot tougher with their second? I am sicker, more tired, bigger and just generally aching from head to toe! Pregnancy “glow” kicked in at 13 weeks with my first but i’m starting to think i’m just going to be permanently exhausted from now on!
Having our gender scan on Tuesday so hoping that will help us move from worried to excited :)
