I've just come back from my first pregnancy Pilates class. My joints feel sooo much better already!

Oh wow that's a brilliant picture. Really clear, mine are all just blurry since this baby won't stay still. I have a great scan picture of my DD sucking her thumb.

Hello ladies, it's my first post but I've been lurking for a while . I have a complicated and very sad obstetric history which has made me quite scared to post until now but I'd really like to join the Facebook post if that's ok? I'm happy to share a bit more about my story there but a bit nervous to share it here where it feels like anyone could see it... Anyway, I'm 14+2 now and it feels like this group is getting more quiet as I guess the Facebook group is getting more busy! This is my 5th pregnancy but I only have one living child (my eldest daughter). I had another baby girl who was stillborn, and I've had two miscarriages, one between our youngest daughter and this current pregnancy and one which was my first pregnancy. Who should I pm about joining the Facebook group? Thanks!

Hi @DaisyBank82 Sorry to hear about your history of mc and still birth. To join the fb group I think you need to message @E2017 or @clementineclouds. The fb Group isn't particularly busy yet either - I think we are just quiet due to the lull in scans. I'm sure things will ramp up soon on both groups.

Had my 16 week midwife appointment today. Finally met my own midwife as the booking in was done with another midwife. She was really nice and put my mind at rest about certain things.

Filled in my referral form for the hospital of my choice just means they'll want to do their own bloods and I'll be under there consultant care so the care plan put forward by the consultant on Tuesday will be scrapped and started again but that doesn't bother me, neither me or my husband thought much of the consultant we saw on Tuesday.

Also got to hear baby's heart beat, something so magical about that .

Congratulations and welcome @DaisyBank82. Sorry to hear about your previous losses, hopefully all will be plain sailing from now on . if you go back a few pages on this thread clemetineclouds has explained how to go about being added to Facebook group.

As other people have mentioned either @clementineclouds or I can add you to the fb group. If you just pm one or other of us with the email address that you use for fb we can then add you. The invite itself will come through on email rather than to your fb app, the email seems to go into a lot of people's junk mail folders so if you don't think you've got it check there. If it doesn't come through then message whichever one of us back and we'll try again. If that doesn't work there is a work around still.

Hello! Have been lurking for a while as wasn't sure of due date etc but had my scan today at 13+1 and have been given a due date of August 30th. Seems a few on this thread have that date!

Here's my scan pic. Backwards-lying uterus so hard to scan at this stage apparently. Full bladder was just hiding the uterus. Emptied my bladder as per instruction and it was even worse! Managed to get this one good picture though

Hello! I've been lurking a while but not joined in yet, I had a miscarriage back in May so didn't want to join until after my dating scan and then got told after the scan that baby had 1/25 risk of Down's Syndrome, so had an Iona test. Got told today that the risk was now more than 1/1000000 so I feel like I can now start being hopeful about the whole thing.
I'm 39, have DD who is 2 and am currently 15+3 with a team yellow Bambino

Welcome @Poppyandpeaches - sorry to hear about your mmc. If you go about 19 messages back you'll see some directions from @E2017 on how to join the FB group!

@Grasshopper123 I completely feel your pain I'm still in a bad way courtesy of sickness. Have been told I have hyperemesis. 🙁 Think there are quite a few of us on here with really bad sickness still. X
