Wow - lots of newbies! Congratulations all.

I had my follow-up scan today after last week's bleeding and backache. Still no heartbeat to be found but it has grown since last week and my hormone levels are right. It could just be too early to detect a heartbeat or it might not actually have started yet! Instructed to rest rest rest, keep taking progesterone and keep an eye on things (still getting a bit of blood every day). Back in for another scan in a week. Amazing access to facilities really.

So, still on the bus for now, still feeling nervous, still fearing the worst, hoping for the best.

Ah Imogen glad to hear there is positive news, though sure you wish there had been a reassuring heartbeat. Will continue to keep everything crossed for you and glad you're being well looked after!

Because I had a similar experience where first scan there was nothing we were going purely on HCG and Progesterone level, second scan 10days later sac and yolk and the third scan will be on 26th october (2 weeks after the 2nd scan ) dr wants to check the heartbeat.

Oh good luck, mummylove. I'm about six weeks. She found the sac and a tiny blob which must have been the embryo.

Imogen I’m so pleased for you... fingers crossed for next week. I think they offer private early scans from 7 weeks because you should see something then.

I think I’ll be around 8 weeks when I have a scan next Thursday, all being well. Appointment is right in the middle of the day again so my suspicious colleague is going to be on full alert!

For the last few days I have felt fine - reassured that the slight cramps were growth and muscle stretching, but today I'm just suddenly very worried.

I feel fine, and no painful twinges or any other signs of difficulty, but I am petrified something might go wrong.

I wasn't as nervous last few days!

How do you stay calm and push back the worries?

You can take me off the spreadsheet, I started to miscarry yesterday.

@sulkypuddleduck I tested twice with CBD this morning. Got 2-3 the first time and 3+ the second time. Work that one out!

I don't reckon they're all that accurate tbh.

Back from Marbella today - hideous flight into Newcastle, especially with the weather causing such a bumpy landing!

On the whole had a fabulous time but now it's back to reality. DP has an interview tomorrow so I'm keeping everything crossed for him - it will make such a difference!

Going to test again with a CBD tomorrow AM.. praying I get my 3+. That means a lot @Crmblebee - I think you're right, to be honest, but it will still be so reassuring for me.

Early scan in 13 days, don't know how I'm going to not-go-crazy until then!

Feel a bit windy this morning. But do wonder if it’s just in my head? Took another test this morning (obviously). Slightly darker but not as dark as I’d have liked. Off out to get a digital test today. Last time was super nice to see it written down.

Sorry to complain so early in the morning but I am having an awful day and running late for work because I had to pull over the car and vomit in the middle of the road because I couldn't even make it to the pavement. How embarrassing that was.
I have the worst headache ever and can't get rid of it and I just feel like absolute s* this morning.
I know I shouldn't complain but today I'm just feeling really rough sorry for the negativity so early in the morning.

Mummylove I said to DH this morning that I need to stop moaning but I can’t. I’m off work this week and dreading having to function next week! Hope you feel better

Science - I think we’re at the back on the line together! Another faint bfp this morning. Not even missed my period yet. No symptoms to speak of. We’ll get there in the end!

I have my scan tomorrow and I’m terrified as have absolutely nothing going on in my tummy!
This is my 5th pregnancy (4th baby) I always used to get the crampy/ bloating feeling and also just that little bubble/pulling feeling.
Apart from being nauseas nothing going on. My tummy seems flatter than it was before I got pregnant and I’m not skinny!
It would be a miracle if scan showed up anything 😔

Agree weasledee my sickness is getting worse each week but then unfortunately it was the same when I had a mmc and baby stopped growing so I know that it’s not an indication.
Either way I will know it tomorrow!

Anyone had a cessation of breast soreness? I'm 5 weeks approximately and had really sore breasts for the last couple of weeks but woke up this morning and they feel fine with no soreness. Is this normal?

Crmble, yes. It comes and goes. I had tingly nipples yesterday, not in a good way
