@TeaAndPjs

If you're a week behind I don't think it's that unusual to still just see a yolk sac and the possible beginnings of a fetal pole is it?

I just have a gestational sac and they said that wouldn't be unusual if I was 5.5 weeks...

When is your next scan?

Thursday is mine and feels like such a long time away!

whyhastherumgone · 24/07/2017 15:33

Oh @Fresas I'm really really sorry to hear that - heartbreaking news. I'm devastated for everyone who is suffering a loss or uncertainty, I know from experience how tough and upsetting it can be. Thinking of you.

@TeaandPJs sorry to hear you're not hopeful, but I'm keeping my fingers, toes and eyes crossed for you it's just way too early, especially if you think you ovulate late. When's your next scan? xx

ZylaB · 24/07/2017 15:38

@Fresas I'm so sorry, take care of yourself

@TeaandPJs everything crossed for you, will they rescan in a week?

hometownunicorn · 24/07/2017 15:59

@LaSurprise I'm so sorry to hear your news. Take care of yourself

@FresasAndFrambuesas I'm sorry. Glad you're feeling ok for now, but it's still horrible

@TeaAndPjs that sounds really difficult, especially having to wait another week. I'm sorry.

FuzzyOwl · 24/07/2017 16:10

So sorry @FresasAndFrambuesas Flowers

FresasAndFrambuesas · 24/07/2017 16:15

Thank you all for your thoughts. I had honestly braced myself for it to not work out, so I don't feel surprised at all. I'm sure I'll be upset later when it's sunk in but I'm ok now. I've got wine for tonight, and just had a really lovely coffee, so I'm trying to look on the positive side. I don't think we're going to try again, at least for now.

@TeaAndPJs I have my fingers crossed for you, I really hope all is ok.

whyhastherumgone · 24/07/2017 16:28

@Fresas - take care of yourself, treat yourself to all the lovely things. I know that we don't all 'know' each other on this thread but it's such a lovely group and I'm genuinely gutted when I hear these updates. Wish you all the best for the future, whatever you decide. x

SpreadTheLove · 24/07/2017 16:34

Hi ladies

@Fresas, so sorry to read your news. I'm in the same boat. Having a massive bleed that I now think is my period so must have been a chemical pregnancy unless Clear Blue Digital was wrong. So I'm also out. That's three losses in a row now. Thinking it's time to focus on other positive things in life and if it's meant to be, then it will happen again and make it all the way.

@LaSurprise - so sorry. Sounds awful. Sending lots of hugs.

To the others, best of luck to you all xxx

whereareyousleep · 24/07/2017 16:36

Flatwhite31 · 24/07/2017 17:00

Gosh what a day. So sorry @SpreadTheLove. Thinking of you all lovely ladies. You know where we are. Xx

ZylaB · 24/07/2017 17:05

Sorry @SpreadTheLove :(

Jacqueje · 24/07/2017 17:06

Goodness, this really has been a tough day. Thinking of you both @fresas and @spreadthelove. Look after yourselves FlowersCake

MrsW0812 · 24/07/2017 17:14

Oh my so sorry to hear @FresasAndFrambuesas and @SpreadTheLove take care of yourselves over the next few days xxxx

SheSaidHeSaid · 24/07/2017 17:14

Spreadthelove, I'm really sorry to hear that.

I'm the same as whyhastherumgone in that I feel genuinely sad for anyone here suffering losses. It is strange how you can build up this strange internet affection for people you've only met virtually and not that long ago either.

We are still here for anyone who needs to talk Flowers

So sorry Spread Flowers

Make sure you take care of yourself this week x

NorthernBelly · 24/07/2017 17:33

@FresasAndFrambuesas and @SpreadTheLove, thinking of you both Flowers
@TeaAndPjs, sending lots of positive thoughts and keeping everything crossed for your next scan.

I have some good news to share, I had an early scan today and we saw a little heartbeat. I am 7+1 according to measurements (I thought I was 6+6). With my last 4 pregnancies we didn't see a heartbeat so I am really hoping that this is a good sign - if so, it will be fifth time lucky! I have my next scan in two weeks to check how things are progressing.

FuzzyOwl · 24/07/2017 17:39

That is wonderful news @NorthernBelly.

SS81C · 24/07/2017 17:43

So sorry @spreadthelove look after yourself.
@teaandpjs keeping everything crossed for you and sorry you're going through such a worrying time.
@northernbelly ah how lovely for you. That must have been a relief. So sorry to hear of your previous losses. Keeping everything crossed.

I can't imagine how all those going through loss or who have been through previous losses are feeling - i feel very humbled by everyones strength.

Lots of love

KitKat2891 · 24/07/2017 17:44

@FresasAndFrambuesas and @SpreadTheLove - I'm so sorry for both of you. Take care of yourselves x

NellWilsonsWhiteHair · 24/07/2017 17:58

That's lovely news Northern.

I'm really sorry love. Take care. Flowers

TeaAndPjs · 24/07/2017 18:19

Thanks ladies :) stumbly they didn't tell me how far behind I was measuring just that I was under 6 weeks, from when I ovulated I'd be 5+6 today but a week ahead by LMP! I'm back next Monday so will just have to hope it's a quick week till then

Great news northern

SheSaidHeSaid · 24/07/2017 18:27

Brilliant news, Northern, hoping it is indeed a very positive sign.

How is everyone else doing? Is there anyone here whose morning sickness is actually just in the morning rather than waves throughout the day like mine? Mine's been coming on stronger in the past couple of days and definitely isn't just in the morning.

Bluebell93 · 24/07/2017 18:28

It's heartbreaking to hear of the recent losses, I hope you all take good care of yourselves.

Like @whyhastherumgone said, it's really nice to have everyone here as a support group - especially as most of us haven't told many people yet.

Feeling up and down myself, petrified of MC and scare both when I feel ok and then when I feel sick ☹️. The reassurance scan we've booked for 8 weeks can't come soon enough (2 weeks Wednesday!)
