Did you see my updated email? I haven't had an add yet @QueenEnid

TipTop333 · 05/05/2017 09:43

Doctordonna have just done it with the updated email

DoctorDonnaNoble · 05/05/2017 10:11

I haven't had a notification, what's the group name?

Carlotta82248 · 05/05/2017 10:19

Hey ladies! I was worried I'd lost you! I'm off today, currently feeling a bit nauseated on my sofa. However I have just been eating ice cream, yes you hear me right! Ended up back in dental hospital with an infection and dry socket yesterday! The days are passing by much quicker this week due to my obsession with dying from toothache rather than obsessing over something going wrong in pregnancy. Yes, my brain is a fun place to be! Seat with the anxious Annies for me please! Xx

QueenEnid · 05/05/2017 10:20

Hi @DoctorDonnaNoble yes I've sent it over. If no joy send me your Facebook name and I'll add you manually x

Nope nothing. I'll message you

glastogal · 05/05/2017 10:53

Sounds horrid Carlotta but good silver lining that it took your mind off pregnancy worries! I hope your mouth is feeling better soon. Come sit with me, I'm an anxious Annie today, could use a bit of company x

Mrsbluebell17 · 05/05/2017 11:11

Hey everyone. I'm also panicking because other than feeling sick the other day when I was exhausted, I've not really had any symptoms this week. But, I'm hoping it's because I've had such a full on week away from the norm that it had taken my mind off things. Flying back from the USA tonight. Already worrying about that too

Hmm
DoctorDonnaNoble · 05/05/2017 11:39

I've still had nothing about the group come through Sad

DoctorDonnaNoble · 05/05/2017 11:43

Argh found link in clutter BUT when I click it's not available to me!!! Facebook clearly hates me today

Carley27 · 05/05/2017 13:40

Lovely news JC, look forward to seeing your scan pic Grin

Glad scan went well Boggle!

Brens I made my appointment direct with maternity ward. It will be when I'm 7+3 (but they think 8+3 as they went by LMP). They didn't seem to want it to be much later so would assume you should hear before too long? Although the process varies from area to area I'm sure.

Ahh sorry the sickness has returned Zaber - hope it eases off soon.

Glasto 10 weeks sounds very real!! How exciting :)

Hope you had a good time in the US Bluebell. I'm not long back from there myself and it's hard not to worry on the flight but I'm sure you'll be fine. Stay hydrated and move around a little if you can.

Zaberwocky · 05/05/2017 13:52

Glasto its better than last week ... when it was a jack! Who wants the baby compared to a jack? Grin DH is enjoying the Lego themes. It makes it easy for him to understand.

Ugh. Voicemail about the job interview. I'm too scared to listen to it Blush

DoctorDonnaNoble · 05/05/2017 13:52

I remember ranting on my 2015 thread about the differences in practice. It's frustrating. They should do a study of the different practices work out which is 'best practice' and roll it out nationwide. Unfortunately I think different economic priorities for different trusts means we end up with different processes

Zaberwocky · 05/05/2017 13:53

And thank you Carley Smile I think it's just one of those things. DH suggested combining a few different pills, but insists I go see a doctor first.

Mrsbluebell17 · 05/05/2017 14:06

Zaber good luck for the news on the voicemail.

Carley thanks, yeah it's freaking me out a bit. I'm really really tired and worrying myself about getting sick on the plane. I was fine on the way out but I didn't feel exhausted like I do now. When I get tired I start to feel more sick. So I'm just getting more and more worried. At least the flight back is a little shorter than the flight there, and I get to see DH at the other end Grin.

Zaberwocky · 05/05/2017 14:22

Blue I know I need to actually listen to it ... but I just feel a bit emotionally dysfunctional right now!

Brens13 · 05/05/2017 14:26

I hope it's good news Zaber!

I just walked into town on my lunchbreak at work - a minimal distance - I know feel the immediate need for a nap. Roll on 4 o'clock!

Hope your flight goes well Bluebell

fishfingerSarnies · 05/05/2017 14:32

Hey everyone,

Oh JC so happy for you! made me well up a little reading you post. But maybe I'm a bit hormonal. Hmm
Got my booking in appointment through yesterday the receptionist gave me all my forms etc and then said "oh I better check, you do want to keep it don't you?" It was a little odd.

I'm having a blissful 10 mins sitting in the sun while my boy naps in the buggy, not something that happens often these days.

Felt really sick this morning on my walk to play group had to stop and buy a drink and some spearmint polos which seem to do the trick when ever I feel sick I just suck one. It's keeping it at bay today. I'm happy to be feeling sick though as I was quite worried about lack of symptoms.

6+5 today.
This will be my last pregnancy I'd like to enjoy it but I guess that's impossible.

pauseplayrepeat · 05/05/2017 14:57

Wow, fishfinger that is really insensitive of the receptionist!

I used my maternity exemption card today at the pharmacy for the first time and the pharmacist said very loudly, "oh, you're pregnant, that's lovely, congratulations!". Was sweet of her but I live in a smallish market town so was a bit paranoid about who else was in the pharmacy listening.

zabe, sorry the stemetil effect has worn off. Are you going to try another? I hope you find something to help again soon.

Brens13 · 05/05/2017 15:01

fishfinger I might have to try the spearmint polos...at the moment whenever I feel a bit nauseous I'm eating a minimum of a packet of crisps, and occasionally a lot more than that!

Je11yBe4n · 05/05/2017 15:04

QueenEnid [email protected]

Zaberwocky · 05/05/2017 15:07

I must say it doesn't sound like good news. Which is devastating.

They want me to call them back for feedback Hmm which I will as soon as I finish work. See what they have to say I guess.

Je11yBe4n · 05/05/2017 15:10

This afternoon (during my mammoth afternoon nap) two scan dates arrived for me!
Viability scan at 9 weeks and nuchal dating scan at 12 weeks.
DH will be home for the 12 weeks scan which is good, I pondering the idea of taking my MiL (or anyone at all) to the 9 weeks scan.
I think I'd be more comfortable by myself if anything is wrong.

Brens13 · 05/05/2017 15:38

JellyBean I've added you on the group.

Zaber All the jobs I've got they've started off sounding really downbeat, I think they like giving you a good surprise. They've also mainly started by asking me how I think it went. Fingers crossed for you!

Zaberwocky · 05/05/2017 16:33

Well Grin she's bloody gone home so I'll call her Monday.

On a plus, my scan date is the 10th of May! However, I won't have my booking in appointment till the 17th. It says to bring my maternity notes on the letter.

They're just going to refuse to see me, aren't they?
