Thought it looks pretty good octo, dd was too young to take to cinema but think she'll love it.

I reckon baby will be here by then, or is that wishful thinking I've got a christening on the 25th(i'm godmother) so really hope it arrives the week before, we'll see

flumppootle · 01/03/2007 21:02

Ellieump · 01/03/2007 21:05

depends on the age of dd eddas, matthew was just about entertained by it, but no where near as much as with other films he's seen, and i hated it! no story to it at all

Ellie - I didn't think too much of Happy Feet, and Emily got ants in her pants during it too. But having said that, she still gets very excited when she see clips or the poster, so she would still like the DVD I reckon. Love those t-shirts, gonna have to get the sister ones.

octopussyintummy · 01/03/2007 21:06

I didn't think Happy Feet was great but the boys liked it and now dance round like him!

flumppootle · 01/03/2007 21:08

Lovley names, totally no idea here.

Has anyone seen Charlottes web? I am taking the dds on sat

Eddas · 01/03/2007 21:10

Dd is 2years 8 months, she loves dancing, singing etc. Her fav film of the moment is Mary Poppins, getting right on my nerves now as we have to watch it sooooo much. I did buy it tho so my own fault!!

Do yo think she'll like it?

Katy44 · 01/03/2007 21:11

I'm having a Tristan or a Willow
And he/she still won't let us know which!!

octopussyintummy · 01/03/2007 21:12

Yes - might find the killer whale a bit scary though - there was another scary bit too - but had gone for a wee . My friends little girl gets freaked out easily and she like it.

Ellieump · 01/03/2007 21:13

Bloody hell you lot! I go off to watch 10 years younger and there are millions of posts.
I love the birth programmes, tho dh refuses to watch. Don't know why, as he has seen me go thru it..

Heading off to do a load of ruddy ironing which I have been putting off for days.

I HATE IRONING!!!!!!!!

May be back later, but if not, sleep well all and see you tomorrow. At work tomorrow and Friday's are quite quiet.

xx

octopussyintummy · 01/03/2007 21:15

Is Willow a boy or girls name?

flumppootle · 01/03/2007 21:16

Very of those who know what they want to name their LO.

I am off now so night all!

Katy44 · 01/03/2007 21:16

Is anyone else finding their bump gets in the way of their legs when they sit??
I either sit like a cowboy or squash the bump

Sexonslightlypuffylegs · 01/03/2007 21:16

Katy I have a newphew called Trystan and they call him Tiffy which is quite cute!

I have a number of names I like for both, but think I may leave it until babe comes out.

Eddas · 01/03/2007 21:19

Yes Katy my bump is really getting in my way. Carried really high up with dd and this one feels really low.

It's not too bad until i want to drive, then i feel like i weigh ten tonne!!!

Tili · 01/03/2007 21:19

ok I caught up an now cant recall a bloody thing!
Flumpootle was that your first birth? sorry I cant remember if you have mentioned it before
Beth was only 2 and a half hours from start to finish and I thought that was quick I am panicing over how quick this one could potentially be !!

I love those t-shirts im considering getting one for Beth - big sister obv!

Regerding names we are definately calling this one Alex.

octopussyintummy · 01/03/2007 21:22

Have drunk my herbal stuff - awaiting sleep....

I can only sit with my legs to the side on the floor.

My braxton hicks are back - actually said 'ow ow ow' quite loudly earlier and the boys asked what was wrong

Eddas · 01/03/2007 21:32

Right off to watch dartsno laughing!!!

Nighty night

Katy44 · 01/03/2007 21:39

Night night eddas - enjoy your darts!!

octopussyintummy · 01/03/2007 21:45

Night night all

Hellcat · 01/03/2007 21:45

Hi everyone - what can I say?

lallalallala....whaddya mean a baby?

but buying a plastic sheet for my bed (new and has memory foam mattress) and also scrubbing me nips and had a go at the old 'massage' which felt VERY VERY beneficial and like there was a way to go... do try it there's nothing to upset the squeamish, but it is definitely not for anyone with nail extensions....

  • still no sex action

CharNbump I am still your buddy! Where are you?

I am stopping eating chocolate (the dark stuff is goos for your iron levels you know) and also other stuff as bottom is just too big

Maveta, your midewife wants a slap, I have put on 13 kgs and I am 2 inches shorter than you and I'm still wearing my regular clothes (stretchy ones obviously) so I'm glad she has stopped with her pathetic comments!

Now I am ML on I am doing the cooking instead of dh, which means more healthy stuff - and as I am bordering an anaemia and terrified of being given constipation inducing iron supplements I'm trying to get lots in me diet - only problem is that milk produts inhibit your iron uptake so now I have to think about clacium AND iron

phew

Also now I am on ML I have to walk the dog and I have low blood pressure and can't do hills, so I have a walking stick - actually its an old ski pole.

I have a nice new waterproof coverall (the weather is always rough up here at 1,000 ft in Derbsyshire) and in that with my stick I look like the bloody village eccentric.

warmest hellos to all you ladies - I can't keep up with stuff to respond sensibly to without taking notes as I read through the 850 posts since I was last here!!!!
