Hi all,

Unfortunately my second scan showed an empty sac still with no baby so I have some tablets to bring on a miscarriage. Good luck with all your pregnancies.

sj3rram1 · 17/02/2017 14:01

Nimisha So sorry. Take care of yourself 💐

TinySalmon · 17/02/2017 14:03

Nimisha I have been thinking about you and so glad you have come back to give us an update although very upsetting to hear your news. Take care of yourself Flowers

mummabubs · 17/02/2017 15:14

So sorry to hear that Nimisha. Flowers

Confused according to my last period date I'm 7+3, although the scan measurement suggested 6+2 today. The nurse told me it can be quite common for baby to measure much smaller at this stage as a couple of mm (which the machine can be out by) makes a big difference to ageing, so she told me to stick with my original date. Smile

Luna4689 · 17/02/2017 15:19

I'm due 19th oct found out a week ago! Feeling incredibly tired and irritable, moods are everywhere! First baby for me Smile

Luna4689 · 17/02/2017 15:33

Any advice from anyone!? I'm taking folic acid and vitamin D. Any other vitamins I should be taking?
I was 5wks yesterday!

Anotherminime · 17/02/2017 15:34

Hi all, I'm a bit slow in joining. I found out a couple of weeks ago and I'm around 6 weeks. Not 100% sure as my cycles weren't particularly regular. Due somewhere between the 12th and 15th Oct, depending on which cycle length I take. Currently feeling a bit sick, which is odd because I felt absolutely fine through my first pregnancy.

I'll hopefully join the Facebook group in a few weeks, although I'll probably leave it till after the scan. Have my booking in appointment in a couple of weeks - it may start to feel a bit more real then!!

Luna4689 · 17/02/2017 15:37

Congratulations anotherminime!

What's the Facebook group? I've not had a chance to read back through all of the other messages ahha. New to MN, well new to everything!!

charmanar · 17/02/2017 15:53

So sorry to hear that nimisha thanks for letting us know, best of luck for the future xxxx

Cath1212 · 17/02/2017 15:55

so sorry for your news Nimisha, look after yourself

DebsOctBaby · 17/02/2017 16:32

I've just started these tablets (following on from just folic acid whilst TTC)

October 2017-come one come all!
Cath1212 · 17/02/2017 17:04

@DebsOctBab I am taking the same ones!

There were other pregnacare ones which were more expensive but I didn't think were worth it!

PlayOnWurtz · 17/02/2017 17:29

Is anyone else using cyclogest? I started it yesterday and have had a banging headache all day today. I'm a Migraine and cluster headache sufferer as it is and hormones are and no trigger. I don't know if it's a coincidence and that is have a banging head anyway given the natural hormones I'm making or what. Anyone else finding issues?

Lamaitresse · 17/02/2017 17:43

Play my sil didn't get on with cyclogest although I had no problems on it. She is 9 weeks pg and taking a more expensive form of progesterone that she only has to take once a day. Will try to find out what it is...

Anotherminime · 17/02/2017 17:46

Luna4689 thanks for the congratulations :) MrsCharlieD has set up a secret Facebook group, if you send her a message she can add you.

PlayOnWurtz · 17/02/2017 17:57

Thank you chintaria I've been referred to the consultant rather than midwives so hoping to see them by 8 weeks, just need to persevere with it and then if I'm still headachey ask to change.

Lamaitresse · 17/02/2017 17:59

Just checked and it's called Crinone Play but we are in Belgium so might be known as something else in the uk!

PlayOnWurtz · 17/02/2017 18:03

Thank you. If it carries on and gets any worse I'll talk to my Dr and mention that to them. My body hates hormones Grin not good when trying to sustain a pregnancy though Sad

Starfish83 · 17/02/2017 18:18

So sorry, Nimisha. Take care and thinking of you.

⭐️ xx

Kirsty8333 · 17/02/2017 18:47

Is anyone else really struggling with nausea? I'm suffering with it all day constantly and it's really starting to get me down. Nothing seems to ease it.

DebsOctBaby · 17/02/2017 18:52

I'm really suffering from indigestion which makes me feel sick but not actually been sick yet. I always thought I would enjoy being pregnant which I'm hoping after week 12 I will lol

NotMyPenguin · 17/02/2017 18:55

So sorry to hear your news, nimisha :-(

Emberblu · 17/02/2017 19:07

I'm the same Kirsty8333 feeling sick from waking until sleeping. I also have what I assume is constant heart burn too and completely off even the thought of food (I force down a few small things a day). I usually throw up once at about 2pm but don't feel any better for it. Very fed up, lots of tears and constantly in pjs on the sofa. DH is being wonderful but it's frustrating for him to see me ill and have no way to magic it away. FX it doesn't stay like this for long.

10storeylovesong · 17/02/2017 19:14

Ember and Kirsty - have you asked your gp for medication? I went to GP yesterday and requested cyclizine as was sent home from work. It doesn't take it away completely but does take the edge off.

Emjmoore · 17/02/2017 19:40

Hello everyone. Just reading messages about appointments with the MW. I was expecting a call today (I only signed up to the surgery this week and was told there was one midwife for this area) I'm guessing it's not a problem that they didn't ring? Should I expect them to get in touch closer to the 12wk scan? Thanks in advance!
