Just got a definate BFP on a FRER this morning after a squinter yesterday! I am literally so exciting I do not know what to do with myself!

On a different note I have no idea what to do now!! Does anyone have any advise?

Welcome @confused! Congratulations on your bfp! To be honest there isn't really much to do at the moment. Start taking folic acid if you aren't already and that's about it. You can contact your gp to see what their procedure is for referral to the midwife but you won't have an appointment until booking in which is around 8 weeks. Thanks Mrs i need to see my GP asap because i have Perniscious Anaemia (so take folic acid anyways) and it can kid of go really well or really bad in pregnancy... but the absolute bitch they had on reception was not having any of it! Wanted me to wait a month for an appointment... i can't wait that long! Lol

Debs i am the same about it being visible... but maybe after 12 weeks =)...

So i am really nauscious today... probably slightly psychological... i just keep eating a mouthful of something and then throwing it away!

That sounds rough, missm0use! I'm still feeding my 12 month old DD too but didn't really have a plan of how long for. I wanted to get to a year then reassess. I guess I want her to self wean sometime through this pregnancy as I don't really want to tandem feed.

Oh god nausea proper kicking in this morning! Unsure whether it's because I'm hungry or I genuinely don't want food. MW booked in for 3 weeks time, feels weird being bumped up to 5+1 even though I know it's only 3 weeks since we conceived. Tummy not sore this morning which I'm hoping is good too!

I have self referred to midwives this morning, told me I would get appointments through the wedding it's in next two weeks for booking appointment and 12-14 week scan!!

Took the 2nd test in the box this morning just to confirm this is actually happening ....it is very much happening

mrscharlie I can't work out how to DM you! Is there any other way to join the fb group? God I'm so soooo hot today but it may just be that the weather is getting warmer and work still have the heating on full blast.

I've only been able to dm from a web browser, not the talk app. Cannot figure out how to do that. And yes, fb is secret. I read all the privacy settings in detail, and have viewed my profile as 'public' and as other friends on my list, and it does not appear. You can only join by being invited by an existing member, as it cannot be found in a search. (Yes, I'm paranoid!!)

Yeah you have to log on via a PC rather than the app to DM. I've just done that as feel more comfortable with the privacy now lol

Just to say thanks all for your positive thoughts and wishes yesterday I was in EPU less than 10 minutes, they did an ultrasound which instantly picked up bubbabean with accompanying heartbeat so all is good! They have no idea what caused the bleed but I've left with a lovely scan pic that looks like a tiny snail and the actual realisation that I didn't invent the whole pregnancy thing and there's actually something definitely growing in there! Xx

Hi all!

Found out yesterday that we're expecting baby number 4!

Only came off the pill in January! Had some extremely light bleeding the other week for over 8 days and assumed it was my period, but two positive tests put stop to that idea

Haven't told anyone apart from DH - going by our BDing days I'm due the 17th October.

Really excited but dreading any negativity that tends to come with large family announcements

Just been to see the midwife this morning and have been given a booking in appointment when I will be 10 weeks. She said they don't arrange scan until that appointment so will not have much notice before I go for my 12-13 week scan. Feels like ages away. One positive is I got my early scan through the post this morning which is this Monday! I'll only be 6+6 so I hope the can see a heartbeat

Mumma great to hear that everything is ok with lottle bubbabean... how many weeks are you if you don't mind me asking?

Ovia has just switched to the pregnancy app for me and its amazing to see whats going on day by day... can't believe i can say i'm 4+1 today... IM SOOO EXCITED! Lol
