Very sorry to hear that, Linda. I hope you have lots of love around you.

CinnamonTwist · 01/07/2016 17:45

Hello! Can I join please? Just got my BFP on Wednesday, still quite shocked as we conceived first cycle! Due March 7th ish judging from my last period. It's our first and we're both nervous and excited about it!

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 17:56

Congratulations Cinnamon :)

MissClarke86 · 01/07/2016 18:48

Can I tentatively join you ladies?

Got my BFP on a clear blue digi today. Been quite achey in my tummy area.

I had a MMC in Feb and a chemical pregnancy last month. I've got no DC yet. I literally conceive every time we try but so far my body hasn't been able to hold onto one so fingers crossed this time.

Jodders · 01/07/2016 18:55

I had appointment with my GP today to verify the pregnancy and get booked into hospital system (works a bit differently here).
Told GP about getting a 3+ on digital and about the strong symptoms and he said I might be further along or it might be multiples. Even his crappy test showed a strong positive. Have to chase hospital now for an early scan. I got stemetil for the nausea too.

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 19:19

Welcome MissCarke and congrats. Really hope this one sticks for you! I had a miscarriage before I fell pregnant with my daughter but my sexism pregnancy was very straight forwards (after 9 months of ttc!). This time I've been TTC more quite a while, on and off, but this is the first time
I've had a positive test since my daughter. It's such a tense time. I still don't really have any symptoms other than the cramps which have gone today. It's worrying me.
Jodders early scan sounds good. Any twins in the family?

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 19:19

Sexism = second! Hahah

Imavinoops · 01/07/2016 19:52

Hey! I have come to join the club!
I am due March 8th ish. At least that's what all of my many many apps and websites say! -I'm not that excited, I swear-
It's my first but my partners second and I think I'm talking his ear off about it a little! ;)
I'm feeling the sore boobs, random achey tummy and generally feeling so tired! (How is all of this happening so quickly and early exactly?)
I have my first drs appointment Wednesday afternoon which is jolly exciting! :)

Gardencentregroupie · 01/07/2016 19:54

Another tentative joiner here, I got a pretty faint positive today on cycle 19 - faint but DH could see it. This will be DC2 if it goes well, DD is 2 on Monday. EDD 12th March.

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 20:05

Welcome both and congrats!
Garden if all goes well out gaps will be very similar indeed, my DD turns two in just over a week!

karryk · 01/07/2016 20:10

So sorry Linda Flowers sadly I know what you're going through and I wish you lots of love and healing over the coming months xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you for the welcome everyone Smile and congrats to all the bfps!

X

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 20:24

Alexia any news on your repeat test today?

Mu51cal · 01/07/2016 20:45

So sorry to hear that Linda Flowers

AlexiaB · 01/07/2016 22:38

Hi Daisy I did another FRER this morning and a CBD and both were negative :( I've been so upset all day! I just feel like I'll never get pregnant no matter how hard we try. I'm still only on cd12 so I'm going to test again on Monday if AF doesn't show up but it doesn't look good.

So sorry for your loss LindaFlowers

AlexiaB · 01/07/2016 22:38

Sorry 12dpo**

Jjspoon · 01/07/2016 22:49

So sorry for you linda but glad to hear you're not in pain and doing OK. These first few weeks are so scary. I didn't realise until I started ttc just how common early miscarriage is but we just don't talk about it openly and people keep it quiet for so long that so many people must go through it without us ever knowing.

I did a cba digital today and got pregnant 1-2 weeks but did it after work and it says it has to be fmu for accurate weeks result. I only really did it for OH as he was unsure about feint line on last one so now he's happier.

Fx for a sticky one missclarke:)

Still no symptoms at all for me....

neonrainbow · 01/07/2016 23:16

I've got my first midwife appointment on the 18th july. Wondering if i should confess to my manager otherwise he will make me make the time up. If its an antenatal i dont have to.

We are telling dsc tomorrow! I think its a bit early but dh wants to tell him so we are. Hes 9 so ive no idea how hes going to take it!

alphabook · 01/07/2016 23:17

Congrats Cinnamon, MissClarke and Garden!

I'm really sorry Alexia, I hope it's not over for you yet. I've known people to not get a BFP until 14DPO.

alphabook · 01/07/2016 23:21

Congrats Imavinoops as well! The BFPs are coming thick and fast!

I had really bad cramps earlier, I was terrified but I haven't had any bleeding. I know cramps can be a normal part of pregnancy but it's such a scary time.

DaisyBank82 · 01/07/2016 23:22

Oh Alexia I really feel for you. It sometimes feels like everyone is pregnant apart from you and it's such a lonely feeling, I've been there. I hope when you re-test it will be good news.

Jjspoon a pretty symptom free day for me too. Although I did allow myself a sneaky afternoon nap when DD slept. That could just be me being lazy though. I've never hoped for nausea so much!

AlexiaB · 01/07/2016 23:33

Thank you Daisy and alpha it means a lot. I wish you both healthy and happy pregnancies. I will pop back Monday to update. X

Gardencentregroupie · 02/07/2016 08:28

I re tested this morning and it was more faint than yesterday - I have a bad feeling this one isn't going to stick :(

SecretScaryFriend · 02/07/2016 08:30

Really sorry Alexia, what a roller coaster.

I hope all those nauseous ones are feeling a bit better and those waiting for nausea have had a queasy morning!

I was never sick at all in my first pregnancy so I am feeling calm (perhaps too calm?) in the face of feeling completely normal. Hmm

DaisyBank82 · 02/07/2016 08:55

Garden were they the tests the same brand? Had you drunk the same amount of water last night? There are so many variables... Easy for me to say but I think you shouldnt get too hung up on the lines. A line is a line.

alphabook · 02/07/2016 09:11

I agree with Daisy Garden, sometimes tests have different amounts of dye in them, even ones that are the same brand. Really hope you get a stronger result in the next few days.
