It's the calm before the storm (sort of) that is Fantastic February and the March Madness - we did a lot of shagging last summer! We need more JSers on this, our 44th thread!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 44th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 43rd grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 57th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

We're having our last bits done on the kitchen (3 years after starting it Grin) so it's out of action for the next couple of days...Dominos for tea it is then, don't mind if I do

I decided on a fillet tower burger meal. And a diet Pepsi (hate full sugar drinks, taste like syrup). It was lush.

Peenut · 26/01/2016 13:34

Good news Lil! Must be lovely to see little wriggler again!

lunch sounds delightful Honey!

I too have done my tax info and passed to accountant. Hoping the bill isn't horrific!

SecondCupOfTea · 26/01/2016 13:37

Honey I hate to see anyone stuck at a loose end...so if I get my spare keys over to you, you can 'nest' away in my house...it could do with a deep clean Grin

honeysucklejasmine · 26/01/2016 13:51

Pee gx for a small bill. I have also worked out figures for April 15 - 16, as I have stopped working now, and won't be paying taxes next time either. Am I a freeloader now? Wink

Second that's so generous of you. What a shame I have to wait in for a delivery.

lildottie · 26/01/2016 15:25

pee your tax bill will be the same whenever you submit your return but doing it early gives you time to prepare. I can tell you for a fact your accountant hates you right now and his/her bill could very well reflect that. Especially as they haven't seen their family since Christmas day because they have spent every day and evening at their desk doing tax returns for procrastinators who don't seem to realise you don't have to wait until January to file your return! Lol soryy, rant over! I still have 26 of those to get through!

honey you can have a telling off too! You could have had that refund sooner instead of Mr tax man earning interest on it if you had filed in April!

Still team yellow here, can't remember who asked.

honeysucklejasmine · 26/01/2016 15:39

Blush Sorry Lil, you are right! I will do next years as soon as I can do I can forget about it. I have totalled my invoices. I just need to calculate my mileage and I am good to go. Under threshold without taking in to account expenses, but obvs will state them anyway. Will my mat pay count towards my taxable income for the year?

jellypi3 · 26/01/2016 15:49

Right can you ladies tell me I'm mad.

So the past 3 days I've eaten pineapple, drank rlt and amazingly shagged before bed, and then that night had the contractions.

Today I've run out of pineapple and not sure I can face more shagging. Is it stupid that I'm worried nothing will happen tonight because of the lack of those things?

Peenut · 26/01/2016 16:10

Jelly, you could always ask your other half to swing by mozzers and collect a large supply of pineapple, and maybe do something extra sexy to seduce you. Perhaps an erotic dance around the living room, using pineapples?!

Joking aside you must be feeling really on edge about when your next symptom will be! Perhaps distraction techniques would be best ... cinema trip or tea out? (If you can manage it?)

Lil I hang my head in shame. Too true that I have almost a whole year to submit my return but for some reason it's always on the to do list! I've just started working with a new accountant who has gone very quiet of late, probably because people like me have been faffing since April and he's up the wall trying to do everyone's tax returns! Sorry Mr Accountant. Hope your workloads eases, erm, after this weekend?!

I aspire to being more organised this year, and to having a more accurate filing system for receipts than an overflowing shoe box, especially as I need to know exactly what will be due during my mat leave. (I fear I shouldn't have admitted the shoe box system to an accountant!)

Honey I just called up about mat allowance and that isn't counted as taxable income, I don't know about mat pay though from a company,if that's what you mean. Was interested to hear I can have ten days 'keeping in touch' time while claiming mat allowance and that it doesn't matter how much you earn in those days.

(I look forward to joining you as a freeloader soon!)

SockQueen · 26/01/2016 16:13

A tiny bit, jelly, but understandable. You're not going to stay pregnant forever though, so don't get too downhearted! Gx something happens soon.

NFMV: Fanjo-cam shows a heartbeat, and a blob matching my dates (7+2). Very anxious, but feeling a bit more optimistic now.

Glad all went well for you lil!

honeysucklejasmine · 26/01/2016 16:16

Hooyah Jelly. Don't be a nonce. Get DH to pick up a pineapple if you like, and whack out a buzzy friend for a quickie then relax. I think you need all the sleep you can get ATM.

Pee just SMA rather than SMP so that's good news.

Lil would I still expect to pay NI this year? Have been paying 6 monthly. Happy to continue, as I know it impacts your pension. I wonder, will they still contact me, or will I need to make voluntary payments or something?

Peenut · 26/01/2016 16:18

Congrats on blob heartbeat Sock! It's so lovely to see that little flicker, so far so good as they say!

jellypi3 · 26/01/2016 16:23

Great news sock :) not long till your 12 week scan. Have u told work then?

Thanks ladies, I know I'm being stupid (hooyah great fully received). I just don't want the last 3 nights to have been a build up to nothing lol. I'll try to at least get Mr jelly to service me Wink

honeysucklejasmine · 26/01/2016 16:26

Congratulations Sock!

5hell · 26/01/2016 16:40

any joy with the mw fisting jel? i read dates can be another inducer if you're bored of pineapple?

hooray for good scans lil and sock

duvet day has been a success; watched Ratatouille, done some crafting, and WC & flu jabs received - arms a little sore (sure that'll help with sleeping!)

pretzelpieces · 26/01/2016 16:41

Yay for good scan news sock and lil

Mini hooyah for you jelly, sounds like you are well on your way whatever you do. You know those things are just old wives tales. It won't be long now till you are getting those newborn cuddles.

CarrotPuff · 26/01/2016 18:01

Massive hooyah jelly! You're not even the other side of your EDD yet, chill woman! Enjoy your last days of freedom and get as much sleep as you can before it gets ruined forever. Also I'm pretty sure 95% of women do none of the pineapple eating and all the other stuff, and still manage to go into labour!

Yay for good scan lil! And yay for a blob with a hb Sock! Are you going to tell work now? Hopefully they'll take you off ambulance duty!

Had a 3h nap today thanks to DS who slept for 3.5h. Couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the clock. Haven't managed to have much done but I don't care!

KateBeckett · 26/01/2016 19:11

Eek jelly gx things kick off again tonight and you have lovely baby snuggles soon!

Yay for the good scan news those who have had scans!

Your day sounds lovely 5hell hope your arms are not too sore and you manage some sleep!

Not long til you can scoff all the cake and pate and cheese pretz ! Bet you can't wait!

Viroids, I need a hooyah (again...) had a midwife appointment this afternoon, and we listened to the heartbeat, then midwife was talking about the importance of movements etc, and how just because there is a hb it doesn't mean baby is happy and movements are more important.

Well, I started feeling movements properly at the weekend, and have been feeling little kicks everyday, not noticed a pattern yet though. But today babybeckett has been very very quiet. I think I've felt a few movements, but nowhere near as many as the past few days, and much much lighter (to the point I'm not sure if I'm imagining it)

And now I'm panicking! Do I need to call the number the midwife gave me? Even though she said they wouldn't be able to monitor the baby this early anyway? Or because I've only just started feeling them do I need to stop worrying? Blush sorry for being a stressy worry wart again...

Mermaid36 · 26/01/2016 20:20

Ooh! I think I've had some of my first 'flutters' today..... as well as exciting fanjo and womble aches and pains

honeysucklejasmine · 26/01/2016 20:30

Kate how far along are you? Movements aren't reliable until about 24 weeks and they monitor them only from 28 seeks onwards. If you go to MAU before then they will just use a Doppler and then send you on your way. Smile

jellypi3 · 26/01/2016 20:30

kate the advice generally is to start monitoring movements at 24 weeks but only worry about patterns and reduced movement from 28 weeks. Before this time most MAU's will see you but just check you with a doppler as the baby is too small for the fetal monitor.

A lot of people don't get movement until 18-20 weeks, and if you placenta is in an awkward place it can be even later.

How many weeks are you? Don't let it stress you out just yet x

mermaid exciting news! Wonder which one was kicking lol

jellypi3 · 26/01/2016 20:31

Cross post with honey!
