Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 44th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 43rd grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 57th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

honeysucklejasmine · 24/01/2016 23:06

Ha ha Just! However, I feel a hairy fanny is probably true of every grad... Kinda hard to see down there now! Blush

Of course Ain!

justtheonethen · 24/01/2016 23:45

Now now honey I distinctly remember bat (I think?) having it all off, albeit accidentally!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 25/01/2016 03:20

I always rock the retro foliage Blush

5hell · 25/01/2016 06:04

I must book a wax...want to get back to swimming but bush is too bad to be contained by bikini bottoms Blush

Does RLT taste of tea at all...including those rank disappointing fruit teas?

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 07:44

Too true Just, bat did indeed have an accidental Brazilian!

ThursdayLastWeek · 25/01/2016 07:52

Oh man, poor bat and her accidental Brazilian!

Nice to see you just and ain though that cupcake picture has just given me the horrors Grin.

Retro here too sky just not too long if I can help it. Which I can't really anymore so who gives a fuck.

5hell I don't remember RLT tasting like much at all - maybe like a really weak fruit tea. It wasnt unpleasant and at least it keeps you hydrated.

Nothing pregnancy related to report here. Just waddling slowly through the last trimester, watching each week draaaaaaag by.

The time does definitely start to go slower as you get further in doesn't it Thurs. At least after scan tomorrow I have consultant appt to look forward to to hopefully make the time pass for one more month at least.

yoga my mum lives in the next street so will be hard to get rid of bit o figure at least she won't be sleeping here so we'll get some time to ourselves. O couldn't deal with someone coming to stay with me straight away. To me its about me and dh with out baby in those first few days/weeks and everyone else can wait. That's my opinion anyway.

Have had awful belly/wind cramps all night and arse rain this morning. I'm gonna be tired today!

FeatheredTail · 25/01/2016 10:13

Hurrah Gouda! Delighted your little boy arrived safely. Hope you're recovering well. (I'd also have no idea about waking the baby to feed it. Thanks for sharing).

Yoga I have serious issues with anyone invading visiting my fortress home for long periods of time. Or short periods of time. I can cope with 1-2 night stays and that's it really. And it has to be someone I get along with easily. That said, you might appreciate someone being there to help/give you a chance to rest. Do you have the space for her to stay?

I'm already on edge about DH's Dad and Stepmother coming to stay in March. WHY do they want to come and stay when I'll be 35 weeks pregnant????! WHY?

jellypi3 · 25/01/2016 10:27

Haha just you nutter. Love it Grin I made a very vain attempt at trimming last night. It was terrifying, each cut was like a game of roulette. Gave up so now I'm lop sided.

5hell it doesn't really taste of much, it's not the most pleasant thing but it's drinkable imo.

I'm so tired. Night number 2 of "contractions" although this time dp was awake with me. We managed to DTD last night so DP thinks it's his awesome penis kicking things off...Hmm

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 11:47

Ha! Typical man, taking all the credit. Wink

DH and I had a lovely chat last night about looking forward to the baby being here. It was v sweet.

I slept until 11am today. Ok, so I was awake when DH was getting up etc, but elected to go back to sleep and stay there. It was lush.

Have just now had a bacon sarnie with the left over streaky bacon from the beef bourginon (which was fab, thanks Thursday!) so crisped it up American style and had it with some thick white bread and ketchup, obvs. It was delicious.

May eat left over jelly for lunch.

Now, time to fold and put away my cloth stash. All prewashed and shiny! Grin

5hell · 25/01/2016 12:36

honey your day sounds dreamy - I'm weljel ;)

jellypi3 · 25/01/2016 12:45

honey that sounds amazing. Ive totally lost my appetite for some reason.

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 13:36

I'm a bit peeved there's nothing much to do today. We tidied big style this weekend... All that's left for me to dois submit my yax return, do Brownies Admin or finish packing hospital bag. Boooooring!

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 13:39

Do is
Tax

So of course, I have elected to do none of the above and am watching OBEM. I am currently drying my Bamboozles (cloth nappies) on radiator as they were still a bit damp.

I put the rest of my stash away, but it now occurs to me that they are in toddler configuration... Really I need to take extra boosters out, popper them down to smallest size... May even pop paper liner in too.

Procrastinate? Me?

Peenut · 25/01/2016 13:42

Congrats Gouda very glad you and baby are doing gooood! Lovely to read your birth story –I can't imagine how knackered and in agony you must have been (not yet anyway) but can imagine that epidural must have been bliss! You're right – good idea to give your self that option of drugs!

All the boosh talk is making me laugh. I find a trim is as good as a wax, it's when it gets long it just gets uncomfortable! Don't tell DH but I secretly use his beard trimmer and then return it. I have been questioned a few times on whether I am responsible for pu-abe like hairs stuck in it. Who? Me?

I must share my last bikini wax experience ... the woman doing it did the standard moving pants to the side thing to discreetly wax thing, then pulled a shocker by pulling my pants fully down to 'inspect' her work at the end, and to tweezer stray pubes!

Was a bit weird having my fanny inspected by a total stranger, I liked her attention to detail though.

Love the fanny bun Just and fingers crossed for Jelly and Pretz getting this show on the road soon!

5hell · 25/01/2016 16:20

i have had way too much caffeine today....feeling guilty Blush Sad

YogaPants · 25/01/2016 16:35

Thanks for reassurance I'm not being unreasonable in feeling a bit protective of my space Fruit and Feathered.

After I posted yesterday, DH and I wrote an email to my DM explaining some of our concerns (eg i didn't want DH having to leave me in the hospital in labour to host my parents, wanting time just the three of us the first two weeks, needing to prioritise baby over guest room, etc.) and she is now planning to arrange accommodation nearbye to give us space the first two bit (and go on another trip to Italy with some of her friends for a week) so I feel better now than before.

Unfortunately, it looks like I am joining the club of people requiring consultant care as baby has been diagnosed with an ectopic heartbeat at the 20 week scan. It is more of a monitor and wait type of issue that may resolve itself without treatment but it is still unnerving being told anything other than 100% normal at the scan and subsequent consultant appointment.

pretzelpieces · 25/01/2016 17:00

yoga sorry for slightly scary scan news Flowers gx it resolves itself without further treatment.

Saw my family for last time before baby today and my mum teared up when she said goodbye the absolute dafty. Might see my sis as she's my back up birth partner. My niece was adorable and cuddled the bump.

pretzelpieces · 25/01/2016 17:02

Oh! Forgot to add that latest person in my nct class did a sneeze birth overnight. Not jealous at all obvs Hmm

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 17:06

Oh Yoga, that's shitty. IME they tend to go over the top in regards to checks and monitoring etc, so don't panic if they come back with a huge list of appointments etc for you. Better they are over cautious I suppose!

Pretzel oooh bless! How cute!

Baby having a good kick earlier. Still not uncomfortable so I am being very lucky! There were so many things which could have happened, but didn't. Vomit is a small price to pay for an easy pregnancy thus far. Gx it stays this way for last few weeks

honeysucklejasmine · 25/01/2016 17:07

Don't worry pretz, just ignore. It's not a skill, its luck.

fruitlovingmonkey · 25/01/2016 17:20

Sorry for your scan news Yoga, hope it clears itself up. There's nothing wrong with being looked after by consultants, it's how we do it over in Europe, regardless of high/ low risk. Well done for emailing your DM.

Pretz hearing positive birth stories is good for getting you in the right frame of mind. We all hear way too many scary stories and I think they make us tense so try to focus on your nct buddy and her sneeze birth! Achhooo!

Awww Honey I bet those nappies are so cute! Can't wait for mine to arrive. How many times have you washed them?

I've got to pin down DH tonight and get him to commit to booking our antenatal course. He's been really crap at admin lately, I feel like I've been nagging him loads.

CarrotPuff · 25/01/2016 17:25

Sorry about the scan news Yoga, but good they spotted it and can keep an eye on it.

Baby was a bit quiet this morning, so I had some coffee and biscuits just before lunch. Slightly regretted that decision later as there was some angry bladder head butting afterwards... I think it's turned inwards as not really feeling the kicks so much but more of bum wriggling.

Also MW on Friday said baby's not engaged yet but is heading in that direction as head really low. Yes, I can feel that. And so can my bladder.

Had an extra v shaped pillow and a duvet under sheets. Sleep was still shit, everything is still very sore and I was too hot... Confused
