Congratulations mrslewis!

I've been a bit quiet recently as have been suffering from morning sickness again. Since passing the ten week mark (and now being close to 12 weeks) I've found my nausea and occasional vomiting has increased ... has anyone else found this? Just wondered if I'm alone in this as I know that morning sickness tends to subside around the ten week mark.

kezod · 15/12/2015 13:50

louise I've been the same, even worse since hitting 13 weeks! Hopefully it will be over soon.

Had my scan today too (Hubby has taken the pic to show off at work so I can't upload!) , all well, even got moved forward a day, so I'm 13+4! So pleased!

LouLou030783 · 15/12/2015 14:00

Had to delete other pic, dated at 12 weeks exactly so due 28th June xx

Gorgeous scan pics MrsLewis & LouLou! My scan went well - due date still 20th June & baby gave us a little wave Smile

Louise34567 · 15/12/2015 14:24

Thanks kezod that's reassuring to hear. Hopefully the morning sickness will get better soon. I find that eating normal portions makes me wretch ... so am trying to stick to lots of little, smaller meals throughout the day. x

laughingGnomette · 15/12/2015 14:49

Yay for all the lovely scans today! Grin

LaPharisienne · 15/12/2015 14:50

Louise and Kezod - me too. Nice to hear other people are in the same boat and fingers crossed it goes away soon...

MagicDucky · 15/12/2015 15:33

Scan went well! Although baby was sleeping so reluctant to move into the right place, had to do a lot of wriggling myself! We did get a wave and a yawn however!!

Lovelybeano · 15/12/2015 15:49

Congratulations kezod loulou & magicducky oooo lots of us having scans today !!

17caterpillars1mouse · 15/12/2015 15:50

Lovely scan pics everyone.

loulou my sickness kicks up a notch every week and has been doing since about week 12. Now at week 15 and its at its worst.

Think I have a little bump! Dh asked if I had a bump on Monday and I said I don't know as thought it was probably just extra weight as feeling bigger, but was lying in the bath yesterday and I think it is. Its only really noticeable when lying down and is under my belly button. Excited. I didn't think id have a bump until 20 weeks plus because I was overweight pre pregnancy, but yep its there :) makes everything feel even more real. Jealous of those feeling flutters and even a kick. Nothing like that yet

AltCarbon · 15/12/2015 15:53

Congrats everyone on the lovely scans - love all the good news.

Thoughts go to out to those with sickness returning though as I'm in the same boat. I'm hoping that I don't end up having to go back on the cyclizine but equally don't want to spend the whole of Christmas throwing up!

TattedPixie · 15/12/2015 16:17

Gorgeous scans everyone. I'm on a 6 day countdown until my scan.
Really bad day yesterday, had a panic attack about absolutely nothing, so spent the majority of the day in bed feeling sorry for myself.
About to head into work and then flop into bed when I get home

Ambergogo · 15/12/2015 16:32

All went well due 23rd. Congrats to all that had scans today x

Went to next to pick up my maternity leggings that I ordered 2 sizes too big because they didn't have my size in stock and they are massive on my legs never mind my belly lol has anyone got any recommendations for non see through maternity leggings ? I only wear them for work, at the moment I've got some that are very thick and classed as trousers than leggings but are skintight like leggings if that makes sense Smile the new look maternity ones are see through, if I order from anywhere else, returns are really difficult because there are no other stores around us .

Lovelybeano · 15/12/2015 16:42

Wow amber yours is so clear you can see the cord!! Congratulations xx

bikingintherain · 15/12/2015 16:55

Congratulations on all the scans ladies. Really lovely to see and hear that they are going well.

Eastend2015 · 15/12/2015 17:03

Congratulations on all the scans! So exciting.

Beano- I bought some stuff from Seraphine and am really pleased with it. Their leggings start at £15 and their bump kits start at £85 which is pretty good value given the quality is good. I'm 5 foot 7 and normally wear an 8-10 and the small size is perfect.

Ambergogo · 15/12/2015 17:07

I know bra no it amazing really what they can see.
Is anyone any good at guessing the sex/nub theory ect? We won't find out but love guessing.

Ambergogo · 15/12/2015 17:19

Err beano not bra! Don't know how that happened 🙈

TomboyGirl · 15/12/2015 17:49

Ambergogo I don't want to find out but DH does! I like the idea of a surprise!

Congratulations to you, mrslewis, loulou, Magic ducky and anyone else I may have missed out, on the lovely scan photos!

Snowflake16 · 15/12/2015 18:10

Fantastic scan pictures ladies. Congratulations to you all.

GrubbyWindows · 15/12/2015 18:18

beano I have some jojo maman Bebe leggings which are good and thick and wash well, and some from h and m which are nearly as good but have not worn quite so well. I ordered and returned some from m and s, which where nice enough, but madly tight at the ankle, so only good for people with tiny feet!

Yay to all the scanees! Are Tatted et al on the 21st the last? Christmas scans!! (Ps hope you are feeling a bit better tatted sounds like resting up was just what was needed.)

WineCheeseSleep · 15/12/2015 18:41

Scan was great today, baby was wriggling around and all looked well. It feels so much more real now and it's a relief to be able to tell more people. Moved forward one day so now due 23rd June. Congrats to everyone else, seems to be a good day for the thread!
