Hi ladies, just wanted to update you that unfortunately my bleeding turned into an early miscarriage, my HCG level came down on repeat blood test today in line with the blood loss last night and ongoing today. I need to go back for another test on Tues to rule out ectopic pregnancy but either way, no healthy pregnancy for me this time - devastated yesterday but moved on today to thoughts about trying again and hoping for better luck next time. Thanks for words of support this week, and good luck with your own pregnancies. Best Wishes x

Hi! waves Can I join in please?
Got my bfp on Monday, EDD is 22nd of July, DC2, 29.
I've had a read of this thread and I am pretty intrigued by this cabbage preggo test... Whatever next?!

Cookiesandcoffee · 21/11/2015 21:01

Really sorry to hear that lucky Thanks wishing you all the best now and for the future. I hope you have lots of support in RL

Also sorry to hear of those with medical conditions it does sound complicated. I hope you get all the advice and information you need. Sorry I have no advice to offer. But I have been on medication in previous pregnancies that was 'advised' against etc. It comes down to the individual and the scale of 'risk' which you need to discuss with a GP you know and trust.

If anyone would like to post their scan pictures it would make me happy I love a scan picture!

Lucky, wishing you all the best for next time. x

I've been busy for a few days, and there seems to have been a lot of trauma on here in my absence. Best of luck to all of those who are waiting for results and scans.

I'm fine, just having to eat bites of crackers quite regularly to stave off nausea. Woke up in the middle of the night with a needle-sharp pain in my pelvic area that went on for a while, but I've had no blood or anything. Wondering if it had anything to do with having a full bladder... Hmm.

Anyway, I'm absolutely shattered. DH is away for a few days so I am going to make the most of having the bed all to myself! xx

Bluebell20 · 21/11/2015 21:29

Oh, also, the other day I almost said that I would do a half-marathon with my colleague in March... Then I remembered! Er, perhaps not!

Hi ladies, can I please join you?

I'm about 7 weeks, due around the 9th July. Still can't quite believe it! I've already got four and a half year old twin daughters, and we've been trying for #3 for just over two years now. I had a miscarriage last March at about 6 weeks and not even a sniff of anything since then. Until now! So I think I'm still in shock.

I had an early scan on Thursday 12th to check it wasn't ectopic, all was fine. We saw the heartbeat :-) Then I started bleeding on the Friday, so had another scan the following Tuesday. Everything still fine. Then the bleeding got a bit worse so I have another scan booked for Wednesday. Phew! Think this will be the most scanned baby in history! Still feeling positive as my morning (or should I say all day) sickness is in full swing and the bleeding has now stopped. I swear it wasn't this tough the first time round!

Also I noticed someone mention the progesterone trial further up the thread. I've just started on it. Has anyone else been offered it?

EllieJayJay · 21/11/2015 21:46

Lucky so sorry to hear that. Thinking of you

redstrawberries101 · 21/11/2015 23:27

Rosie - welcome and yes I mentioned it earlier, yes I've been offered it but I don't think I'm going to go for it given my medical history. Don't want to interfere or disrupt my body any further if that makes sense. Do let us know how you get on.

Roto did you make a decision regarding scan tomorrow.

RoTo72 · 21/11/2015 23:32

Gonna leave it to Monday. Been spotting and cramping (and crying) all day. Think iv resigned myself for a mc
