Good luck to those with upcoming scans and welcome newcomers.

I have my first pre-natal yoga class on Saturday. I've been doing a pregnancy yoga dvd for a few weeks as I've been too tired lazy to go to my usual Hatha class on a evening.

I'm 14+5 today and suddenly feeling much better. Far less tired as long as DS has a good night, no sickness, less hunger, less spots and no awkward bump yet - yay!

Sadly my journey with you all ends here. Results have confirmed patau syndrome. We have decided to end the pregnancy. I wish you all the best with your pregnancy adventures. I won't be checking this thread again as not as brave as some other lovely ladies so no need for any messages.

We had our scan this morning. Singleton baby, which makes me both a little sad and a little relieved, but healthy and energetic.

Scan pic attached. Probably not the highest quality as I took a photo of the scan photo but you get the gist! A little foot up the top, and blurry hand beside the little mouth.

Anyone want to play guess the sex?

Had my 16 week appointment yesterday and lovely to hear a heartbeat and had first appointment with consultant on the birth. Suddenly it's all going very quick.

I think mine is a boy, no real reason, just a hunch. With DD I knew she was a girl and wouldn't be convinced that she could possibly be a boy. DH insisted on finding out the sex as he was worried I'd have trouble bonding with a boy! This time I'm not as sure, but I think we'll still find out.

I have my 16 week appointment on Monday. I'm hoping I get to hear the heartbeat too. I've read that it depends on your area as to whether or not they'll listen for it at 16 weeks.

Have my 16 weeks in Monday too frozen! How did this happen?? I feel like it was only 2 minutes ago I was 5 weeks pregnant!

In a way it doesn't feel like that long but in another way it feels like I've been pregnant forever! I'm just impatient to get the 20 week scan done and to start feeling movement, time seems to be dragging!

Hi lovelies. I already posted to FB but I know not everybody is on there... Scan went well, lots of wriggling from baby and we had a very happy, emotional afternoon. I know it's not amazingly clear, but any votes on the gender? :)
