Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

So are epic meltdowns a common thing in late pregnancy? I seem to having more of them and they are getting worse.
I'm absolutely terrified of everything from being in hospital to being a parent

gaggiagirl · 14/08/2015 21:48

Yay honey to the rescue!
la epic birth story. So glad you're home safe.
niff yay for team girl. A girl is a rare creature in viroid land.
would hows things now?
tea NFYV? No more brown I hope?
5hell sorry you're still in limbo land. You sound very positive though.
auf congratulations on the scan!
honey you too!
indigo its the final countdoooooooooown!

oneyorkshirepud · 14/08/2015 22:27

Purple, you are about to undergo the biggest change of your life. I am pretty sure that meltdowns/being worried are all normal/totally acceptable. Is there anything in particular that is causing you to worry?
5hell, tea, would I am thinking about all and keeping gx for stickyness.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 14/08/2015 22:46

la you champion! Yay you for getting through all that with your little bundle. Flowers

And Flowers to all those feeling stressed and scared.

DP told his family and exgf today. She couldn't have children and they adopted DSD so was expecting a meltdown but she has taken it in stride. I'm hoping she agrees to let us tell the girls together over here rather than telling DSD herself...

In other news the fridge has broken and the smell of the kitchen is making me want to hurl so I've ordered Japanese while DP bravely eats his way through the fridges contents before they go off I'm actually fighting to stay awake but I had to order like £20 worth to get delivery so I best get my eating face on...

gaggiagirl · 14/08/2015 23:00

Viroids, what can I take to counteract the affects spatone is having on me? I'm on day 3 but only been to the toilet once.

lildottie · 14/08/2015 23:16

la just wow! I'm so sorry you were so badly let down by the people meant to look after you. so glad it all worked out in the end and that he and you are doing well now. well apart from the lack of sleep of course!

deeplybaffled · 14/08/2015 23:29

ga- I've been taking it in fresh orange juice, and also eating quite a bit more fruit than usual. I'm also drinking squash almost constantly which may or may not be helping. Overall, am reasonably ok at moment, but it is a bit hit n miss and i have definitely had some days with no nfma!
purple - congratulations on the 8 hours to go. As for the meltdowns, with your c - section date, we are due about the same time, and i am flickering between fear, excitement and flat out denial, with denial being most common. I just can't get my head round the fact that I'll be a mum in about a month, when I'm often barely competent to look after plants...
indigo - thanks for the measuring tips. Overall going ok, but not really pushed it too hard - no pun intended!- as was only 37 weeks yesterday and am superstitiously trying to avoid going early ( see denial issues above Smile )

la - you are a star to get through all that. It does worry me that no one might listen...am determined to be uber bitch patient from hell if necessary if that is the only way to get people to listen!

good luck to all viroids awaiting test / epu visits and gx that all goes well.

gaggiagirl · 14/08/2015 23:41

Thanks deeply I'm craving fruit so I'll get some in and eat it all up! Yum!
purple happy mat leave toooooo yooooooooo!

5hell · 14/08/2015 23:51

ga - prunes...it's no myth :)

SecondCupOfTea · 15/08/2015 01:23

Ga NFMV: all quiet on the southern front

Second vote for prunes (the soft ready to eat ones in the bags )

honeysucklejasmine · 15/08/2015 02:09

My bro eats prunes every day to help his digestive track along. (Required due to health problems). He hates them, but they work!

I am gassy as fuck and s little bunged uo, so might get some myself today!

honeysucklejasmine · 15/08/2015 02:12

Ah ha! Just googled how to turn off the keypad vibration feature. Yay to mumsnetting without waking DH!

NFMA: have managed to substantial farts, feeling good!

ThursdayLast · 15/08/2015 07:52

Morning all!

Hoping to actually get the whole way round my park run this morning!
Man, will I ever be glad when I don't wake up feeling like shit everyday.

honeysucklejasmine · 15/08/2015 07:57

Thursday you are mental. But enjoy!

jellypi3 · 15/08/2015 08:15

I agree with honey haha! Enjoy Grin

ThursdayLast · 15/08/2015 09:59

Still sneaking in under 30mins whoop!

gaggiagirl · 15/08/2015 11:26

That's great Thursday! I couldn't do it. In my current state I cant really put socks on without assistance Grin
Today we are mostly painting with the assistance of 2 giant waggy dogs and the cross ginger. There is no one available to look after any of the aforementioned creatures. Bollocks.

ThursdayLast · 15/08/2015 11:39

Stick their tails in the paint pot ga??

honeysucklejasmine · 15/08/2015 12:46

Gosh Ga, you're mad but awesome!

gaggiagirl · 15/08/2015 14:32

Waggy dogs just wanted to cuddle and wag and sniff all over. Cross ginger wanted to cuddle and climb up ladders and poke wet paint and un ravel masking tape.
Project abandoned!

Toast85 · 15/08/2015 16:32

Well done Thursday!
Grin Ga I get the struggle with socks too. And it took me an age to cut my toenails yesterday!

I worked this morning and have just had a nap on the sofa. Would have been great except I kept waking myself up snoring! That's a new thing I've developed in pregnancy.

I might try and do something vaguely productive now.

honeysucklejasmine · 15/08/2015 16:32

When's the roof getting done?
