Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Good luck with scan today honey Smile

CarrotPuff · 14/08/2015 07:02

Oh no Toast, hopefully it's nothing. Any chance for a nap today?

5hell I was thinking about how you're getting on just yesterday. I too feel optimistic about this. With my mc the bleeding was getting heavier and heavier until the flood gates opened. Yours is stop start which sounds much better! Gx for good news on Monday! Flowers

Good luck with the scan honey, I'm sure you'll be fine!

5hell · 14/08/2015 07:03

Happy scanning honey! :)

Yes they defo don't seem to be in a hurry to see me. After 2nd bleed the thought it was unnecessary, but as i bled again on Tuesday (a disneyland! ) i decided i defo needed to see someone and earliest appointment was mon! Hmm
Still got symptoms, but no idea what's going on really.

jellypi3 · 14/08/2015 07:40

Good luck honey!!

5hell gx for Monday. It does sound promising. Hopefully they can identify the cause of the bleeding straight away and it's nothing serious.

My nan bought me a mat dress so I'm wearing it for work today. It's makes me look properly preggo!

Toast85 · 14/08/2015 07:47

No nap time until at least 5pm :(

Toast85 · 14/08/2015 07:48

Gx you honey!
Ha- phone autocorrected Gx to G&Ts! So imaginary G&Ts to you all Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 14/08/2015 08:23

Purpleball · 14/08/2015 08:39

Gx Honey Smile
And you too 5hell for Monday

oneyorkshirepud · 14/08/2015 08:40

Had a very achey bump last night and this led to a horrible dream where I thought I was losing the baby Sad all seems to be fine this morning so just brain going into overdrive. Not v nice though!

honeysucklejasmine · 14/08/2015 08:42

pud I was a bit achy last night too so I was super nervous to wipe this morning.

picklethistle · 14/08/2015 08:49

Morning preggos,

I was super achy most of the day yesterday tummy and back, looks like it's the same today but no blood here so I'm ignoring it.

Happy scan day honey

5hell I cannot believe they have kept you waiting this long. GX all is well on Monday.

Yay for imaginary G+Ts!!! Grin

SecondCupOfTea · 14/08/2015 08:50

Meh, was going to post something funny about boobs, but just been to the loo and there was some dark brown blood/discharge when I wiped. Not had any more since, and it's nothing like the bright red blood of a couple of weeks ago. Also, no pain again.

Gonna remain positive, sit tight and see what happens over the next few hours.

CarrotPuff · 14/08/2015 08:57

Oh Tea this bean likes to worry you, doesn't it? I hope it's nothing like before.

I wasn't going to fill out my pg notes until next week when I have my booking in, but caved and done pretty much all of it. I've got a bit of a silly q though - they are asking for Next of Kin and for an Emergency Contact - where do I put my DP and where someone else? DP Em C, and someone else next of kin?

Indigoblue2 · 14/08/2015 09:05

Good luck honey - will be thinking of you this morning!

deeply hold the balloon up to the measuring chart when it is flat, don't curve it round. Judge it by eye. I used to close one eye but this makes it artificially larger, so keep both eyes open. Although taking the circumference with a measuring tape and converting it after will work too. How are you getting on with the actual usage of it, how are you finding it? Any problems?

batfish · 14/08/2015 09:07

Happy scan day honey!

Hope everything goes well for you at your appt 5hell, what a horrid time for you with all this waiting but hopefully all is fine.

It's my baby shower today, it sounds awful but I'm kind of stressed about it, hate being centre of attention and but all my friends are so excited and I know they've all been shopping and I'm very lucky - just that sitting in the front of a room opening gifts is my worst nightmare! I'm sure it will be a lovely afternoon though and I'm hopeful that there is cake Grin

jellypi3 · 14/08/2015 09:08

im really achy at the moment, according to my book its because around this stage lots of ligaments are stretching!

batfish · 14/08/2015 09:20

jelly I remember having a few days where I felt really achey too, kind of like period pains mixed with trapped wind, horrible if you need to do anything other than lie on the sofa!

RhiannonElward · 14/08/2015 09:27

Tea you must be exhausted from all the worry, ring for advice and put your mind at ease Flowers

Good luck for your scan Honey Smile

Actually relented to DPs advances last night but bloody hell it was hard work and I have a bad back his morning. It wasn't exactly like the movies, more like the Chuckle Brothers, but we got there in the end. I don't have to feel bad for neglecting him now at least and it was fine once we eventually got comfortable.

Purpleball · 14/08/2015 09:31

I've had lots of aches, usually near my belly button which were round ligament. I still get the odd one now. It's usually when I've moved awkwardly but it's enough to make me gasp!
Having said that I don't move without grunting now Grin

Happy baby shower Bat, mine is a week tomorrow. I'm looking forward to seeing everybody. My sister is making a baby bump shaped cake - I said that's fine as long as no dolls poking out or anything involving lady parts GrinGrinGrin some of them are atrocious and probably American GrinGrinGrin

Gx for you too Tea, some beans just like to get your attention!

honeysucklejasmine · 14/08/2015 09:31

Thank you ladies. Off to get DH from work shortly.

Carrot I put DH and dm as my contacts.

oneyorkshirepud · 14/08/2015 09:41

Flowers for 5hell and Tea, can't imagine how stressful this must be for you.

I remembered when I woke up
and was more rational that DH thought the baby must have been having a growth spurt yesterday as I was really tired again and ate so much food yesterday. (Honestly, I amazed myself with the amount of food I put away yesterday). So it makes sense that my bump might grow, stretch and ache a bit. Hard to remember rational thoughts in the middle of the night though!

Bump is definitely getting bigger, my belly button look weird and I am getting the dark line down from my belly button.

Or maybe I just ate too much

jellypi3 · 14/08/2015 09:44

question regarding movements, at 16 weeks should any movement i might feel be down below my belly button in my sort of pelvic area? or will my uterus have moved up by now? only reason i ask is i can feel occasional flutterings in my tummy area but i have no idea what they are and i assumed it would be too high for baby movement

SecondCupOfTea · 14/08/2015 09:52

I'm not going to ring anyone just at the mo. It's not a fresh bleed, it's just a bit of brown discharge, so I'll wait and see how it pans out. And anyway, I don't have a midwife to contact yet as my booking appt isn't until Wednesday. I don't feel it's worthy of a visit to A&E, cos it's not like I'm bleeding at the moment.

Anyway, on to boobs...

Mine haven't been especially sore at any point, although my nipples have been constantly tender (especially when I take my bra off) and also they've been permanently erect Hmm. Today however, I found an inch long pube hair just below my nipple! WTF! Shock It wasn't there a few days ago, and it isn't there any more cos I tweezered it out.

So, I'll see your stomach beard and raise you a nipple pube Blush

WouldRatherHaveCake · 14/08/2015 10:02

purple I had one of those cakes, a foof with a dolls head, complete with chocolate sprinkles for a bum hole. What's worse is the cake was from my own mother. I could have died!

Just went to the pharmacy as the dreaded thrush isn't clearing with a dusty old tube of cream I found in the cupboard that went out of date March 2014... anyway the pharmacist was some guy that looked 12. "I'm sorry but I can't give you that, you need to see a GP or a midwife urgently, you might think it's thrush but actually in pregnancy it can be a sign it's something much more sinister"
Shock

jellypi3 · 14/08/2015 10:06

bull shit would, thrush is really common in pg. Why would someone say something like that to you!

tea gx for it being ok, would you not get a gp appointment?

I've always had a hairy belly, generally a hairy person fucking gorilla me and being pregnant is doing nothing to improve that. I have a belly beard, nipple pubes and to my horror chin bristles to contend with now. Plus my ahem lady garden is more a jungle at the moment, so all in all it's not flattering.

DP says he still loves me and finds me attractive.... Hmm
