Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Yeah, E cup.

I want a Cornish pasty. A nice proper one. There aren't any pasty shops round here Sad We have a bakery, guess I will see if they have some. It's more of a bread and cakes place though.

ThursdayLast · 13/08/2015 10:38

Luckily I live in pasty land Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 13/08/2015 10:40

Toast Eris is doing good thanks 1.4kg now and fast asleep in my arm at the mo.

Thursday/Gouda, I think that if you feel strongly about it, NICE guidelines recommend that you should be allowed a CS at maternal request, and if the consultant isn't happy with this to refer you to someone who is. They may try to encourage you to have a VBAC or offer counselling to hel you overcome a traumatic birth (which is no bad thing even if you do want a CS), but ultimately I think they have to offer you one. Disclaimer: this is all stuff I have read on MN do it may/may not be true!

goodnessgraciousgouda · 13/08/2015 10:40

Wow, jealous of all your impressive racks!! I'd love an impressive cleavage! Weirdly my boobs aren't that much bigger, but my band size is getting very tight.

Thanks for the discount tip niff. I will go and drool over them but can't really justify a purchase Grin

purple what was the black out blind for? Was it so she could get some sleep without all the lights on in the corridor or something?

CarrotPuff · 13/08/2015 10:43

Going to the interview shortly viroids, please keep your gingers crossed!

MollyBloomYes · 13/08/2015 10:59

Carrot goooooood luck!

I'm rubbish, been off thread for too long and can't remember who said what but Flowers to all who need them!

Consultant was big success. They support vbac but will give me sweep at 38 weeks in case things are ready to get moving as they'd be less keen on vbac if I need to be induced. Honestly don't mind if I end up with c section again but would like to at least give vb a go as the recovery would be easier with a 20 month old to chase after as well! However if I'm getting to very overdue territory I'll go for elcs, not going to risk scar rupture with induction! And I WILL be getting IV antibiotics in labour PHEW! Only slight downside is DH revealed he would much rather an elcs due to trauma of last time. He fully supports my choice but I worry how much help he's going to be if he's still traumatised by delivery Confused

20w scan today! Very nervous! Also, we've been adamant we wouldn't find out gender again but both admitted last night we were tempted....conundrum!

WouldRatherHaveCake · 13/08/2015 11:07

Good luck today molly! I was too nosey not to find out the flavour last time!

niff also wondering if it's any particular site?

TriJo · 13/08/2015 11:08

Best of luck Carrot, hope everything goes well for you!

ThursdayLast · 13/08/2015 11:10

Good luck carrot and Woop for 20 week scans molly!
Glad your consultant appt. was positive.

When DH first started to discuss TTC I asked him if he would support me/mind/whatever phrase doesn't sound wrong if I requested a ELCS. He was like
FUCK YES.
I think like your DH molly he found my first labour traumatic.

I'm sure he'll come through for you molly, sounds like you're being thoughtful and thorough, he's probably just worried about you.

gaggiagirl · 13/08/2015 11:10

Ooh good luck scanners!

oneyorkshirepud · 13/08/2015 11:10

Good luck with your scan Molly! Did you have a debrief after your first birth? Might be useful for you/DH in particular?

Gx Carrot!!

Purpleball · 13/08/2015 11:31

Good luck for scans and interviews today Smile

Post the scan pics on Facebook

MollyBloomYes · 13/08/2015 11:34

Thanks everyone, I'm sure he is just worried and wants what he thinks is the safer option. He fully supports my choices just don't want him going wobbly in delivery! We didn't have a debrief, I don't feel I need one as the trauma for me was ds's illness afterwards which there wasn't a lot that could have been done about (and is enormously resolved for me by antibiotics this time). I have nagged and nagged DH to go for debrief but he refuses. He is incredibly stubborn and despite quite the history of mental ill health still persists in believing he can fix himself rather than getting help!

Lookingforadvice123 · 13/08/2015 11:41

niff good luck for your scan! Yours is before mine and I'm a week further along than you, how annoying! 20 weeks on Sat and scan is Monday, already feeling anxious that everything's ok!

honey got a feeling I was doing 85mph actually, it was so long ago!

I'm desperate to get decent bras that fit, went to M&S weeks ago which was a big mistake, woman was crap and didn't even measure me, just looked at me and told me I was a 36C Hmm before pg I measured 30 under bust but wasn't sure about my size then tbh.

Lookingforadvice123 · 13/08/2015 11:41

Posted too soon! Any recommendations of where I could get fitted?

goodnessgraciousgouda · 13/08/2015 11:53

Good luck carrot !!! Knock 'em dead!

I hope you enjoy the scan today Molly and that you aren't nervous. I think if you have already done the "find out at birth" route, it could be nice to experience knowing in advance as well? Nice to be able to refer to "little sister" or "little brother" to make it more real for your first?

Then again I am totally biased!

honeysucklejasmine · 13/08/2015 11:59

Good luck Carrot and Molly!

Can you say what type of job it is Carrot?

Niffertiti · 13/08/2015 12:02

Looking we begged and begged for an appt for this scan before dh leaves the country! The lady who booked us in was really nice and took pity and found us a slot - it did mean changing his flight plans though. I'm also suffering some scanxiety altho in amongst all the moving stress it's just one more thing. I haven't really felt much movement yet but microniff has a thumping hearbeat so hopefully all fine...Confused

I'll find the hotmilk site and attempt linkage...

Niffertiti · 13/08/2015 12:10

uk.hotmilklingerie.com

I can't get the info page up to tell me how to link...

I'm 20w and have gone from 34B/C (in m&s) depending how padded the bra isBlush to 36D hotmilk being pretty spot on now. Just ordered some 38D and DD to try on as reckon I'll get a bit podgier and they have 6 rows of hooks so plenty of adjustment in them.

I hate bra fitting ladies so have never been near one for mat bras. They used to look at my booblets and sneer that might have been in my head

Carrot good luck with interview!!

For those wondering about cs rights I remember pixie wanted booked in for an elcs after a traumatic first time and had no problem getting doc to agree to it.

Indigoblue2 · 13/08/2015 12:38

Hi ladies, all well here. Just had midwife as 40wk tomorrow, baby is still 3/5 engaged. Everything looking fine so it's just a question of enjoying my last few baby free weeks or days!

Good luck to viroids with scans coming up, really exciting!

I'm still doing my Epi-No and getting 10cms is quite easy now. I can't describe the confidence this little balloon has given me!

picklethistle · 13/08/2015 12:57

Eek indigo that's so exciting! Just looked up the epi no and I might get one, if it's made you feel super good.

Good luck for all the scans and interviews today.

How do I get into the Facebook club?

What do people feel about home births? I'm not sure I want to go into hospital.

jellypi3 · 13/08/2015 13:03

pickle I've been researching home births today. I'm going to ask my midwife more because I'm very interested by it

Lookingforadvice123 · 13/08/2015 13:03

Of course niff, sorry I knew your DH was going over before you but I didn't really put two and two together!

Hope molly's scan also goes well.

Good luck carrot!

picklethistle · 13/08/2015 13:08

Me too jelly will you let me know what your mw thinks? I just like the idea of being in my own bed afterwards.

jellypi3 · 13/08/2015 13:24

My DP is against it but I guess it's a matter of research and preparation
