Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

honey I know, the sad thing is o expect it from her. I have kept contact with her to a minimum whilst not being a shit friend myself since my mc. it helps she is currently out of the country for the foreseeable future
indigo lol! thanks I needed that.
one good point!
jelly thanks. also I'm kinda enjoying the lack of sex atm (dh has low drive and bcp has killed mine. he tells me he's wanking to keep the pipes clear for the ivf like an obedient man!) but must be odd to have just stopped when u got bfp after so long focussing on DTD!

picklethistle · 11/08/2015 14:08

No man nesting pretzel I'm hoping the fear will motivate him Wink he has a serious amount of weekend pants time while I'm at work.

Wev not had time for shagging this week but it's only been a week and DH is gagging for it. Might treat him later.

WouldRatherHaveCake · 11/08/2015 14:40

I think we've dtd twice since BFP.i have no interest at all.

CarrotPuff · 11/08/2015 14:48

The thing I've heard about back sleeping is that you might have back problems after baby is born as it puts considerable pressure on your spine. This was definitely the reason I couldn't sleep on my back at later stages with DS - it felt like it would snap in half! I too like sleeping on my front, but my boobs are hurting. Fortunately I do like sleeping on my side too - yy to foetal position!

honey I hope you feel better soon, but lil is right - miniHoney is probably trying to reassure you s/he is going well in there Wink

bat I do feel very conscious of my arms too, especially if I put on some weight. If you are not too hot with a cardi, then you've got your problem solved!

lil she doesn't sound like bff at all.

The interview was actually an open day where they talked about what they do and the roles they were recruiting for. The interview part itself was very short. I think I did ok but was so nervous I couldn't really come up with any questions Sad I just wasn't prepared for that kind of set up. I hope that the criteria for getting a proper interview is just not screwing up completely. I'm going from hopeful to pessimistic... They said they'll call within a week, gx...

In other news I finally got my booking in letter. Appt is next Friday as they said and it doesn't clash with my Job Centre appt thank god, as I'm not sure any of those would be easy to reschedule!

pretzelpieces · 11/08/2015 14:54

Gx for you carrot Smile

gouda well I felt too sick for the first two months, and then I've been too tired! It doesn't help that DP won't be living here until October so he's not always around in the event of me feeling up for it. I think I'll have to go for it during the day sometime when he's here. I'm always too knackered by bedtime.

CarrotPuff · 11/08/2015 14:57

Haven't shagged for 3 weeks here... I'm just too shattered and not that interested

goodnessgraciousgouda · 11/08/2015 14:59

Blimey!!

A life with no booze, fags, coffee/caffeine, lots of tasty food...and then no sex on top of that??? I don't think I could cope! In fact, we were put on pelvic rest for a month, and it was awful.

jelly - sorry to hear your schedules are partly to blame. A vicious cycle can be quite difficult to break, especially when stress is involved. We weren't trying as long as you, and even then ttcing was really beginning to be a duty rather than a pleasure. It's been much more fun since getting the BFP tbh, but I can see how for some people it might take a while to get over the "requirement" factor that can seep in.

jellypi3 · 11/08/2015 15:05

i'm just hoping when i feel less tired it will be better, i do miss the intimacy but we are very close anyway, i'm just not a fan of shagging in the day time so we don't do lunch time quickes like la was famous for! I'm sure we will get back in to the swing of things soon!

carrot gz :) i did one of those open day things once for the police, i was bricking it and was sure i'd done terribly. I got 80% overall on the day Grin then didn't take the job

jellypi3 · 11/08/2015 15:06

oh also DP told me today I NEED to get new bra's. I'm literally falling out of my ones. I've managed almost 16 weeks so going to go bra shopping this weekend.

Lookingforadvice123 · 11/08/2015 15:35

We've only dtd twice since BFP too...over 15 weeks ago! I've had very little interest due to anxiety and I think now DH finds it a bit weird with the bump in the way so doggy would be only option Hmm

ThursdayLast · 11/08/2015 15:49

Once a week is DHs bare minimum I think. Only lochia and a c section have held him back in the past!

I think men do get a sort of DIY nesting thing - we had to pull down and completely re-build our kitchen when I was pregnant with DS. And how often do you see the fed up looking pregnant wife on programmes like Grand Designs?!

No, no nap opportunities for me today gouda - but only because I've been out with mum friends with similar aged todders. I had the most amazing slice of treacle tart and ice cream for my pud.

Sat in car outside house now letting DS have a little more nap before we go in.

pretzelpieces · 11/08/2015 16:14

gouda pelvic rest would be a whole different story! Thank heavens for the miracle of masturbation Wink

WouldRatherHaveCake · 11/08/2015 16:27

Err merr gerrd. I think my colleague knows, 3 times today I've caught her eyeing my belly suspiciously. I did have a bit of a bad morning admittedly due to smells of burnt bacon and fried eggs from the cafe but surely I couldn't have looked that green round the gills?!

lildottie · 11/08/2015 16:29

she will only know when you tell her would until then she suspects, but she doesn't know.

SecondCupOfTea · 11/08/2015 16:41

My sex drive, which soared after coming off contraception, has nose-dived since bfp and bear in mind there was only 6 weeks between those two events. Poor DP has only got one shag in 5 weeks, which added to my fluctuating moodiness makes me think he might start regretting the whole thing Hmm

batfish · 11/08/2015 16:49

We've been shagging a bit but not loads, we did a few days ago and it's pretty tricky with a massive belly hey! Mr bat gets a little weirded out by seeing the belly whilst shagging so we have to be creative with positioning! Whenever we do it I like it, I can just never be arsed! But it's v important to mr bat and I'm worried about how he is going to be after the baby is here when he will get nothing for a while so I need to top him up now Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 16:53

Would at about week 4 one of my colleagues just walked into my room with a packet of ginger biscuits and said 'these are for you, you looked like you were trying to hold the vom in yesterday'!

DH seems less interested in DTD since bfp which is unlike him. I have narrowed this down to three possible reasons:

  1. He a building a massive chuff off shed in the garden and this is using up all of his man-testosterone.
  2. He is worried about hurting the baby (must chat to him about this, think I freaked him out by getting him to feel the BH after some 'quality time' together the other day)
  3. He is not attracted to the stomach beard I seem to be cultivating. I quite like it. It makes me feel like a bear.
SecondCupOfTea · 11/08/2015 16:55

Stomach beard Grin

WouldRatherHaveCake · 11/08/2015 17:07

Stomach beard is amazing!!

Good outlook lil, I shall stick to it

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 11/08/2015 17:20

Greetings all.

Lil your bff is missing the sensitivity chip... She probably is just completely oblivious. It's not you, it's her. Some 'friends' are just like that.

Currently covered in heat rash and an outbreak of cystic acne, which I haven't had since puberty. Took the DCs out for lunch today and ate my body weight in fish and chips with gravy, gherkin, and mushy peas... DSD is going through a hideous phase of whinging and baby talking and it is driving me mad. You sort of learn to tune out your own children but it isn't the same with others... I'm sure the hormones are possibly making me a bit tetchy. They played 'Candle in the Wind' at the posh chippy place and I nearly cried Blush

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 17:35

They played candle in the wins? ! That's hilarious/amazing/random! Your lunch sounds AMAZE though, I could totally eat that with extra gerkins

pretzelpieces · 11/08/2015 17:42

Stomach beard!!! Grin

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 11/08/2015 17:45

They played all of Elton's greatest hits. This Chippy is the best. Really nice foid and a great wine list and amazing tunes and a seniors special so the place is always full of real characters. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road may have choked me up too...

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 17:46

Soooooo I take it no one else has the stomach beard..... Blush hee hee. Making me think it could be a boy, extra testosterone perhaps?

CountryGal4 · 11/08/2015 17:54

Had my booking app and the me was great. Lots of blood taken and piss. Testing for everything including strep b?? Got my exemption form and should get a scan date in the next week. She based due date on lmp though so she puts me at 9 + 3 rather than 8+ 5. Gets a scan sooner though I spose!
