Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 36th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 35th grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Yes JC!! Smile

Ooh, so could be a girl. Exciting, DH wants a girl, I don't mind either way, we came up with an ace boys name this morning, will just have to wait and see!

CountryGal4 · 11/08/2015 18:51

Crap meant mw not me

honeysucklejasmine · 11/08/2015 18:53

Great news country!

Sky your chippie has a wine list?!

Stomach beard as always I'm afraid. I do topiary but no waxing, I have quite delicate skin so would prob rip it all off!

Jcandy · 11/08/2015 19:02

yay for sooner scan country!

Could be either pud I'm team surprise so who knows!

gaggiagirl · 11/08/2015 19:03

I'm like a fuzzy tummy peach!
We still have all the sex apart from when dp does a long stretch of nights. I can't really move much during it though. Too. Pregnant.

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 19:33

Ha ha fuzzy tummy peach is a bit of a nicer description than stomach beard!

honeysucklejasmine · 11/08/2015 19:36

Oh, I don't have a fuzzy belly. I meant below that.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 11/08/2015 19:39

It is quite a posh chippy to be fair. All the pies are Pieminster organic ones and there's table service. We live in a more suburban part of London with lots of families and older people. It is nice for is but a bit of a letdown for my friends who want to visit Swinging London

CarrotPuff · 11/08/2015 20:26

Stomach beard Grin

I did have peach fuzz belly with DS. I seem to be growing a real beard this time though. Thank god the hairs are very fine and light, but some of them are getting quite long Hmm

I got a call back a bit later on and they want me for a second interview on Thursday! It will be quite badass 2.5h one with assessment. Very happy and panicky at the same time!

picklethistle · 11/08/2015 20:38

Yay carrot that's awesome! Good work!

Liking the sound of fluffy tummy peach, could really freak DH out!

lildottie · 11/08/2015 20:55

thanks Sky, she just has no tact/brain/filter. it's the same bff who asked me if she should have a baby shower before she left the company just 3 weeks after my mc. she doesn't mean to be like it, its just the way she is. it's almost funny when I'm not being sensitive about it!

carrot yay! well done you. gx for you!

had acupuncture tonight and offloaded on her a bit. she is such an amazing woman (she struggled to get pg herself and doesnt have children and is a mw and treats infertility patients with acupuncture. I am in awe of her). feel much better for my rant and stab session!

goodnessgraciousgouda · 11/08/2015 21:05

yorkshire - stomach beard! Grin

I have more of a stomach 'tache. Never thought I would have to shave my stomach....!

Jcandy · 11/08/2015 21:18

rant and stab session Grin

lildottie · 11/08/2015 21:22

just checked, I'm negative 4weeks pg! Grin

Purpleball · 11/08/2015 21:31

Evening viroids I've been MIA today.

Lil she sounds like a crap friend - I'd be having a word!

Stomach beard here when not pregnant, I have PCOS and it's one of the worst areas. I use veet wax strips or an epilator.
Clevamama cushion arrived today as well as Gro Egg, that's everything now.

Been at the hospital all morning, had a growth scan and Purplebaby is now 7lbs at 34 weeks :-) and he's still breech too
Filled in the consent forms for CSection, and got Fragmin injections to prevent thrombosis.
Diabetes is a bit of a worry. Sugar levels are still on the increase, just have to keep increasing the insulin doses. They want me in hospital the day before the section so they can put me on an insulin drip
Consultants aren't concerned though, they are happy with me and the baby so I should stop worrying if only it were that easy

Had a bit of a meltdown over all the information, I just got totally overwhelmed. Was at the hospital for 4 hours then came home to a customer kicking off and spent all afternoon trying to sort them out Angry
It's all getting very real and I'm finding it terrifying. Section is 4 weeks today and I'm scared.

Paediatric first aid course now done so one less thing to worry about.

Sorry about the me me me post. Anxiety is a problem again Sad

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 21:32

Eep, getting close now Lil!

Carrot that's fantastic, well done!

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 21:37

X post there Purple, I can imagine that today was overwhelming but there were lots of positives in there too! Try to focus on the fact that you will have your lovely snuggly newborn in just a few weeks weeps hormonally

What is a grow egg?

Indigo, I have been thinking about your fanjo today Hmm Are you going to write on your hospital notes/birth plan that you have been using the epi-no? Just wondered if it might make some scissor - happy doctor think twice if you did need an epi?

rdm10 · 11/08/2015 21:41

Sounds like a lot to take in purple but at least you know they're looking after you and baby.

Well done carrot

Love 'Stomach beard'!

I'm also in the no nookie camp here, think dh finds it all too weird. He loves my bump but think he finds it too off putting. And I'm not going to force him- doesn't do much for a fat woman's self esteem!?

Oh, and constant heartburn here. Drinking milk by the pint and eating Rennies by the packet but they're not doing much anymore.

gaggiagirl · 11/08/2015 21:45

purple only four weeks for you! Fucking hell that's come round fast!
pud a grow egg is..I think....either a room.thermometer or a night light type thing.

mountaingirl01 · 11/08/2015 21:48

Easy for me to say purple but try and stay calm, baba is growing beautifully and you've done so well. Your sugars will be monitored and I'm sure the sliding scale will just be a precaution to make sure that you and lo are given the best start together. Try not to think of surgery in 4 weeks but of meeting your gorgeous boy.

I'm so pleased you have done a peads first aid course, it's so important for people to know those skills.

Chin up lovely, you're on the final countdown to being a mummy now! [Flowers]

pud a grow egg is an egg shaped lamp/thermometer which changes colour depending on the temperature of the room.

oneyorkshirepud · 11/08/2015 21:49

Ooh I see. Going for the 3-pillow fort tonight but considering trying out the 4-pillow combo tomorrow. Not much room left for poor DH!

mountaingirl01 · 11/08/2015 21:49

Oh and I had my stomach beard waxed today Grin

goodnessgraciousgouda · 12/08/2015 09:46

Wow, mumsnet server seems to be totally fucked today...
